Great central location, lovely staff, perfect for a weekend stay. Room also had washing machine so you can pack lighter if you wanted. Bath had some chips but fine if you just want a shower. There's a massage place down stairs so after a night out it's perfect for recovery, limited to 4 people. Lots of restaurants and cafe's near by Japanese, Vietnamese, Poke bowl and cafe (downstairs). Sister hotel Mosaic is across the road where you pick up your keys, has a cafe and place for breakfast too. Cafe riot a short walk away if your prefer a nicer coffee. Tip: If you're tired after checking out ~10am Mosaic has a lovely library above the cafe perfect for a nap, alternative you can rent the spa there too. Also both MOOo and Mosaic have umbrella's

Decorated to a high standard and very clean. Excellent location, just a 10 minute walk to the old town.

Quiet location away from traffic noise. Slept well. Eco conscious options. Lovely bakery nearby as well as many other eating out options. The Hawaii poke haus at ground floor street level was excellent. Close to parks and excellent tram transport links.

On day 2 the maid took my washed dishes and put the dish washer on a wash cycle to repeat wash them even though only a small number of cups and glasses had been used. I decided to keep the maid out of the room using the 'Do not disturb' sign after that. It might have been better if there had been a drainer for the dishes and for the maid to only wash all items at the end of a long stay to save electricity and water.

The property is neat & tidy and has all the facilities you would need. It is located close to public transport and a Albert supermarket is located 300m away for all your grocery needs. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance or a short public transport trip away. The unit presents well & there are many pictures & sculptures to add that classy look to the property.

The property can be a bit tricky to locate - the property name is 20 ft up in the air & around the corner - fortunately the property instructions include picking up the key from the Mosiac Hotel located nearby (behind some big trees). The property has a lift although you have to navigate about 20 steps to get to the lift. During our stay the shower would turn from hot to cold even though we spaced out our showers to not run out of hot water - hopefully this is sorted out for future visitors.

Another stay in those wonderful, spacious, charming apartments.

Though this was my second stay in a row in this apartment the Wi-Fi issue hasn't been solved between my first and second stay, and for clearness, that is more than a month of gap. Again, the Wi-Fi issue does not allow me to have any web calls with friends or business partners, though it hangs all the time. The speed itself is high, which is why some users might not see this problem, but there are periodical interruptions when you are having calls via messenger/slack/whatsapp/telegram or any other platform. (Once every 30 seconds, approximately). I really hope that this issue will be fixed, though it is not allowing me to stay in those apartments that I like so much and I'm forced to stay in other hotels.

Staying at MOOo Downtown was a real treat! It's a historical buiding transformed in an aparthotel, a true work of art. We literally did not want to leave, even though the weather was quite cold and rainy during our stay - we still had a great time here. The bed is super comfortable, kitchen is equipped beyond expectations (we even got to use the oven), but at the same time you clearly live in a very old building with genuine wooden floors, super high ceilings and attention to every detail, be it decoration or housekeeping (that happens daily, by the way). On arrival we had a complementary bottle of champagne and the TV had fireplace on, which settled the mood right from the start, even though we did not drink at the time :) The apartment has a washing machine and there was a dryer on the floor, together with some drying racks/iron/ironing boards available to use. There is an elevator in the building, but you have to go through some stairs to get to it, and also a part of the floor has three small steps from the elevator - this is understandable as the possibilities of reconstruction in such houses are usually limited, and accessibility was not something taking into consideration when they were initially built - but being a family with a stroller we got around pretty easily. And of course the location is really central! Lots of great eating options super close, couple of supermarkets in the neighborhood, great transportation links and lots of sightseeing just a walk away. It's right by the famous "mushroom square", and the mushrooms in the neighboring hotel roof glow at night, making you feel like in a magical story. Next time I will book in advance and hope to grab an apartment with a bath tub - ours had a shower, but we still made it work even with an infant. Cosmetics were really good and we felt pampered - you can also buy some if you like to bring those as a gift.

If I really have to choose something - the parking is quite cramped, but you have to keep in mind that it's the historical center, so the hotel does their best with what they have.

It is an unbelievable place, styled for cows :) Now I understand how they might be beautiful. We booked apartments, so there are fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, inside 3 toilets and one of them with a bath. There are so many details, and instructions. Need to mention it was a pleasure to find a compliment from the hotel during check-in and check-out.

There is only one small thing. Could you please improve the instruction for safes, i.g. need to mention that you have to change the password during blinking after pressing of reset button, not after! We blocked incorrectly two safes following the current instruction, then asked the reception, and the issue was resolved within 15 minutes, but the main point was that the instruction did not contain the point how to reset the password correctly (important - you have to change just immediately after reset button pressing during blinking).

We loved almost everything. The building is just a piece of history, beautiful exterior and interior. Numerous impecable details about interior of the building and the apartment. It was interesting to us and especially to our baby, who is currently exploring and absorbing everything. The location was perfect for us. Just a few minutes to river and a few more to two beautiful river islands with great parks and green spaces. Also, there's a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The staff and hospitality - perfect for us.

We didn't like a flight of stairs before the elevator. We had to carry the stroller with our baby, which is not easy. Another thing is, the air conditioning option is not a very good one. Only one room is getting cold air so it is not well distributed through the apartment. If you don't like sleeping next to the air conditioner, the whole apartment will be very hot very soon.

The mosaic house staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Moo downtown is a beautiful grand building opposite the mosaic house eco hotel. Location: Clean streets, nice outdoor courtyard drop off point. Good bakeries and restaurants nearby. In particular a bakery and the ground floor poke house Bart Shrimpson. Not too noisy despite the reasonably central location.

I would have liked to be able to choose to request new towels rather than have someone come in. i.e. a bit more privacy. I made use of the do not disturb sign after the first morning as a result. We did not use the cooking facilities. Hence a mechanism to request a change of towels or drop them off somewhere would have been an added bonus. I would have liked to borrow a hair dryer. I probably should have requested one in advance. Or a note somewhere to say how to request one. Although the tv had netflix I did not bring our uk password details with me so could not watch a film. It would have been nice if this was available or an option as part of the booking process.

I liked the fast response online. Everything was done really quickly - from reservation, additional info, car parking reservation etc. I liked the location - very central yet not too busy. Lovely historical building, spacious rooms, 3 bed and 2 bathrooms, so everyone had enough personal space, personal greeting and sparkling wine as a bonus, very clean, well equipped, nice personal at the reception, funky cows ...

We actually liked it all. The only "negative" thing that happened was that one evening the builing/room card was not working. But that was fixed in a minute, so no hard feelings.
