Hotel is in a good location, the stairs in the lobby are a bit surprising, but it didn't matter. Nicely tidy room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. It was nice that there was a fridge in the room, also a coffee maker and even an iron. One of the good hotels in Prague.

With all due respect to the hotel, however, I have a but, that is, something that I did not like. I don't know if it's just me, but I've been having a bit of a problem with maids lately. Either they have been kicking me out of the room since morning or they are not cleaning. It was nicely cleaned here. The leaflet in the room stated that for environmental reasons and to ensure privacy they clean in three days. However, what was my surprise when I returned to the room the next evening and found the maid visiting and things thrown around. No offense, but I really didn't like this. My stuff is my stuff and I don't like it when a stranger handles it without my knowledge. I would like to know next time. If I had known that the maid came every day, I would have locked my things in the suitcase.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an exceptional experience. The online registration process was incredibly convenient and fast. Before arrival, I received a code along with all the necessary information, eliminating the need for registration at the reception, which was a huge plus. The room itself was spacious and bright, and I was pleasantly surprised to find body lotion provided in addition to shower gel and shampoo. Tea and coffee were also available in the room. Despite being located in the city center, it was amazingly quiet. The hotel even offered luggage storage facilities. Communication with the staff was effortless through messenger or phone calls. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location (near the train station, the metro, McDonald's and other restaurants, vatslev square) The Hotel is new, rooms are clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was VERY rich, staff on breakfast and room service were very kind. Also the staff on social media and hotel email were very kind and helpful.

2 reason why I didn't rate 10/10: - AC didn't work (I don't know if its a Prague hotels thing...) - Check in process was a bit stressful- you should make should you have finished the check in process (including hotel authentication process) at least to days before your trip, because it might take around 24 hours to finalize it. If you booked 2 rooms, make sure you do the process twice and get 2 codes.

The beds and pillows here are genuinely the comfiest we’ve ever had at any hotel anywhere. We were lucky enough to be given one of the upgraded rooms which was stunning with plenty of space to keep your things. Given the central location it was really quiet too. We were also lucky (based on other previous reviews) as the air conditioning was working fine and was definitely needed in the heat. The room had a big fridge which helped us to stock up on water and juice. The location of the hotel itself is really great, only a 10 minute walk to the old town square and loads of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

The only negative, and it’s really minor, is there’s no manned reception on site. We had a slight issue gaining access to the hotel when we arrived but it was quickly fixed by using WhatsApp which was responded to really quickly.

The room was so beautiful and light , a lot of windows. Water and coffee facilities. Shower facilities, cleanliness. The location is perfect. And the restaurant on the ground floor was very nice.

The hall has only 2 chairs. The process to check-in is confusing. The reception is hidden in the storage with bottle boxes and suitcases. The receptionist doesn't speak English and I was frustrated about what I should do. I was exhausted after my journey to the hotel and I expected to quickly check-in but I have got a plastic folder and not clear instructions and no place to sit and understand what happens. But I went to the cafe and had good soup and managed to check-in.

Great location. Walking distance to many "must-see" places in both the old and new town of Prague. Also close to transport links, convenience shops, and coffee shops. Self-service access is straightforward. All instructions were received well in advance, so the process of arriving and departing was smooth. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

Is not something we did not like but more that we were surprised the bar was closed at around 10 pm on Saturday.

An absolutely sensational stay. We were a couple travelling from the UK on a 3 night stay. The location is superb, the hotel was excellent, comfortable and super clean. The shower was brilliant and the water hot. Excellent TV with streaming services to login to. Coffee pods updated daily.

If we had one small issue it was the heat. We were in the attic room and damn it was hot and this was on a fairly cool day outside. They had provided a fan but I’d say they need to look into updating their air con units that didn’t touch the heat. But it’s not a dealbreaker and we’d go again. Just leave the Velux open when you leave and shut all the blinds!

The hotel is within the city centre. The price was great for the big and clean room I had with its remarkable room facilities.

The only downside is the reception—it is a self-check in hotel so initially, you would need to register before you landed to Prague. I registered 3 days before my flight. I kept emailing them for an early check-in request because I had an early flight but their customer service was poor in answering them. So I ended up going to their main hotel in Jilska which is quite of a hassle to get my hotel access code.

It is conveniently located for people coming by Train and one can reach this property within 5/6 minutes. Room was nice, comfortable for one night stay. The access to main gate and room is through access code. Initially we were apprehensive about this , but it turned out to be easy and convenient.

The supply of Drinking water was not there in The Room. It would be better if the instruction is displayed about potability of Tap water from Bath Room. Generally, we do not like to drink water from Toilet.

The location was perfect, close to everything and a safe area. We enjoyed the Lidl on the way into the centre :) the room was lovely and clean and very modern which is our style! We had a lovely time in Prague… hopefully we will return and stay in the same place. Thank you for having us :)

More coat hangers would have been helpful and a better view would have been nice but didn’t affect our experience.
