There was plenty of space and the room came with tea and coffee which was a nice added touch. Breakfast was super tasty and inclusive of those with diet restrictions (vegan milk options, gluten free bread). It was a quiet stay overall and there was an aircon and fridge too.

The room I stayed in had an extra bed in the main entrance room but there was only one curtain panel covering the entrance. So if you had the light on at night, you could see straight into the room. Didn't feel appropriate and there wasn't a way to safely walk around without worrying someone could see you. I don't consider this safe especially if you're a solo woman traveler. Also, the room had spiders in almost every single corner. I don't mind spiders since they keep other bugs out but they were *everywhere*. Some people don't mind this but if you have issues with bugs, it may not be an option for you.

A very nice family-run hotel in Prag across the National Museum and very near the main train station. Our room was in the ground floor exiting a beautiful courtyard. Hotel is recently renovated. Beds in our room were comfortable, room was warm, bathroom spacious. There is a sofa, a cattle for boiling water, and a small coffee machine (with cups, glasses, coffee, tea). Pictures available in the hotel webpage and in booking correspond to reality. Breakfast was very good. There is a storage room and it is possible to leave suitcases after check-out.

It would be good if it would be possible to check-in earlier. No complains from our side.

The breakfast was very good, also glutein free bread, sausages, eggs, omelettes etc. available. The garden was very nice and quiet, as well as our apartment (looks better than in pictures) with a garden view. The staff was super friendly. The location was perfect. Very close to Monkey Coffee House in Opletova Street (the best lattes an cappuccinos in Prague)!

This a hotel was very spacious, and furnishings are modern and well-kept. We love the coffee and tea and refrigerator amenities in the room. And the shower was a perfect pressure. Linens and towels were very comfortable, and the location was excellent! We would highly recommend this as one of our favorite hotels on our month long journey in Europe. Exceptionally clean everywhere, from the hotel lobby to our room. The breakfast was excellent and included fresh fruit. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the whole building looks great, there is an easy access system even after midnight, the breakfast had various meal groups. The showers didn't leak at all, it's a first for me! 🤩

The WiFi was impossible - it wouldn't work ("connected, can't provide Internet"), and when it finally would it could disconnect any second. Not a huge problem for me personally, but an issue for modern needs.

The hotel ia located very central in the so called "new city" near the national museum,Vatzlav square,6 minutes walk to the main train station and to the National opera. Our room was on first store,some rooms are in the nice garden.Very good breakfast.The reception ladies are very very helpful and kind.

I just was in love in the garden inside . really so cute and so quiet place in the noisy city center . Comfortable beds , nice tv with Netflix, etc . Kindly guy kn reception also was 👍👍. Good breakfast- had all we needed , all tasty ) Coffee Maschine in the room 👍👌

Only the issue about cleaning quality I didn’t like . And already need to refresh the rooms in some places - but that’s not that big issues . Also very small place for breakfast.

Good breakfast. Good variety. Helpful check-in staff (violinist). Towel trolley in bathroom a good idea. Close to restaurants. Small garden area.

TV in the wrong spot at a bad angle to the bed and chair space. Too high for comfort. Should be opposite bed, not under air conditioner. Need more space for hanging clothes, especially for 2 people.

Nice hotel in the center of Prague. Great value for money and very attentive staff. A great place to explore from, being right by the Metro and close to trams and the main station. The lovely garden is the game changer. Utilise it for a a evening sunset picknick. A very good breakfast is served, but go early as it could get a bit crowded. Not all things are perfect, but if you approach the staff politely they will do their best to accommodate.

Very good location in city center and room was located to quite inside garden. Breakfest was delicious with great variety of food and drink including plant based milk (milk, rice, other) and gluten-free bread.

walls are rather thin, therefore we heard louder companies next door. Our room was for 4 people and there wouldn't be enough storage space for longer stay.
