Great location, nice/helpful staff and very cool room!

One of the benefits of staying at the hotel was that it had a nice pub in the basement. However, when I tried to go to the pub with a couple friends, there was no room and no chance to get in. It would be nice if a paying guest in the hotel would be provided with some preference when comes to accessing the amenities of the hotel.

everything in general: the decor everywhere, the comfort of the bed, the spacious room, the food..

the terrace on the rooftop was overcrowded and the people was smoking while others eating so it wasn’t very comfortable

The location was amazing, just a few yards down from the Astronomical Clock, we were in room 41, it was a beautiful room, and very quiet. It had two windows, it had a lovely comfy bed, and we slept well, the view was at the side of the building, but it was fine, especially as the room was so beautiful and peaceful...The breakfast was really really good, they had everything that you could possibly want on offer, as much as you could eat, cooked breakfast, full continental with cheeses, meat, olives etc., fresh fruit, pastries and cakes, toast, fruit juices, tea and coffee, there was so much .... should please everyone. All the staff were really nice and were always ready to help. The Old Town Square was about 100 yards away, everything was so handy to reach from this hotel.

The location of this hotel could not be beat. After multiple visists to Prague and staying at 7 different sites, this will be my first choice from now on.

Getting to my room was dependant on a lift that was at best slow. After that, there were some places to step up, step down, followed by a final flight of stairs that were not , in my opinion, well lit.

I was given the best room in the house (suite 23), so there is nothing to complain about. My balcony overlooked the clock and was lovely. Even though it is very busy, no noise is heard in the room. This is a truly one of a kind hotel with plenty of restaurants and tourist shops around within walking distance. The staff here are superb, especially Anatastia on the front desk. She was great help to me always. The women who picked up the mess left by people eating breakfast were efficient and hard working and deserved to be tipped ---- not that anyone but me did. Prague is a lovely city made better by this fabulous hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a central place to hang your head while in Prague.

I think the hot breakfast could be improved. It was always the same menu and not very appetizing most times. However, the continental part with cheese, fruit, meat, bread was excellent. The water for tea was not always hot and coffee not always available.

The room was beautiful! I believe the rooms they have pictured on their website are suites. We booked a standard room that was still lovely, but was different than pictured on the website. The hotel had wonderful air conditioning! It was strong and cold. The hotel also has a wonderful rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view of the city, and a very fun and unique cocktail bar in the basement with a wonderful atmosphere. The location of this property was AMAZING! We could see the Astronomical Clock from our hotel window. We were truly in city center and enjoyed walking through the amazing city! We hope to stay here again in the future!

The room was a little on the small side, but truly, that is the only thing that we didn't love. This is a wonderful hotel and staying here was a great experience!

Fantastic location right in the middle of old town looking over the astronomical clock. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has a great old world vibe. Rooftop restaurant has great views of all the famous sights and makes for great photo opportunity. The food and drinks were also quite good. They helped organise a taxi to the airport and the car could drive in to the old town to pick us up and all our luggage, other drivers are unable to drive into this part of town.

They only had one receptionist on during the two days we stayed so sometimes check in and service at front desk can be quite slow.

Old-world hotel with interesting room layout. Beautiful furnishings. Extra-large bed. In the Junior Suite, there were two TVs :)Very clean, and serviced daily. But, not a place geared at making the guest feel special, despite the claim at 5-star hospitality. Also, the hotel is good, but the restaurant on the roof, the much-Instagrammed Terasa? Avoid, avoid, avoid :|

Even though I was in a suite, I had no view to speak of. Also, it was my birthday while we were staying there and I was surprised that the hotel didn't bother to acknowledge it at all. I'm always travelling on my birthday, and have celebrated it all over the world, from the Caribbean to Corsica, Paris, Rome, etc. I have to say, I never stayed at a 5-star establishment that hasn't sent a bottle of bubbly up to my room and a card to mark the occasion. Of course, it's not a requirement, but one does expect some fuss, given how I chose this particular hotel to spend my birthday in as opposed to any of the other hundreds and hundreds of hotels in Prague... The beds were too soft, and the pillows too large and unwieldy. I just couldn't get comfortable.

Loved it here, great location, v helpful staff. Beautiful room. Beautiful building. Highly recommended.

Noisy on 4 floor. The restaurant kitchen was above our room.

Location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Old Town, in clock square Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. Cool building. Very clean room Beautiful bedspread & furniture Our room had a small balcony which was nice.( A table, but no chairs!)

There’s only one small elevator in the entire building and because there’s a rooftop bar that is open to the public and is very popular, the wait can be long getting to your room. I’d asked for a quiet room but we were given the one closest to the elevator (room #46, if I remember correctly)… so lots of people going to and coming from rooftop bar gathered at elevator to wait. It was noisy at times. I have no idea about other rooms. Our room was very dark.
