Great location, 1 minute to historical clock tower

Outside Too noisy at night, couldnt sleep. Weak sound isolation on windows. Should be use double windows for sound and heat isolation. Also self checkin and checkout was so difficult. The machine cannot scan barcode we lost so much time in checkin by trying writing info manually at the door. Machine is gave error several times. You are using technology to make life easier but this is not working! Also at checkout, machine didnot read our barcode and gave an error and need to contact the reception. We lost many times to reach the number. In my opinion you may use a link before arrival to get guests id information.

Well located property in the center of the old town. The entire accommodation building is clean and well maintained, with our room itself being beautifully kept and comfortable! We were really impressed with the consistency of the housekeeping, the kind and helpful staff and the great location.

The only thing i will say (not at ALL a negative comment towards the accommodation!) is that if you are coming into this without knowing much of the old town (as I did) be aware that it is stag party central. To reach more ‘cultural/less touristy’ aspects of the city- please travel outside of the hecticness of the old town!

The location was excellent, there were kitchen utensils and boilers in all floors which was very useful and the room was really spacious which is not a common thing to find in a family sized room.

There was air conditioning and a fan in the room but the a/c was too noisy at night and the fan alone was not enough for the heat. The a/c had a beeping sound all night that was hard to deal with. But overall it wouldn’t affect us as much if we hadn’t stayed here in the middle of August.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the old town with lots of places to visit around. The room was really comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. It had a shared kitchenette which was really useful for plates, cutlery, microwave and hot drinks.

There were some noise issues, but this was expected being in the centre with all other tourists around. It was difficult to control the temperature of the room, but this was only a very small problem. The main issue we had was the wifi signal. The wifi in our room was unstable and unreliable, and it frequently cut out - which was a shame.

There was a slight issue with the room and the management and staff did take an extra mile to help me. I am a very bad sleeper and they did all in their powers to get me to quiet room. I really appreciate how fast and helpful this was. Very little of excuses and avoiding the problem. Lots of immediate action.

Friday and Saturday there is a dico club nearby that runs whole night and in one room it is hearable.

Perfect location, right in the middle of old town with all the sights on the doorstep. Bathroom was immaculate and had soaps, lotion and shampoo so no need to bring anything. The interior was beautiful as well, and it was so easy to check in and out, all self service. No air-conditioning, but they had a fan and the room was cool enough with the windows open. Would definitely stay here again.

It was quite loud at night but this is to be expected given its location. It didn’t put us off, but it’s worth noting.

This place exceeded my expectations by far. Since it was one of the cheapest properties in the area (center of old town) at first i only chose it for its great location. However, upon entering the room we found a very clean room with all the facilities you can need (private bathroom and shower, tv, safe, and a refrigirator). In addition it has a shared kitchen with microwave, iron and fans if you need them It has a very high value for money in General

There is a strange smell upon entering the room which you get used to after couple of minutes. It is not the smell of something not clean, so maybe it is a smell from furniture or ceiling. Being in the center of old town, the location isn't accessible by a transportation (like most hotels at the same location) so we were dropped of at a 5 min walking distance. Also, the reception is at a nearby hotel, 5 min walking (I didn't mind this but it should be noted if you are considering a place with high accessibility)

Great location, note this means you get to hear outside noise until around 10pm--if that's a problem, don't choose Old Town as a place to stay, it's part of the culture. So many historic landmarks are within walking distance, there is also public transportation around to get to longer distances. There is is much to do within walking distance, though. The beds were comfy, the shower was comfy, the shampoo and conditioner products are nice, and the fridge has a few surprises to drink :) It was clean and comfortable and a fan came with it.

Note there is no elevator so you will have to carry your luggage, wasn't the end of the world, but just mentally prepare for that. If the noise is something that bothers you before 10pm, then choose a less lively location.

The room was spacious, safe, comfortable and had plenty of space to store your belongings. The bathroom was also very nice, with properly functioning hot and cold water and it drained properly. Location was amazing, very close to the centre of the Old Town with everything within a 1-5 mins walk. The reception was actually at the main hotel: Little King u Malvaze. It was about a 5 mins walk away located at Anenska 185/7, so it's advisable to go straight there for check-in. Check-out was automatic in the residence building.

Wi-Fi could be improved. As the hotel is in the middle of the Old Town, there are bars and cafes that are open until 3-4 AM, and there was always a group of tipsy/drunk British dudes chatting really loud outside at those unholy hours, which made sleeping with the window open on a hot day very tough.
