This hotel was excellent in all areas. It was close enough to train station w a 15 minute walk. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to arrange for breakfast on the go on the last day as we had an early train to catch. We would stay there again. Highly recommended!

This hotel was close to the train station and to the public transportation systeml. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The front staff were helpful at extending our stay for a night without having to change rooms. They also arranged for us to have a breakfast on the go as we had to leave early.

A very comfortable hotel in the old town, within walking distance to many of the sights. The hotel is extremely clean, the mattresses are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and has everything you need. Breakfast is a buffet, extremely varied. There's also a free brunch from 12 to 4 p.m. We will be happy to visit the hotel again. Very good value for money.

The rooms are a little bit small. Our room faced the facades of 2 other buildings. But that wasn't a problem. Otherwise, there is a terrace on the roof of the hotel with a view of the city.

Conviniently located, walking distance to everywhere - sightseeing, shopping, train station, restaurants. Very clean rooms, honestly my bathroom looked sterile like a surgery room. Breakfast was very good - special thanks to ladies attending breakfast, they worked so smooth - tables were cleaned on time, food was replanished before it started finishing, and it was busy all times. I liked everything

Parking at the hotel is limited and the other spots far away.

We loved the hotel. ✅The lady cleaned the room everytime we put the sign on the door. (By the way, I read that some people wrote that nobody cleaned their room. Well, the lady is cleaning the rooms in the morning, so if you put your sign at 2pm, of course she will not see your sign). ✅They gave us Shampoo/shower gel/shower cap and some useful kits. ✅We could make tea and coffee in the room. ✅ The staff was always polite. ✅Good breakfast. A lot of food. Also, the breakfast is from 7 to 10:30, so you can wake up late and still have Breakfast. They always refilled the plates, so you don't need to worry that will not be food, if you wake up later. ✅Good location. There are a lot of bus and tram/train stations near the hotel (5-7 minutes walk). Also, you can walk around 20 minutes until you get to the old town. ✅They have an elevator ✅You can change the temperature in the room whenever you want, which was very important. ✅We had a mini fridge. ✅Huge bed ❗Advise. The mini markets near the hotel are so expensive. If you need a real market, you can find an Albert near the Karlovo Námestì station (6-7 minutes) or a market, called MIDI Markt (4 minutes).

❎I accidentally soiled my towel in day 2 and the lady didn't change it. She just folded the towels and put them in the bathroom, so I stayed with a dirty towels 2 more nights. We still recommend the hotel.

Superb buffet breakfast. Tea and coffee making in the room. Comfortable mattress and pillows. We got an airport shuttle bus from airport to the main station and its a short walk to the hotel, no need for an airport taxi if you are travelling light. Very clean. No frills just excellent value for money.

The hotel surprised me with its quality - in a good way, definitely one of the best places I've visited. The staff accommodated our requests and we got a really quiet room with a great view. The room is spacious, comfortable, nicely designed, extremely clean, a very wide comfortable bed, there is a selection of pillows and blankets. There is also a kettle and cups in the room, tea and coffee are provided. The bathroom is spacious, there are various hygiene products. The room was cleaned every day, thanks to the maids. I really liked the breakfast - I was surprised by the huge selection of dishes, both hot and cold, delicious coffee. The restaurant staff are helpful, the tables are cleared very quickly. The hotel has a wonderful roof terrace with a spectacular view of the city of Prague, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening or morning coffee. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to all the main attractions, close to green squares, restaurants and cafes.

I was hoping for a larger selection of TV channels and a slightly more powerful hair dryer, but these are minor details :)

Well-equipped, centrally located hotel, very clean, excellent breakfast, very good value for money (I paid 50 Euros for a double room).

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the staff. At the reception, they recommended tram number 22 to approach the Prague Castle, which has been running on a diverted route for weeks now, and does not go anywhere near the castle. I ordered a parking space in the garage, but when I returned on the third day, the receptionist refused to open the gate, only after I waited a long time for a family to check in. In two of the four days, we did not receive coffee or shower gel in the room.

Breakfast was really reasonable and several categories have been provided. serving staff was very quick and always looking up and consider their tasks. Room service was better, daily cleaning and room preparing, cloth changing were done without any request. Location was better, easily move to several tourist destinations by walking and separate laundry and many cheap restaurants and groceries are around there.

If it is better to arrange a laundry facility for reasonable price. They said 5eorus per one cloth when I asked. If it is better to change the breakfast menu even two days or Saturdays.
