Central Place. Nice Staff! I got a very big room for a very fair price! Great and spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. TV set. Tasteful and traditional design. The hotel building itself is stunning! A nice looking pub and at least once good breakfast option just near by.

Nothing! (Well, maybe some more kitchen facilities. No pots or pans in the kitchen. And the hotel didn't have a breakfast option...So...)

Location was fantastic, only a couple of minutes walk to Wenceslas square. The staff were really friendly and helpful, having a luggage storage room was a huge bonus as well. The room was a very generous size and had lots of storage space. While we were there no problems at all with the heating and it was lovely and warm. There isn't an onside bar but the Deminka restaurant next door is also excellent so ended most evenings in there and for breakfast there are plenty of little cafes nearby - there is a particularly good one a few roads down on a side road

The mattresses were a little hard but ok, our room had a hand held shower over a bath which was fine for us but anyone without good mobility would struggle, not a major issue but would perhaps be good to be able to specify the type of bathroom on booking

The space was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was great! It was a good walking distance to Wenceslas Square. My family and I greatly appreciated the gifts of wine and chocolate provided for us in our room. The hotel building was very pretty and the Deminka restaurant was tasty!!

The grout of the bathtub area was a very dirty/moldy looking, the rest of the apartment was clean! The bathtub wall grout needed a deep cleaning with bleach.

The location is perfect if you are using the main train station. The room is quite spatious and has the basics well covered. Both the check in and check ouy were done in a flash. Also there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, etc nearby and connections with tram and metro to all places in and out the city.

I really dislike the tourist tax. While not a big deal, and not particular of this hotel, is in the end an imposition on people like me who despises all tourism mass industry and could be easily charged to all those agencies and groups who invade and destroy the local culture and city centers. If I come to Prague to visit my friends, which I did, Im charged anyways. Despicable.

I liked the decor and the style of the hotel. Looked and felt class, very clean and in a good location just at the top of the new town of Prague. A comfortable 20 minute walk to the Old Town for most of the recommended attractions. Very large rooms and bathroom which was a plus

The room and hotel area (reception and lobby etc) was extremely warm and stuffy. Managed to open windows at night for much needed ventilation. When checking out, was a little surprised, we were stung with a small fee (about €26) for use of the minibar in the room. It wasn’t made clear at reception or online that this is chargeable, on hotel facilities on Booking.com it mentions the minibar but doesn’t state ADDITIONAL CHARGE, like it does for other services. Just beware of this, as although it’s convenient, much cheaper to get drinks and snacks from local mini markets to take back to the room.

The location is very good , near center in about 10minutes. We stayed in a loft and it was very good , lots of space and comfy. I recommend this hotel for everyone , restaurants , bars and supermarkets stores are near , even the KFC is 200m from the place. Sef Kemal restaurant is 20m away for Turkish food. Wi fi was good Clean bathroom and other rooms Lots of space Location Reception was helpfull , they arranged us a taxi to airport for 35euros for 3 people.

It was too bad we had an entire kitchen with only one Pot for boiling coffe. You have an oven but nothing to use it with or any other kitchen supply. Such a shame for a big kitchen and zero use when you stay in there. They could also put more shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom not only tubes which you spend fast. Tv had only 15 channels and almost every channel was news.

The room was clean and very spacious but we were given connected rooms and the couple next door were very noisy. The location was 15 minutes walk from Praha Hlavni Nadrazi ( Prague Main Train Station). Within a 20 minutes walk you reach Prague Tourist area.

We didn't like the fact that we were given a connected room. This was not stated when we made the booking and for sure if we knew that we wouldn't booked it. We also didn't like the soundproofing of the rooms which should be improved in the future. It was a tiring night for us due to this factor as we could hear all night everything from the couple next door.

The staffs are very good. The location is almost good! The reception is 24/7 and when you want to come in just press reception button and when you want to leave the building they automatically see you and open and close the door which was great.

I got two kind of rooms which the first one was loft and big and it had 3 air conditioners, but the small rooms have only fan! I hope this year before summer they add an air conditioner in the smaller rooms too! Also the TVs should be replaced with a new ones which has You tube and Netflix on it ( larger and which a better picture quality, like OLED curve TVs) and also they add a coffee table in front out the couch!

The property is a short walk from the old town. The rooms are very big and good money for value. We stayed in a royal suite and well worth the money. I would stay again for a mini city break.

The only thing I was disappointed with wash the bathroom, It had no wall mounted shower, just one connected to the bath taps to wash your hair over the bath. They are also not serving breakfast but we found many places around where you can buy a croissant and a coffee.

The location is great, just a short walk from Wenceslas Square. Staff was all friendly and helpful and they booked a ride for me to the airport and an ABSURDLY early hour, which was much appreciated. And, let's be real, it's pretty darn cool to stay in a former palace!

The room got a little chilly (fixed easily with the heating), and the bed was two smaller beds pushed together. Not a big deal for most folks, but as a tall guy I always like my room to stretch out.
