Hotel is near the staromestka and everything is around. Rooms are big and comfortable. There is a free coffee and snacks each morning at the reception. Kitchenet is also nice.

Room was not properly cleaned. We stayed 11 nights and our linen was never changed. Cleaning was not done properly in the bathroom. Wet cleaning was not performed. Kitchenet has some pans and pots looking really dangerous.

We had to arrive after the reception was close, and they leave us a key at a safety box, the comunication with the people was really good and practical. They have brakfast included, but we didin´t know about it until the last day. Good location-price balance, in 15-20 minutes you were in the city center walking. Having the small kitchen at the room was really practical. Also a lot of mini markets and restaurant in the are, as public transport.

They charge you when you arrive around 40/45 euros for a safety deposit in case you broke something, and i didin´t read about it in any place. Also, when you leave the room you have to wait untill they see it before they gave you the deposit back, so it was very unconvinient because we were in a hurry at leaving.

Great location, nice big rooms, friendly staff, the free breakfast items was a really nice surprise and was great for what we needed to start the day. I've staid here 3 times now which shows that it suits us well.

Being asked to pay up front when we had booked with the ability to cancel if our plans changed. This should be changed on booking.com if they don't want to offer that anymore. I never cancel bookings that I have made but it is good having that option. Glad they took on board that I had stayed there before and that I was very unlikely to cancel.

Close to the Wenceslas Square, the PurPur hotel is a good place to stay if you visit Prague. The room had a kitchenette but we didn't use it and the water boiler fot coffee/tea had some problems -it actually doesn't warms water. Big & comfy double bed and a second single one. A bathtub in the bedroom and a transparent shower cabin can be a plus if you're with your romantic partner or a problem if your with friends / coleagues (it's ok, two courtains might be helpful enough, as it was in our case). All in all, it is more than worth if you are not in fancy lodging.

Take care at the orientation: Google Maps sent us on the parallel street, somehow behind the hotel entrance!

We booked before reading that reviews and I can say that I don’t share the opinion of those who made negative comments. The hotel offers a competitive price and a spot-on location in walking distance from the old town of Prague. The room included everything that’s standard and needed and the staff was really helpful and friendly throughout our 3-night stay. The only thing that could be better is the WiFi which was partly inaccessible from the room. The reception is not occupied from 9pm over night but it was no problem even though we arrived late in Prague. The receptionist waited for us. Overall I can definitely recommend the stay, particularly if you look for a competitive price combined with a central location.

clean and cozy room with high ceiling, a Kitchenette was a nice surprise. Location is just perfect. Very friendly staff (Victoria). Good functioning system of late check-in (keys are placed in a safe box at the door, so the guest can arrive late at night without any trouble).

A bit old furniture, some stains on the ceiling and old shabby wooden window frames. Doesn’t hurt much, but could’ve been better.

Extremely comfortable pillows! The room was cleaned everyday and it was overall an awesome room. We got the terrace and it served excelently. The location is perfect! Everything is at a walking distance. Also the street is quiet and nice.

The staff was rude and had an attitude. The lights were a bit bad and the outside of hotel looked abandoned.

Excellent location. Checking in was fast. The room was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a stove top and fridge, with cutlery and crockery. Bathroom was nice. Big windows with curtains, and hanging lights were pretty. There were snacks and drinks available to buy at reception.

The location of the hotel when searched for on Google is incorrect. We saw another couple searching for the hotel using the incorrect directions we initially followed. We found the hotel after using the street address. Numerous hairs were found on the bed sheets. The TV channels did not work. The shower itself was fine, but the bathroom had puddles everywhere after showering because there drain is part of the floor, and it drained quite slowly.

the rooms were really nice and spacious ,there was a little kitchen with a mini fridge ,kettle and all those useful things .looks exactly like in the photos . The people were really kind and the Receptionist was lovely.highly recommend this hotel if your thinking of visiting Prague in the future :))everything was perfect.

it had everything you would need, including a kitchen area for cooking and a fridge. Bed was comfy and shower was was nice and hot.

That I had to wait for my room yet others that arrived after me were able to check in and go to their room. I realise it was unfortunate with order of check outs and when my home was done.
