Friendly staff and in a super location, less than 6 minutes by foot to the Old City Center (while snowing) and only 4 minutes from Václavské nám. The room did not have windows, we booked it that way, making it warm, especially on nights when it goes -10 or -12 like when we were there. Unfortunately, when you leave heaters for part of the night, keep in mind that you need to find a way to add humidity. The staff was helpful during our checkout, something I cannot say about most Czechs working in service jobs. Thank you, guys.

Noisy neighbors moving furniture and shouting while on the staircase. Moreover, our room was above the Rock Club, we could hear the music. For us, that love rock music, it was ok, but other people, might not find it as much interesting (I need to say that the noise was not so loud, you could get just the sense of it)

The location is perfect, the check-in process was easy and the space was nice and clean. Overall, great value for money

The was a problem with the temperature of the water in the shower - although it was ata a maximum temperature it was rather lukewarm.

Room is spacious, clean and quite new. Shower's water pressure is amazing. Location is very convenient as it's close to the river, old town, metro with tons of shops and restaurants in your door step.

Not much facilities outside the room and it's a bit confusing at first to find the place. Look out for the glass door on the right hand side when you enter the arcade. The reception is on the first floor after you enter this glass door.

We had a room for 4 (2 doble bed) and still plenty of space for all our luggage spilled over the floor. :-D The sink was in the room and not directly in the bathroom, what was comforatble as it "decongested" the bathroom. Everything was very clean, even thouth the room floor was CARPET. We had a room with view to an interior 'patio' and the entrance of the IMAGE black light theatre and some fast food restaurants. NO SMELL, no noise because there were 2 seprate crystal walls. The location is just great for any city trip - you get almost everywhere WALKING. The receptionist was friendly and explained everything fine. Also pre-arrival information provided was usefull (in our case: parking).

The inner patio view was also a bit of a deficit: you can only control air quality through the air condition and not simply open the window.

Everything was top notch with with this property. Arrived later than anticipated due to train delays. Communication was on point and they arranged late check in with no issues. Room was well laid out and really comfortable, clean and spacious. The location is busy in a good way with a lot of options to eat and drink, not to mention the shoping center across and subway station. In all, this is by far one of the best experinces I have had in Prague, definitly will stay again!!!

Nothing bad or dislikes I have for this property of stay. Geat place to stay, that's all I can say!

The location is amazing! We went for 5 days and not once did we use public transport or Ubers! We walked everywhere and always found our way back to the hotel not a hassle

We were on the second floor to the building where the hotel is placed within and when we arrived at 1am (due to delayed flights) the dark and gloomy staircases are a little scary upon arrival. When walking to our room the motion sensor lights didn’t always work so often felt eery. A maid comes and cleans ur room from anything between 10am-12am. We often put our do not disturb sign on our door just because we had been out late the night before! This wasn’t a problem for us and we were even grateful our room got cleaned the few times we didn’t sleep in. Beds really big, but 1 pillow but asked for another and soon was given it!

Location of hotel is very good. All important Prague sights are close by. Tram, metro, bus are also around to use. We liked Cafe Louvre next to it for breakfast a lot. On arrival and leaving day we could store our luggage for free in the reception. Easy check in and check out. Reasonable price.

With open and even closed window it was very noisy to sleep. There was an airstream/AC/heating system of a neighbors house which made heavy noise all night in front of our window (i think we had room 206). The pillows were very big and hard, which we didnt like. Only 1 pillow per person. We asked in the reception for smaller/softer ones, but no chance.

Location of the property was best. In between our day trip to different tourist spots we managed to pop in to the hotel room to get fresh. It was in the middle of the old town. Zero noise. Even they are kind enough to allow us checkout one hour late. Lots of eating option. Best shopping spot. Best city connectivity.

You feel like that the place is very cramped up. Toilet is very small. Room have no proper lighting options, either too bright or no light. We managed with toilet lights and wash basin lights for some dim lighting.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the inner city is well within walking distance, plus you have a ton of options to choose from if you want to travel by public transport. The train station is a 10 minute ride on tram. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist lady was kind and helpful.

The walls are way too thin, the front door had an enormous gap when it was closed. Because of the thin walls, you can hear pretty clearly what the neighbours are up to, and the noise from the night club can be disturbing, but it’s not unbearable.
