Hotel Sovereign Prague

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an exceptional experience. The online registration process was incredibly convenient and fast. Before arrival, I received a code along with all the necessary information, eliminating the need for registration at the reception, which was a huge plus. The room itself was spacious and bright, and I was pleasantly surprised to find body lotion provided in addition to shower gel and shampoo. Tea and coffee were also available in the room. Despite being located in the city center, it was amazingly quiet. The hotel even offered luggage storage facilities. Communication with the staff was effortless through messenger or phone calls. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

An absolutely sensational stay. We were a couple travelling from the UK on a 3 night stay. The location is superb, the hotel was excellent, comfortable and super clean. The shower was brilliant and the water hot. Excellent TV with streaming services to login to. Coffee pods updated daily.

If we had one small issue it was the heat. We were in the attic room and damn it was hot and this was on a fairly cool day outside. They had provided a fan but I’d say they need to look into updating their air con units that didn’t touch the heat. But it’s not a dealbreaker and we’d go again. Just leave the Velux open when you leave and shut all the blinds!

It is conveniently located for people coming by Train and one can reach this property within 5/6 minutes. Room was nice, comfortable for one night stay. The access to main gate and room is through access code. Initially we were apprehensive about this , but it turned out to be easy and convenient.

The supply of Drinking water was not there in The Room. It would be better if the instruction is displayed about potability of Tap water from Bath Room. Generally, we do not like to drink water from Toilet.

Perfect location and great facilities for price. We loved absolutely everything about it - perfect for a budget trip

Poor air quality during the night- opening the window during the day helped but we couldn’t keep the window open during the night because of the noise from the street

Self-check-in process was remarkably smooth, affording me the convenience of flexible arrival. The view from my room was amazing, very quiet despite of the location in the city center. Additionally, helpful assistance provided by the customer care staff over the phone contributed significantly to my overall satisfaction. I truly recommend this hotel for a refined and pleasurable accommodation experience."

Great location, near Narodvi museum, on a quiet street, very clean - my room was cleaned every day, spacious and nice interior

It was very hot inside the room, the AC is centralizad, it doesn’t look that it works properly. And it’s very noisy when it’s working. The hotel provided a fan, that helped a bit. The bed was firm, and pillows were bulky and firm too.

Location was great, check in process was very easy. The room is spacious and clean for a couple. No view from our room. During our stay, there was no AC, it was pretty hot and hard to sleep at night. We communicate with staff, and nothing to be solved.

AC was a problem. The room temperature was not pleasant.

Not cheap. Also, we lost a personal item in the room and not sure the staff did enough to check and find it. But it could only be our guess

The airconditioning is not sufficient. It is noisy but you cannot fell any effect. The check in procces is a bit complicated. You have to take a picture of your ID.
