K+K Hotel Central

The breakfast service was lovely and the food was really nice. The hotel itself is in a very good location right in the central part of the old town in Prague which was ideal for someone like myself who was travelling by themselves as I was not far from many tourist destinations and public transport networks. The staff in the hotel were also really helpful whenever I needed anything.

The room I stayed in was a bit old fashioned and lacked certain amenities However, I didn't mind it so much as it was very clean and well maintained and I was travelling myself. The WiFi from the hotel didn't have the best connection and I had to hotspot from my phone quite a few times.

Excellent and beautiful location, great breakfast and the building itself is gorgeous. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable — bed and pillows were amazing. It was so comfortable I ended up spending more time in the room than outside, since it was so hot.

Internet was AWFUL. The internet in the bus I took to Prague was better than the internet they gave me access to at the hotel — this is how bad it was. Barely 1mbit down. Since I rely so much on internet not only for work but also for entertainment, that was a big letdown for me.

My greatest problem with the facility was with the air-conditioning in my room which was too frequently too warm and difficult to control. The reason given was that "it's an old building"! The breakfasts were quite good* and the service always with a real smile and a desire to be helpful which definitely includes the front desk and the barman. There could be and esp for the longer staying guests more variety of foods- b'fast fish, for example, carrots and avocado,, hot cereal. However, what was offered was more than adequate. The place really is centrally located. The bed was really comfortable and the room was accoutered with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. P.S., it would be nice to have a good music channel provided such as "Mezzo" from France..

Hotel was in an excellent location, down a quiet alley, and close to everything. It is a small hotel that is well kept and the staff make you feel welcome and are very helpful. My room was nice, well-appointed and had a huge bathroom and everything I needed. The hotel is dangerously close to the best strudel I've ever had, Cafe Diglas. :-) Though I'm not a big breakfast fan, the hotel had a good spread and offers for vegetarians. The wine they sell on site is also excellent. There are nice sitting areas and a everything you need for business, if that's what you're stuck doing whilst there. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Vienna.

The hotel is in a great location. It's a 10-15 minute walk to get to the interesting sights in Old Town, or to get to Wenceslas Square. The hotel also feels like it's on a safe street. The room was clean and the bathroom was a decent size. There was also good air conditioning you could control.

They didn't have standard credit card sized plastic room keys. Their room keys were a bulky rectangular piece of plastic. It was annoying to have to carry around, not something you could easily stick in your wallet.

The location was amazing and very central. It’s near the train station, the old town, the new town. We were just a few minutes away from everything. We just walk around and didn’t have the need to use the public transportation. The breakfast was also good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious. We had a wonderful stay.

Slow WLAN. There exhaust were not working in one of the rooms. The room was a bit warm even in the night.

It was a really nice hotel. Perfectly located within very comfortable walking distance of the main attractions without being in the midst of the crowds. Also convenient for main railway station for trips out of town. Nice, friendly staff, who organised an efficient, fixed price taxi airport transfer. Even though I arrived very early, my room (clean, comfortable and cosy) was ready. Great buffet breakfast. Beautiful Art Nouveau exterior.

The rooms were great, and the beds were very comfortable but the rooms were a bit cold even after switching off the aircon, there were no extra blankets in the room for incase I needed one, Breakfast was very nice there was a lot of variety to choose from. Location was the best ever very central and extremally convenient.

The staff are very kind and the reception is 24 hours. The room was spacious, the aircon and ventilation of the room was excellent. Cleanliness was perfect. We had plenty of towels and hygiene products. Windows were openable. The room was well equipped. Hadn't had any major issues

The view from the room was very underwhelming, the keycards were unusual and a bit weird to use. The fact that you had to leave your keycard at the reception was also weird, but since it was 24 hour reception, it wasn't a problem overall. The wifi password was written on our card incorrectly, but there was an open wifi we could use anyways that was fast enough. The room was very far away from the entrance and finding our way was a bit daunting and we had to pass many small corridors that made us feel like we're in the wrong location, even though we weren't. A couple more signs could've helped, but it wasn't too bad. It was weird how the bins had no binbags, I wasn't sure if it was on purpose, maybe a small sticker that they're on purpose would have been nice.

Location was perfect .. room was good and clean and ac is perfect in summer .. staff were cooperative

I stayed in to different rooms, the one next to elevator was very disturbing in night .. the beds were 2 single beds bunked together which move alot creating gap in middle.. tv didnt have sport channel .. key for the room was huge, however they kept it when i went out
