Room was clean, big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and location is amazing! There is top restaurants just next to it. Stuff was super kind and helpful, I felt really welcomed in this hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable ♥️

When you took very hot shower, In the room, there was a little moist smell, which I first thought came from trash but that wasn't a reason. Some rooms has lower soundproofing and you can hear steps from other rooms or a cleaner lady outside the room in the hallway.

We stayed at the hotel in February 20024. Had the best experience. Our room # 110. The location is superb. about 2-3 minutes to walk to Prazska Brana. also all the sightseeings are very near. Rooms are clean, linen excellent, brand new, towels are changed every day. Bathroom was newly refurbished, clean. Breakfast was full, enough meal for everyone. Staff was friendly, accurate and nice.

only one thing I did not like in a hotel, was the carpet, which had spots here or there.

The room was decently clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good and the staff were very friendly. The location is the biggest advantage of this place, as it is very close to the city centre, all at a reasonable price. All in all, fair value for the money.

The sink was extremely small, there were no hooks or bars to hang towels, the fabric of one lamp had suspicious stains that looked like vomit or something worse. The building is quite old, so you can expect creaking of the floor and hearing people from other rooms.

Location is excellent, very close to Prague's main train station and also the yellow line underground Nam Republiky and walking distance to Old Town with Charles Bridge only a further 15 minutes or so walk. Breakfast is good, especially for the price you pay, I think it is reasonable and respectable. Some people pay peanuts but except Hilton hotels, so this hotel deserves credit where it is due. The rooms are basic but do the job, we were only here for one night travelling back from Vienna and leaving the next day for our flight back to England.

The female receptionist told us they don't have adaptors for our UK chargers but then we asked the male receptionist a few hours later and he opened up a drawer with so many. I think it may have been because my wife thought the 10am check out was too early and asked if we could leave later and the female receptionist clearly must not have liked my wife's approach but to not give us an adaptor because of this was a little petty, but hey ho! Other than this, she was pleasant.

Im really glad that I had chosen this place for short stay. Location is perfect. If you don't have a car or you just want to walk, you can walk everywhere from there easily. It is close to bus station and train station and also to city bus or trams. It is literally in the center of the city but i is not noisy at all. Price comparing to location and room was great! Also we got breakfast there (it was included in price) and there was so many options of food and drinks to choose from. I really recommend this place if you want budget friendly stay in city center.

The room was better than expected, clean and with sufficient space. The location was good, situated close to public transportation. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

Finding the reception was initially challenging, as it was located on the second floor, and better signage would have improved the check-in experience. There was only one lift available, which became crowded during peak hours, sometimes necessitating the use of stairs; this could be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues or large luggage.

There are no facilities to pre heat water or kettle neither microwave available, we do have a toddler with us and she still drinks milk for preparation. We don’t have how to give her hot milk; although we need to thanks the reception because they did their best warming the water somewhere but at the same time was kind of uncomfortable to ask many times for favors.

The place is well located, very close to the Florenc train station and also close to the center of Prague which made easier for me to travel with my seniors parents and allowed us to move around, taking breaks at any time of the day. I wasn't expecting to have such a great view of the Zaha Hadid building from the window and access to a good restaurant just downstairs. The breakfast was incredible and delicious.

It is conveniently located near the old town, tram/ bus stops and a train station. The buffet breakfast is a fairly good decent spread of sweet and savory stuff.

The noise from other guests who came in very late was pretty bad during our stay. It was also unfortunate for us that a family with young kids stayed above us and we were kept awake by their jumping.

Nice staff, big room, great breakfast and very close to the train station and city center. The room was also very clean. Great value for money

The walls are extremely thin! I woke up several times during the night and thought someone was in my room because you could hear every step someone in the room above or next to me made as if it was right next to you. I was wearing ear plugs but that didn't help
