Spotlessly clean and very comfortable room. Excellent location, just a short stroll to the old town square. Nice and quiet at night time so it was easy to get a great night sleep.

A well located hotel - near the Kafkas's Head sculpture and an underground and tram stop, as well as a small shopping mall. Hotel has been refurbished to a good standard and while rooms are not big they are comfortable and have all the necessary facilities like a fridge, kettle and in room safe. Breakfast is well stocked with a variety of pastries, meats, cereals and eggs. There is also a laundry just a few shops up from the hotel for those who need to refresh their travel clothes. Hotel arranged for airport pickup and drop off as well which went smoothly. As a solo traveller I felt very safe in the area as well. A good choice if you are spending a few days in Prague.

Lovely staff in every section of the hotel, very welcoming and helpful. In particular, the reception staff printed off directions for the zoo, which was extrenely useful. Excellent breakfast choices. Location is central, and not in a noisy area. Bathroom was luxurious. The beds are superb, the comfiest sleep we've had in a while. Added bonus was the shoe cleaning machine by the lift. Bar was open late with food, perfect for us as we arrived late in the evening and was still able to eat. We will certainly recommend the Michelangelo Grand Hotel to friends and family.

The room, while on the small side, was comfy and clean. The beds were really good and the location is just perfect (10 min walk to astrologer tower or the national museum). The breakfast was ok, not very many options, but what they did have was good. The coffee was good with 2 options: ground coffee and Nespresso machine. The staff was really friendly and even though they didn't have parking spaces left, they helped with other possibilities before we checked in. The beer spa looked interesting, but we didn't have time to check it.

The breakfast could have more options and the space is rather small. The staff at breakfast was not very friendly and spent too much time chatting instead of serving.

excellent location in walking distance to all major attractions. large spacious quiet rooms. Good hot shower lovely toiletries, so no need to pack these. comfy beds. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. staff very helpful and knowledgeable. it was my daughters birthday and staff must have noticed the cards and left some chocolates and birthday wishes. a lovely touch.

Nothing at all It didn't bother us but don't expect an English cooked breakfast. An unusual choice but good coffee, breads juices cold meats and cheeses etc

The rooms we had were large and comfortably able to accommodate 3 guests in each room, each with our own bed. The rooms were clean and well maintained and hotel itself decorated to a high standard. The breakfast provided was fresh with a nice selection to accommodate a variety of tastes and preferences.

We booked based on the pictures provided, location and reviews available to us. Our expectations were met throughout the duration of our stay.

The room was much bigger than expected - Everything was clean and all necessities were provided - A variety of food to choose from at breakfast - Very good location (close to public transport, supermarkets and tourist attractions)

Customer service is under expectations for a 4 star hotel. Staff at the hotel were rolling their eyes at me for asking a question or would respond with an attitude

The hotel was perfect for our short city break, everything very clean and a super comfy bed. Good range of toiletries which were topped up daily along with the water in the room. Very quiet, we didn’t hear any noice from the street or within the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and good quality. The staff were all really lovely and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location if you’re looking to explore the city. We walked everywhere and saw everything we’d hope to in the 2 days we were there. The Dutch Pub almost opposite the hotel is worth a visit, lovely staff and great food with a good atmosphere and vibe.

Could be more generous with coffee and milk and drink selection in the room, but again it does get replaced daily so nothing major

Great location and close to the tram, metro and shopping facilities. Delicious breakfast with so much variety. Wonderful staff especially Julien who greeted us with a smile every day and the weekend concierge who took the time to help us with directions of which trams and metro we needed to take and even wrote out the details out for us.

Everything was superb, the only thing we were missing was some English channels on the TV which could include programs like Netflix etc.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is central and close to tram stops, shops, restaurants and places of interest.

It’s not about the property! It’s about having to pay City tax of Cz200 each guest! We traveled from the UK to Ireland and then Germany and we stayed in different places and Nowhere else does this happen! The other thing is the taxi cost of Cz950 (€40) from the property to the airport. I believe it is a bit too high!
