Excellent location, just a short stroll to Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. Very comfortable beds and pillows with separate duvets. Spotlessly clean, toasty warm room and housekeeping every day with fresh towels. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, can be busy but staff worked hard to clear tables. Would definitely stay again when visiting Prague

Very comfortable beds and fantastic value for money! We booked a room for 4 and were surprised to be given a two-bedroom suite complete with kitchenette! Perfect location just 5mins walk from Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. Great selection of food at breakfast and staff were very helpful.

We couldn't lock the door to our room, but luckily a passing member of maintenance staff fixed it for us. Nevertheless, it was still very difficult to lock each time we left the room. There was only one key for the room and we had to drop it into reception each time we left the hotel, which was a minor annoyance.

i liked the location (it s very close to the city centre) and the fact that it was clean.

I did not like the interaction with a lady from the reception. The night before checking out, i specifically asked about late check out and when can i last decide wether or not i want it. She confirmed me that the next morning after breakfast i can come to her and she will give me the late checkout if i want it, because it was available. When the time came she told me it was not possible and that there is nothing she can do. Only after i confronted her about the lie she told me, she checked is the room is available and finally gave me the late check-out. So she was just not in the mood to check after specifically telling me that the room is 100% available a night before.

The location was great. It is on a quiet street to avoid all the crowd and noise but at the same time, it is close enough to walk to most of the touristic attractions. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was great too; specially the croissant. Fresh out of the oven.

We had a family room. The single beds were just right but the mattress on the double bed was quiet old. You could feel the dents on it. Another complaint would be the staff providing incorrect/insufficient information. I contacted the hotel in regards to a half day tour to Kutna Hora. I was told that I could book at the front desk upon arrival for a tour the same day. But when I arrived and tried booking, there was no space. If advanced reservation was needed, they could have told me. I was left to fend for my self for a day. Not a very pleasant start.

Clean, chaotic, central, noisy (walls are very thin), not thought through (the arrangement of furniture and charger), filling out papers for every person at arrival - long lines at the reception, we first didn’t get the room we booked, but after complaining we got almost the room we booked, breakfast was alright as well as the beds itself. Overall it was alright for 2 nights. The building itself is from the 30s - actually very beautiful style and would be nice to have more information of the history of the building. I didn’t like the Italian cheap taste of furniture that has been used to cover the beautiful 20/30s architecture. But tastes are different- I know.

the chaotic situation, noisy rooms

I liked the hotel. Located in the old part of the city, close to all attractions, but in a very quiet side street. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. You can fill your breakfast plate yourself, there is a large selection, vegetables, fruits, pastries, cereals and much more :) The hotel has a cafe-bar, at the reception you can take a map of the city. Excellent value for money and quality.

The windows of my room overlooked a blank roof, but I did not indicate the "view" in the "special requests" section. But I asked for a bathtub instead of a shower and specifically chose a room with such an opportunity.

Location is excellent, close to the sights and the shops. Staff is good. Luggage storage room was adequate and useful. We were pleasantly surprised to get facilities (a kitchen with a gas hob and a few pots) where limited cooking could be done.

The breakfast hall was rather cramped, creating bottlenecks when accessing empty plates, bowls and spoons. Space in the breakfast halls is clearly not enough when hotel occupancy is high. The information file that is kept in each room is somewhat outdated and needs revision. Breakfast was okay. Rooms are a little cramped.

Very well located hotel, just a few mins from Charles Bridge. Good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. You can park your car either in the hotel parking or if you are lucky, on the streat in front of the hotel (ask receptionist, she will tell you how to pay for the parking)

Google nav directs you to the entrance of the hotel parking (Betlemska street) instead of hotel entrance (Konviktska street), it is a known problem, be sure you take this into consideration.

Spacious room for 4. Lovely kitchenette. Staff did great job cleaning all spaces including room. Lots of staff on hand. Old world charm with some modern upgrades. Fabulous breakfast with hot foods, amazing croissants and 2 excellent coffee machines that made variety of great coffees. We parked on the street out front and paid the city rate of 19 euros a day which was reasonable. Could walk to all attractions easily. All staff was well trained to be friendly and efficient. Impressive.

Beds were moderately comfortable. Their garage parking because it is limited in spaces.

I liked mostly everything about this hotel except of couple of things (see below). Our experience definitely exceeded my expectations. Location is 8mns away from the Metro, very close to Charles Bridge and Old Town. The room is massive, the toilet and shower room is huge; there’s kitchenette as well if you want to cook. The bed is comfy and there’s enough sockets for power in the room. Breakfast is really great - good selection of continental and hot food, buffet style . The food for two days were different too and they refill the food quickly.

The hairdryer needs replacement. It’s not powerful enough and it stops working after being used for few minutes so need to wait again until it’s bit cold. All the staff are friendly and nice except one. A person named Asyl was quite rude and has demonstrated an unprofessionalism in the way and manner he talks to guests. He did not know the answer to questions and he even corrected me sarcastically when I mispronounced a word. I am not local so I do not know why he did that. I am happy to give more details to the management if necessary. Like what I said, all other staff were nice, helpful and professional so he is the only one different.
