This property was absolutely amazing. This was towards the end of our trip and we had several things go wrong from luggage being lost at airport, bad interactions with airport staff, laundry issues, etc. The staff here was fantastic and worked with us every day for anything we needed. They were extremely accommodating. Our room was cleaned completely each day and housekeeping was very nice. Breakfast was included in our stay and opened at 8, which was also great as several places nearby didn’t open for breakfast until later. Location is ideal! Very close to everything we wanted to do and walking distance away from it at all as well. The room had an air conditioner, so made sleep much easier staying in a cooler place. Honestly, this property and staff made us feel much better and welcomed in Prague and we really appreciated that!

I liked the room size- quite big. A decent breakfast and coffee machine, especially the baked eggs in cup like dish. Vegetarians , those who can eat eggs will not suffer. There are cut fruits and bell peppers, tomatoes and cucumber as well. There is a jazz club below and restaurant besides, so pretty lively. Additionally a very popular eating place- Monk is nearby, I haven’t tried there, but have seen people queuing up. Good opportunity to try top rated restaurants without wandering around.

Balcony was there, but was locked. But anyway I guess it’s safer if it’s kept locked. Sofa can have a cover.

Location was perfect, close to all the attractions and about 17-20 min walk from the train station (Praha hl.n.). Breakfast was fantastic…..specially the pastries. Cleanliness was very good. We stayed at a 2 bedroom suite with one bathroom that had shower and toilet separated…just found odd that the hand wash sink wasn’t in the toilet room. Had AC in both dormitories. Highly recommended!

The carpet………but I think they are in the process of upgrading to hard floor. The ceiling extractor fan in the shower room didn’t work.

Had room 33 which was very spacious with separate shower and toilet areas, a small table and a couple of chairs as well as a comfortable bed and spacious wardrobe and large screen TV. Breakfast was good with adequate choice. Position is superb with five minutes to the astronomical clock. Will definitely return if we visit Prague again. Management responds immediately to queries and they are very nice friendly people indeed. Just to avoid misunderstandings, the restaurant currently operates for large group bookings only, but finding a good restaurant isn't a problem in Prague, just read the reviews carefully.

. My only gripe is because of the too soft pillows, but this is quite subjective.

Prime location, very close to the Old Town square. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

It will be fantastic if the hotel can add coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The pillows in our room were a bit worn and too soft.

We loved the hotel, the room was big with all the facilities. We asked for the kettle and it was brought to us with the tea bags and cups and spoons. A view to the city from the windows was great. The hotel is in great location - the very heart of old town. 5 minutes to the main square with astronomical clock and to the Charles bridge. Also 10 minites walk to the main street with all the shops. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Wendy especially was very helpful and nice. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was fresh and they changed variety of hot dishes and desserts every day. They also brought us gluten free bread and cake for my coeliac son, and made him a nice surprise for birthday. We already recomended this hotel to our friends.

Virtually no hangers in the bathroom. No way to hang the towels. The pillows might be a little firmer.

A very pleasant hotel. Polite and always helpful staff. Special thanks to Vika and Wojtek for always being ready to help at the right moment. The place is located within walking distance from the main attractions of Prague. Quiet and clean, tasty breakfasts. I liked that they have their own jazz club.

Need some variety in breakfast. For 8 days we got tired of the same thing.

The staff was very friendly. Check-in/out were quick and easy. The rooms had convenient useful wardrobes and there was also a hair drier. The location was great, very close to old town square, yet peaceful and quiet. Breakfasts were very good, had a decent food variety including fruit and small desserts, well done, tasty and pleasant.

On arrival we found a couple of hairs on one pillow. The shower room was small (mostly the sink area).

Quite spacious rooms with a place to sit and a table. Perfect is, that hotel room has separate bathroom and toilet. Another + are breaktast! Everyday staff prepared something new, tasty, with lots of toppings and menu to choose from. Person at the reception was also very helpful.

Maybe little details, like the sink was “shallow” and the water was leaking. The same with the bath. Other than that, maybe change lightning in the bathroom, its little bit unpleasant.

Extremely friendly and competent staff who were available 24/7, fantastic location in the middle of the old town, appreciated the separation of toilet and bathroom, elevator, exquisite breakfast with incredible choice, appreciated the small fridge. I would and will definitely recommed this hotel to all my friends.
