Fantastic location in the centre of the old town, yet surprisingly peaceful at night. We didn't hear very much noise from the other hotel guests either. We didn't go to breakfast because we prefer going out for brunch, but did appreciate the very quiet fridge in the room. The bathroom and bedding were clean as you would expect. The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips for places to eat and storing our luggage for us before checking in/after checking out.

To be picky, maybe it would have been nice to have a mattress cover on the bed under the sheet. At least the mattresses looked clean.

The accommodation was great, I liked that the accommodation is located near all the sights and is on a great street that is quiet. All sights are nearby, restaurants and shops.

When I came to check in, I didn't like that I had to wait a long time. The reception is not open 24/7 as written on the website. But it is open as early as nine o'clock, which is missing. Another thing missing is that there is no kettle in the room, you can't even make tea, if you want it you have to pay €20 for renting it, which is stupid.

old room, less service, less employee

Upon arrival, the rooms were not yet ready and cleaned, but the reception staff was willing to assist, and we left some of our belongings at the reception. The hotel facilities were somewhat older but sufficient. The rooms were adequately sized and spacious. Though they were not perfectly tidy, it didn't significantly affect the comfort. Overall, I rate the stay positively.

The room had older furnishings, and were not perfectly clean. The walls were not soundproofed well, as I could hear footsteps from the adjacent room. Even the slightest movement was audible, making it quite noisy during my stay.

The hotel was round the corner to the street leading to Charles Bridge on the left and the Old Town Square on the right. Lots of pubs and restaurants literally next door. But no street noise could be heard in the room. Location really excellent. Staff were helpful and carried our luggage up to our room. They also booked taxis for us. Highly recommend!!

Only that you have to climb up and down stairs to reach the lift. The hotel is very old and the rooms could do with an upgrade. But it's really clean and so central.

The location is very close to the main tourist destinations, we can just walk back to the hotel when we feel like taking a little rest and just start moving again when we feel like. Very accessible to the restaurants and public transportations. The room was exactly the same as the photos posted in the site. I kind of expected that we can hear any bang sounds(the stronger ones) from the other rooms as I understand that it's an old building, so I would recommend to those who are planning to stay here to expect this one so you will not be upset like me 😉. The hotel is clean, the stairs, the hallway, the carpets, the room. The room is spacious enough, so as the bathroom. They only provide 1 card that you use for the electricity source and a set of keys for the main hotel door (because the reception is not 24/7) and the other key for your room, but it was okay with us. For those who plan to split up with whom you are with, you've got to strategized in this part. The price is very reasonable. All in all we've got what we paid for. No regrets! Very satisfied with our stay. High recommended 👍🏻

The location of the hotel was amazing as everything I wanted to see and experience in the Old Town was nearby. The reception is only open until 10PM, but guests are given keys to use another door during night time. The hotel's staff was friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly. The room was, of course, a bit outdated, but exactly as pictured and honestly good sized and quite cozy. The neighborhood was beautiful as well as surprisingly peaceful and quiet as there were no noise or distractions whatsoever, which might have to do with the fact I visited in January. In addition, there is an Irish pub in the same building that I very much enjoyed: friendly people, nice drinks (I heard the food is good, though I didn't try it) and live music. I definitely recommend visiting!

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. It's super close to the main old town area and also lots of good restaurants around. The reception guy was really nice and recommended us his favorite Czech food. The bathroom in our room was really big as well.

The pictures advertised made the hotel room seem really fancy and have a decorative vibe, such as gold trim, old wallpaper, etc. However, the room we got was very plain and simple. Walls were white. Bed was regular wood frame. So that was somewhat disappointing.

the property is alright very central, I love this both receptionists Pavel and Peter, very attentive guys gave a lot tips about the city, restaurants, pubs, clubs, foods and also a paper maps. I had a really nice time in Prague, I recommend the hotel, I try to do upgrade with my genius 3 the lovely receptionist said is impossible to do upgrade without payment, I’m sure this is a booking problem/ issues, there’s no first time happens, anyway I paid because the previously Room I’ve booked is very simple and small.

Not that I wanted to watch TV all night it went off 7.0 each night obviously not paid for excuse regarding satellite breakfast was 10 euros each we had none processed ham wafer thin cheese nothing cooked tea machine hardly worked Starbucks here I come apart from warm rooms that was it this was my second time here there will not be a third
