Great room, and great location! We stayed at this aparthotel for one night only, and we arrived late at night. The reception and check-in process went smoothly, even though it was already 10 PM. The room is spacious and big enough for small family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teenager age 12 yo, and 1 kid age 9 yo). The location is so close to the Westfield mall and Galeries LaFayette. In front of the hotel there's a children playground. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and small shops. Our check-out experience at 11 AM was smooth as well. The receptionist was so kind. We could store our luggage at the hotel's concierge until 4 PM. So we could troll around the city without hassleness.

The Citadines is an easy walk to the train station, and to the huge mall that is close to the station. It is also close to the tram and bus stops. We chose a room with a kitchenette which was great, as we could make our own breakfast and evening meals, and there is a Monoprix within very easy walking distance, and a huge grocery store in the mall. The air conditioner worked well. The front desk staff were helpful, and most could speak some English, and we used google translate if they couldn't understand us. There are washing machines and a dryer on site, but the dryer was very expensive for 10 minutes of drying.

We had an apartment on the 7th floor, which had a mezanine floor for the bedroom. If you have mobility issues, or get up a lot in the night, this apartment isn't for you! We left our suitcases down in the living area, which worked well for us. There was also no table and chairs for eating, just a sofa and a desk with one chair. I found the bed a bit too firm, but my husband found it perfect. It was king size, and had good bed linnens.

Very good quality for this price. Room was very clean. Little kitchen has everything basic needs. Also you can drink coffe, tea, hot chocolate for free. Good breakfast for this price. Near the train station Parte Dieu,near chattle to airport, near bus stop, 20 min walking till centre old town. If you have chance to be there sunday, there is market near bonapart bridge, where you can eat fresh oysters with nice view near Sona. If we will come back to Lyon, will book again this hotel.

There is nithing to say. We had some problem with reservation, but after speaking with manager all was solved. Thanks for this.

Location was pretty good - 200 metres from Tram stop - which was great to get to Railway Station the day we left.

Room is probably due for an upgrade - No air con in the room - a mistake in the ad - they wanted more money for a room with aircon - but sent this via email - which we did not read until after we arrived.

Kitchen is well equipped. Parking place (16€/day) is directly below the hotel which is super practical. We were allowed to leave the car there until afternoon on the day of checkout.

Room didnt have airconditioning and was very hot in night. There was a fan, but we couldnt place ot in front of the window (short cable).

The hotel is well located for the train station and for walking to all the major attractions. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

Nothing really. Minor point is no tea and coffee in the room but a proper coffee machine downstairs made up for it.

The location is very good, really near the train station. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including the dishwasher. The people at the reception spoke English and were very nice, they even allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel the last day.

The aisle was smelly.

The studio flat was perfectly clean with a balcony, view and great bed and bathroom. I flew into Lyon and the studio was an easy walk from PD station. The apartments are on a pedestrianised street so there is zero road noise..

The staff were all lovely and breakfast was great. There was nothing to add. Perfect.

Spacious room, well set up for self catering, great location, easy walk to all the major attractions of central Lyon. Under hotel car parking was a bonus.

No coffee maker apart from a filter funnel. The first appartment hotel, or Airbnb, that we have stayed in for a long time thay did not provide a pod or capsule coffee maker.
