Very close to train station (part-dieu) which was important for us. Pretty good value compared to some others, given the central location. Great to have free table football and pool table - this made a stay with children so much more enjoyable. Hate it when places try to make you pay for that stuff when you've already paid to be there! Staff were very nice and helpful. Very quiet in the rooms. I'm a light sleeper and didn't need my earplugs for once. Hairdryer and soap provided.

The shower doors have holes in them and leaked badly, so a mop up was needed after every shower :-( Slightly awkward entering room as it was small with things kind of blocking entrance.

the hotel is well located, with buses and metro stations around, there is a great foot court cross the street and westfield shopping centre is just around the corner. everywhere is within walking distance. All the staffs are very polite and helpful, always greeting when you are in or out. there is a bar on ground floor and a pool table, great to hang out if you don’t want to go out.

to be honest, there is nothing to say here, if I had to pick one, it might be the size of the room, my friend and I got a twin room but its very tiny, we tried to separate two single beds, but literally only had 8inches gap in between.

Had everything I needed. Locaiton, across from Les halles Bocuse for great eating and close enough to train station. Value, I just needed a place to crash for a night. Amenities, cafe and lounge area with bar downstairs with somewhat limited hours. The room had comfy bed, clean bathroom with hot water, window for ventilation in surprisingly quiet neighborhood (window opened out to street). Maybe it had A/C; I didn't use it.

As other reviews have noted, it is a bit tight, but it is clean and comfortable. Wifi, as usual, is dependent on overall hotel traffic: pretty unusable in the evening and late morning. Usable between 1a-6a. Was not around to test mid-day. I ended up using cell service during high-traffic times. Might be better downstairs, I only tested in room.

The room was plenty big enough for two people and the bathroom fine for a short stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It is well located to walk to main attractions or take a tram. There is a huge shopping centre very close, with many shops and restaurants. It is walkable from the train station.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The check in process was fast. I didn’t want the room refreshed and they left a note to confirm they had checked which is good. Close to Lyon train station and a pleasant stroll to Old Lyon.

I’m 195cm and the shower was a tight fit. Also I was given a twin room when I booked a double. Of the two lifts one was not working and the stair case was alarmed and so could not be used. So had to wait slightly longer to get out. I would stay again. Happy to recommend to stay here.

The hotel provides everything you might need for a short stay in Lyon. It is close to the train station and the city center, therefore everything is accessible by foot or well functioning public transportation.

The area the hotel is located could seem a bit sketchy at some times of the day, however it is generally a safe neighborhood overall. Also, breakfast menu is pretty limited.

The location is excellent, with plenty of means of transport nearby and a market with many meal options. Also, the hotel environment was friendly, with chill and amusing clients. Friendly staff as well.

Everything worked out pretty well, but I was expecting a larger room.

Everything was really good, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The wifi was also very good.

Nothing really. The only thing is that you need to walk about 15-20 mins to go to the city centre, but it's easy to find your way around.

In general very good. It’s clean, safe, well connected. Comfortable.

Some things are too old like curtains. Rooms are a bit tight. The breakfast: there are not enough natural things life orange juice. All juices are artificial. The coffee is terrible. The other things of breakfast were quite good

it’s close to everything. It’s my second time so I can recommend this place. although I am in the 9th floor, still the lift is quicker to bring you up and down.

the shower head was broken that needs to be fixed. breakfast buffet just fewer options.
