The room we stayed in was well appointed and comfortable, with spectacular views of the city from our window. The location of the hotel was very convenient, within walking distance of the Part Dieu Train station which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel was also close to bus stops that took us to Old Lyon (Vieux Lyon), which was a charming area to explore and highly recommended. We dined at the hotel's restaurant, Celest, which served an interesting tasting menu - the dishes were creative and well-presented (reservations are a must). The view of Old Lyon from our table was gorgeous. The breakfast buffet, which had a variety of food options, was served in the same space.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Lyon. The hotel offers a pleasant ambiance with an amazing view, attentive staff providing excellent service, and rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. The cozy atmosphere and complimentary drinks added to the overall positive experience. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, I think it covered all needs. I was particularly pleased with the quick and efficient responses from the staff to my requests. Without a doubt, I would choose Radisson Blu Hotel for my future stays.

The floor of the shower cabin feels slightly unstable, giving the impression that it might break at any moment. However, it's not a significant issue and is completely understandable.

The hotel has an amazing panoramic view of Lyon, and conveniently located just next to the Westfield shopping Mall and train station. Area full of nice gastronomic restaurants with a wide range of cuisines

Rooms a are a bit small, no place for the luggage. The reception being located in the center of the hotel with an open space -like a chimney-leading to all the rooms in the hotel, it becomes very noisy in the morning so then you understand the next day why there's a door for the bedroom : to close it and avoid waking up early

The room was comfortable with a fabulous view. Staff friendly and keen to share great places to see in Lyon very proud of their city. Plenty of little extras like water, biscuits and printing available.

We stayed on a Sunday night, there was no restaurant at the hotel which did not match with the lift promotional information that said while Celest was closed a bistro was open on Sunday's, this was not the correct. It was a bit tricky to get to from the station would be great to share that can just walk through the Westfield centre.

Location was really great! Most staff are really helpful and friendly. Great view & location, plus the room is big enough, clean and lovely too. Thanks so much for upgrading my room too and I could have a good view to old town and the cathedral.

1) Long waiting time for checking-in around 19:00 for my case. Just unlucky, I suppose. 2) A very small thing but could be an issue: my room safe could not be locked, so I had to phone/chase the reception a few times - but no staff could come to my room to fix, as it was in the evening (approx 19:30) and 'no one was available' apparently, in the end. I was told someone'd be available after 9 am next morning - I was planning to go sightseeing from early in the next morning so I had to change the schedule. -- Otherwise all good here! and I would love to come back to stay here again although I won't use the room-safe if I book my flight/train early in the following morning, just in case!

The Radisson Blu in Lyon is a contemporary hotel located near a mall and train station, making it convenient for easy access to shopping or public transportation. The hotel hss good facilities and is clean. The staff are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Superb view from a 36th floor room. Very comfortable bed, very helpful, attentive staff. Good breakfast.

The rooms were a little small for the price and not helped by tapering towards the door - they were trying to fit one or two too many rooms into a circular building. Ventilation was poor - the air conditioning was difficult to adjust and, obviously, one can’t open a window 36 floors up. Surroundings of the hotel are a bit grotty, not helped by massive roadworks all around.

Has to be one of the best hotels to stay at in Lyon. Rating on Booking.com is only 7.9. Not sure why it has a rating this low, should be 9+ minimum. All rooms have a wonderful view, bathrooms clean and well laid out, great bed, electric window blinds which give your room a complete black out in the night. So many other facilities near by, Westfield shopping centre . Has everything.

Nothing at all, it really is a very good hotel and totally underrated by some.

Location is best, view from all the rooms are best, room is very clean and everything in the room works. Everybody at reception, especially Mr. Michelle at the Reception is very very cooperative and a thorough gentle person.

I didn't like only one thing is that, there is no door at shower cabin, it is open. So whenever you use shower cabin, all the floor of the bathroom gets very wetty or say floody. I already mentioned this as a feedback at the Reception to Mr. Michelle.

Room was excellent. View was superb. Perhaps a spare blanket could have been provided. It was a little cold at night so I had to put the sheet from the unused bed on my one.

The Bar's closing time was listed as Midnight. Yet on both nights when I went there around 2300 the staff were in the process of closing. I was told that there was a "problem with the system" on both nights. Not sure what was meant by this.
