I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, I have been impressed by the exceptional service, attention to detail and beautiful location by the riverside. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, with a magnificent view of the river. I would like to commend the staff for their friendly and courteous service. They have all been very welcoming and accommodating, making my stay truly unforgettable. Our profound gratitude to Ms. Rawtwan ( the head of the restaurant section) and her team at the restaurant, she is a wonderful lady with great inter-personal skills, who alway make you feel welcome during breakfast in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated by the river and just a short distance to the vibrant entertainment center of Asiatique. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay at Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok and would like to thank you for making my vacation a truly memorable one. I have nothing to complain abou the hotel . I like every thing the hotel offer.

We splashed out on this 5 star hotel for our last few days in Bangkok. Having read the reviews across many platforms we felt confident this was the hotel for us and it was beyond wonderful. Fabulously attentive staff, great room on 33rd floor (skyline 1 bedroom grand suite), great club membership access, delicious and extensive choice for breakfast, free shuttle boat to nearest pier for all other rover boats and the BTS. Hotel is immaculate and has all the facilities you require in a city break.

This must be my 7th stay at the Chatrium Riverside and I am blown away by this hotel every single time. The room is stunning (One bedroom suite, river view - skyline is a must!) and the breakfasts are simply fantastic. Nothing better than sitting on the balcony at night watching the sunset behind the city skyline. I look forward to it every single time. Thanks for another fantastic stay! :-) Be back soon!

I don’t like leaving! The best hotel in Bangkok by far!

This was our second time visiting the Chatrium Riverside and we decided to come again because we loved the facilities offered as well as the location on the Chao Phraya.

Our double bed is not as comfortable as we remembered them and it would be nice to have a rain shower and a decent light over the was basin.

Stayed in a two-bed Riverview apartment as a family with two young kids in Sept 22. The location was a lovely retreat away from the hustle and grime of Bangkok. The view was spectacular as the city lights and tug/party boats went up and down the river all day and all night. Magical. On the 31st floor it was pretty quiet, I’m a light sleeper and nothing woke me up. The little shuttle boat was so handy to pop to Sathorn pier to go shopping and it even makes a special stop across the river at iconsiam three times a day. The staff were so lovely, so accommodating and genuine. With little kids in tow we ordered room service quite a bit and the food was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was incredible and every afternoon guests are treated to high tea and cocktails. Rate this place 10 out of 10, from start to finish it was an excellent experience.

Lovely staff, big pool, great views, huge room, good food and free boat shuttle to BTS and the newish Siam shopping mall on the other side of the river.

I know it's hard to keep a lid on things in such a big place but there were a few ants on surfaces in the room and small cockroaches in the shower. Quite an expensive room for that to be happening.

This an excellent hotel to recover from jetlag, Rooms are great, river view is special, breakfast is awesome. Great location to access transport system and explore the city.

Could have stayed there longer.

This has been one of my most favorite hotels over past 20 years +. And, it just keeps getting better.

The hotel experience is just perfect. I don't like their Chatrium Points program .... almost impossible to access or use saved points. I hope Chatrium eliminates this program in future.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfort. The buffet breakfast was superb and totally exceed our expectation.
