Decent size room, clean, directly behind Robinsons so easy to get a bit of shopping & food.

The airport pickup was a bit of an issue, when I got there they initially said the shuttle would be 70mins, I complained then they said 20mins, after waiting 30mins I went back and they said another 10mins, then 5mins, and after pushing they said ok come and 1min later the shuttle was there, I was the only passenger so I think they expected me to wait until they had a full load, but that's not my issue and it was not fair to have been left waiting so long when I had told them in advance when I was arriving.

Very close to the airport and a free shuttle came with our room booking. The shuttle was easy to find and very efficiently run. Every hour or earlier it left the airport and every hour or earlier it left the hotel.

Everything was good. We have stayed here many times before and always come back because we know what to expect. Nothing has changed. The staff is always very good and friendly.

The Cottage is situated within a short drive from the airport and provided a very convenient shuttle service. The staff are always helpful. The rooms are cosy but clean and tidy and the air conditioning functions very well. There is a good selection of dishes for dinner.

Great value . Modern nice decor. Nice pool , good little restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining . Friendly helpful staff. Close walk to shopping mall .

I might have got food poisoning from the Penang chicken the night before my flight . Unless I got it from Thai airways food .

Near the airport and shopping centre

Staff put me in the wrong room when I had paid for better room. I was asked to show them from my booking. Maybe not there fault, maybe Booking.com issue I wasn't happy moving rooms as I was jet lagged. I had paid extra day so I could check in at 6am too.

Great spot for a layover before a connecting flight. Ordered beers and a green curry to the room and they were delish. Cute coffee shops and malls around walking distance as well as local food and laundry

location with transfers from and to airport! well organised and quick! the internet is excellent, the breakfast is amazing, the pool is really nice and they provide towels! shopping, restaurants, street food 1min away! however, they have the Amigos Restaurant at the hotel! Robinson’s shopping 1st floor has a food court! 1min walking with amazing options and good price! supermarket, pharmacy and stores 1st and 2nd floor!

Had a 7 am international flight the next day so best to have the question of an airport shuttle out of the way. Still, a 15 minute ride on the expressway, the 5-storey Cottage is on a quiet side street with a mall a 3 minute walk away. If up for it, a much instagrammable Wat is maybe 25 minutes walk with a market on the main road and a shopping street going to the Wat. Best to leave some room in the luggage for finds in the mall, the market and the shopping street. The swimming pool is open til nine evening for a soak to cap the day (probably not advisable).

Condo-type with french windows and balcony facing a twin building, you can just keep the curtains drawn for privacy. The liquid soap and shampoo is convenient but the issue on it is somewhat valid. Messaged them on shuttle instructions, got a stock reply that's quite easy to follow. There's no specific sign but i just stood where they said their representative is supposed to be, it took a few long seconds, but eventually I was approached by the representatives. Still watchful, thankfully the van had the hotel name. Waited with other shuttle passengers as the van tried to make its way among the throng of people and cars.

After 24 hours of travel from the US, this was a great Hotel to rest my exhausted self. Perfect location less than 10 minute taxi ride from the airport. Staff was friendly and welcoming, room was clean and bed was comfortable. WiFi worked perfectly. Considering the price point of this Hotel, I thought the breakfast buffet was quite good with many choices. In the morning, before checking out and heading into the city, I also enjoyed some time in the pool- which was clean and warm. For those who have not visited Thailand, this Hotel is in Lat Krabang, which is not close to the main tourist attractions in Bangkok. Lat Krabang is mainly an area where people stay before or after long flights. Reviewers that complained about the distance from the tourist attractions did not do their research. I've been to Bangkok many times and stayed at several different transit Hotels. I think this one gave me the most bang for my buck and I will stay here again when I depart the Land of Smiles.

The room has blackout curtains but not window sheers. So, if your curtains are open people in other rooms or the pool area can see into your room. Would be nice if the Hotel added window sheers so you could have light in the room and privacy. But again, as I was only there for one night, not a big deal.

Returning back to my family in Udonthani after an OS trip so just 1 night stay, but we will return any time we need to go to Bangkok.🙏 The staff were exceptional great help with anything I need to know. The hotel is clean with great facilities and very reasonably priced. Amigos restaurant on site does a breakfast and lunch and dinner menu. Had a coffee for breakfast while a did not a plate go back to the kitchen more than minor left over.😊😊 I did have lunch before I flew out and it was very good and the staff here also very attentive. Great location close to larger shopping centres and food markets, fresh and cooked. Pool looked great also with sunny and shady spots with a raised sundeck. There were local and foreigners staying at the hotel
