Well organised shuttle collection from Suvarnabhumi airport which is not easy. Friendly efficient staff. Pleasant restaurant with good range of beer, snacks and food. Easy 6am shuttle service back to airport.

Aircon unit did not work until I turned the batteries around. Nice swimming pool but lots of mosquitos so need repellants if you like to sit by the pool in the evening.

The airport shuttle service is good, cheaper than Grab taxi. the location is nice, the restaurant is right at the lobby for hungry late night travellers like us.

I never thought I would say it , but the pillows were too tall and really uncomfortable. for a hotel like this, where people come to rest after a long flight, it’s so important to have nice comfortable bed and pillows. The prices at the restaurant are way too high. the reception asks for money at every possible moment, like early check out (never heard of that one before? what’s the problem with checking out at 6am?) , early check in (in many other Thai hotels if the room is ready they just let you check in 2 hours early, no problem, here you have to pay 100 baht per hour).

The hotel was near the airport which was great after a long day of travelling. A big plus was the bathtub in my room which was really needed after my journey. The next morning I had to take an early flight again so I used the shuttle service the hotel offers. I only stayed for the night in this hotel and for this purpose this place was a good choice.

Because I had to take a really early flight the next morning, the staff told me they would prepare a breakfast box I could take with me. Unfortunately they didn’t prepare this box so I’ve paid for breakfast but didn’t get any.

Very good location near airport with shuttle from the hotel. Very good option, if you need to sleep one-two nights before your flight. Also very clean room and everything what we needed for our stay.

Only one thing - we tried to order a meal for dinner in hotel restaurant. My pasta was delicious and very tasty. My man had a burger but the meal came cold. So he asked waiter for bringing back the meal back to kitchen (it wouldnt be problem, because this kind of things can happend everywhere), but waiter came to us and he tried the meal by touching the burger with his hand. It is seems to be nothing, but for me this kind is out of hygienic standards. For me should be the right process to bring it back to kitchen and the cook knows how to tried the temperature of meal. But touching by own hand of waiter who didnt wash his hand before touching the meal is really unprofessional.

Our experience at Vismaya Suvarnabhumi Hotel had some definite highlights. The modern facilities and convenient location near the airport were a major plus, making it an ideal spot for travelers in transit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable place to rest. The standout feature was the exceptional service from most of the staff. The porter who helped with our luggage was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the kitchen and restaurant staff were wonderful. Despite our late arrival, they made sure we had a delicious dinner and served us with genuine warmth and hospitality, which was a memorable experience.

Unfortunately, our impression of the hotel was somewhat tainted by the unpleasant encounter we had at check-in. The receptionist’s attitude was shockingly unfriendly and unwelcoming, which is very unusual for Thailand, known for its outstanding hospitality. It felt as though our arrival was an inconvenience to her, and the lack of courtesy left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. This negative interaction significantly impacted our first impression of the hotel. While the rest of the staff worked hard to make up for this, the experience with the receptionist brought down the overall rating of our stay.

Huge pool, great for lounging around whilst waiting for my flight. Very comfortable, large bed. Convenient, reasonably priced shuttle to/from the airport which is only 10 minutes away. Nice on-site restaurant. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly. A short walk down the end of the lane to a 7/11 store. Excellent location for airport requirements. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing too exciting. One particular receptionist was particularly unfriendly, whereas all the other staff I dealt with were fantastic. Air con unit in the room was quite powerful/noisy whilst running at the lowest fan setting. No hooks on which to hang bath towels.

The hotel's airport shuttle service bundled with the room we booked provided an additional convenience to a seamless travel between the airport and the hotel for a midnight flight arrival in Bangkok. The hotel room we had was very spacious with a high ceiling and contemporary style interiors. Also, the smartTV provided in the room allowed us to continue and finish the movie we were watching during the flight.

The indoor unit of the split type aircon could have been installed in a better location to provide a more desirable air flow movement for the room. Obviously, this was an afterthought solution to a retired (or deactivated) centralized hotel airconditioning system as the original air vent louvers can still be seen adjacent to the evaporator.
