The airport shuttle service is good, cheaper than Grab taxi. the location is nice, the restaurant is right at the lobby for hungry late night travellers like us.

I never thought I would say it , but the pillows were too tall and really uncomfortable. for a hotel like this, where people come to rest after a long flight, it’s so important to have nice comfortable bed and pillows. The prices at the restaurant are way too high. the reception asks for money at every possible moment, like early check out (never heard of that one before? what’s the problem with checking out at 6am?) , early check in (in many other Thai hotels if the room is ready they just let you check in 2 hours early, no problem, here you have to pay 100 baht per hour).

Well organised shuttle collection from Suvarnabhumi airport which is not easy. Friendly efficient staff. Pleasant restaurant with good range of beer, snacks and food. Easy 6am shuttle service back to airport.

Aircon unit did not work until I turned the batteries around. Nice swimming pool but lots of mosquitos so need repellants if you like to sit by the pool in the evening.

The hotel was near the airport which was great after a long day of travelling. A big plus was the bathtub in my room which was really needed after my journey. The next morning I had to take an early flight again so I used the shuttle service the hotel offers. I only stayed for the night in this hotel and for this purpose this place was a good choice.

Because I had to take a really early flight the next morning, the staff told me they would prepare a breakfast box I could take with me. Unfortunately they didn’t prepare this box so I’ve paid for breakfast but didn’t get any.

Very good location near airport with shuttle from the hotel. Very good option, if you need to sleep one-two nights before your flight. Also very clean room and everything what we needed for our stay.

Only one thing - we tried to order a meal for dinner in hotel restaurant. My pasta was delicious and very tasty. My man had a burger but the meal came cold. So he asked waiter for bringing back the meal back to kitchen (it wouldnt be problem, because this kind of things can happend everywhere), but waiter came to us and he tried the meal by touching the burger with his hand. It is seems to be nothing, but for me this kind is out of hygienic standards. For me should be the right process to bring it back to kitchen and the cook knows how to tried the temperature of meal. But touching by own hand of waiter who didnt wash his hand before touching the meal is really unprofessional.

Perfect hotel if you just arrived or are just leaving Thailand. Its perfect for a one night stay. Expect not much in the surroundings but thats not where the hotel is ment for. It has wonderfull friendly staff, good beds and a nice swimming pool. Everything you need before you go home. Also the (included) breakfast is served from 5AM till late in the morning. So you can adjust everything you need to your flight scedule.

Nothing, just keep in mind this hotel's whole purpose is that its made for guest who fly the next day. It's not a hotel to explore the surroundings nor bangkok from. But thats not its purpose.

Perfect for a short layover in between flights. Cheap price, great location (10min drive from Suvarnabhumi), no issues whatsoever with the prepaid airport shuttle, lovely service and staff even packed a small breakfast for the return journey since I left the hotel before 5am. Room service can be ordered until 1am which is great if you're arriving late and the food was very tasty.

The air con was a bit loud, so would recommend sleeping with earplugs. Otherwise everything was great :)

The hotel is close to the airport, so for an overnight stay I`d say it is perfect since it`s 8 minutes away from the airport. You have the option to book a room with roundtrip pickup from the aiport directly on Booking. We did that and the transfer went smoothly - we messaged the hotel how do we find the shuttle bus at the airport and they messaged us back with the instructions and when we arrived, it was easy to find them. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big, the restaurant food is also good and they also have a nice pool. We had an early flight and didn`t get to have breakfast, but the staff prepared a little breakfast package for us, which was very nice of them.

Excellent stay near the airport. The transport pickups were well organised and efficient, despite the airport and traffic being very busy. The room and building is excellent: nice shower, bath and bed. We did not swim but the pool looking relaxing. Ate dinner in the restaurant for a nice meal (pricey for Thai local standards, but typical of a hotel).

This in the suburbs surrounding the airport so not much around to do or see. It is a long walk down the street to local restaurants and convenience store, which looked good. The breakfast was filling, but nothing amazing.
