Breakfast was very enjoyable. Room was nice, though in the night it was too hot and we couldn't do much about it. Pool and spa was high quality.

Do not book a room here if you are taking a car with you! You do not have free access to the parking lot and need to have one of the staff guide you from the lobby to the parking garage and also from the parking garage to the lobby and to even open yhe garage door from the outside. The hotel staff were very kind but it's still very inconvenient. Especially if you just forgot something in the car and want to retrieve it to your room. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT the parking space is very tight and there is a high chance your car will get scratched. Just don't use the parking service. It's very expressive as well. Everything else about our stay was great.

The room was clean, and mainly quiet. The spa was very nice however there were small children allowed. Breakfast was very good, but pricey, and on the weekend there was a live harpist who very very loud.. not sure if it was necessary, but amplified the experience.

For the price, the room was very small. In the spa/pool the children were frequently screaming and laughing (this would not bother me normally but takes away from the relaxing spa vibe) It might be a good idea to have certain times available for children and other times adult-only.

Beautiful hotel, very centrally located to train station and major attractions in Prague. Delicious breakfast and relaxing spa facilities. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

Comfortable beds and pillows Restock of coffee and tea daily and the cattle was so clean Toilet amenities was so good and luxury The shampoo , shower jel and conditioner was perfect on skin They provide treats every other days to my room like fruits and cakes The Wi-Fi was good The location is amazing few minutes to the live center of Prague and near to the train station as well The staff are friendly and co operative There was an iron and hair dryer which is important to me They lobby is so beautiful and cozy u can have your coffee or welcome drinks and fruits

Actually no thing serious but I was looking for a baggage scale to weigh them before heading to airport but they don’t have one in hotel.

All worked well. Just imagined the room were a little bigger. For being an upgraded room.

The beds and pillows were so comfy it was very hard getting up in the morning. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room service was good value, soup and a club sandwich costing the same as a club sandwich alone in local eateries. Pool and spa were fab. You can get the elevator straight down to the pool allowing you to wear your robe and slippers (all supplied) Location was great. A stones throw along the street from Wenceslas Square. The rooms were cleaned and everything replaced daily. The cocktails were also amazing. Would recommend the Lose Your Identity and Far from Home (based on movies shot there. Bourne Identity and Spiderman Far from Home. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back. Thanks to all the staff.

That we couldn't stay longer.

Incredible space as you walk in, with cool marble floors and places to take it all in. Staff were all very professional and courteous, particularly in the restaurant, whether having dinner or breakfast. They were knowledgeable about the food and drink. On check out we had our drive to the airport arranged, at a reasonable price. The location is perfect for walking into the city, which we did each day, or catching a tram to wherever you like. The pool is quite big and nicely peaceful. Room was well proportioned and mostly had everything we needed, with good walk in shower. Immaculately clean. The fridge is good for storing drinks especially when it’s 32C outside! Breakfast is incredible with both a la carte and huge buffet selection. Top tip: find the real tea making corner with a hot water urn, selection of teas and teapots - don’t use the coffee machines as the water won’t be hot enough!

Only minor gripe was that WiFi is patchy especially when in room - would often drop out and require re-adding. In the room we’d have liked proper teabags and real milk rather than the one teabag and one capsule of UHT.

The hotel is luxurious, staff welcoming & professional. I emailed a few times prior to our stay and they were very accommodating. Hotel is very clean and of a high standard, we used the spa facilities once, which was very nice. We also stayed for breakfast during our stay, and had an evening meal on our first night which was lovely with local wine.

Our room window faced a large wall which when we arrived and opened the curtains did feel a little disappointing, however we were out sightseeing all day and the room was quiet and cool so we didn’t complain, the air conditioning unit in our room leaked into the wardrobe on the 3rd day and over my husbands clothes. We reported to reception and it was fixed promptly by the maintenance team.

Comfortable bed, spacious rooms. Great breakfast, great ambiance, fan decor.

Some things were a little style over substance, I.e.no bedside tables. Coffee machine & kettle but no work surface to actually make the drinks. Floor got very wet during shower, shower took A LONG time to get warm. The Spa was lovely, call me a traditionalist/old fashioned but I don't believe small children should be allowed in the spa at all. Relaxing place trying to enjoy a nice swim - Kids in armbands jumping in the pools squealing, etc Children opening steam room/sauna doors. Dropping ice water on themselves screaming. Wasn't an isolated incident - used spa every day and found this to be the case with different families/children each time, wouldn't stay here again due to this.

The breakfast in the room was superb. The traditional decor is impressive and well maintained. The service is five star, The room was stunning with a beautiful ornate barrel roof. Great bed. Spa is beautiful with jacuzzi enclaves in the swimming pool.

The noise of the trams at the front was disconcerting at first as they go right under the room and vibrate the whole building. However, the hotel and room is so beautiful, and the only ones with a view, are at the front by the tram line. Curiously we soon forgot about the trams which just became part of the city bustle and no longer bothered us at all.
