Very good location, nice and clean interior. Unfortunately there was road work at the time of our stay but that's not hotels fault. Breakfast is very good and offer a lot of different optionS

The main light in our room did not shut off. We reported this to the reception and they said they will turn it off manually at the agreed time, however this did not happen so we had to take out a card and spend the night without the electricity, meaning no charging electronics or having a light in the bathroom. The bathroom is not very well conditioned as the bath mat was very wet after one use and did not dried in two days. Also the parking is 35 euros per day which is a bit pricey

+ very clean and nice modern design of the hotel. + Good staff. Some people wrote that they been not too much friendly. My opinion that they don't have to smile every second. They just been friendly and helpful and that's more than enough. + Fast check in. They didn't asked to leave deposit amount or capture credit card. No problems with them. + I love location of elevator. It's right near the entrance which is very nice. You don't have to walk thru whole hotel and reception to get to stairs or elevator. + fast and big elevator + design and comfort of room (yes is a bit small (18m), BUT that's pretty enough if you don't need a table or you don't have lot's of baggage. We had two backpacks and it was absolutely comfortable to walk within room. + air conditioner + minibar + high ceilings + pretty good sound isolation + if you want you can open window + very silent location

- Noticed that door to the number closed not every time. You need to apply more force to close it securely. Glad we noticed this at first time we went out. - Bed like in most of other hotels and starter rooms been combined from two smaller beds. But that separation area felt too much. - sometimes after shower been some water near the shower door. This is because of door placement above bathroom floor and not shower area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Gold Bank Hotel in Prague, and I must say it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining a spotless environment. The customer service at The Gold Bank Hotel was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The breakfast options at the hotel were simply amazing. The buffet spread offered a wide variety of delicious choices to suit every taste. From fresh fruits and pastries to a selection of hot dishes, the quality and presentation of the food were outstanding. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay. Lastly, the convenient location of The Gold Bank Hotel added to its appeal. Situated in a prime area of Prague, it provided easy access to the city's main attractions and vibrant neighborhoods. Public transportation options were readily available nearby, making it effortless to explore the city and navigate around. Overall, The Gold Bank Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, customer service, and breakfast options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. It's a true gem that provides a fantastic experience for its guests. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

Good access to the old town, only 5 minute walk. Nice, comfortable room. Good breakfast selection with hot food as well as continental.

Staff at reception seemed indifferent. Car park was at another location, the car lift wouldn’t allow access to second level where there was a space for our car. Staff at both hotels weren’t particularly interested in assisting, just stating that it should be working. This was happening to other patrons as well which then caused a jam in this very small car park. Stating that it should be working is not the same as actually assisting your guests.

so open, fresh & clean. Very comfortable beds.Windows open. very large bathtub, rain shower and hand held option. Secured elevators. Very quiet with window closed. Building across the street on one side is under renovation but it didn’t interfere with our visit- we were here to see Prague not stare out the window. Very nice breakfast selection. Helpful staff speak English too. Great little Pizza restaurant nearby that serves a variety of great food too. Heavy doors! Kettle and refrigerator in the room. Nice and close to regional train station- electric trains so very quiet area, yet relatively close to Charles Bridge and old town

would have liked a washcloth and a few more hangers- but I did task so they might have been available. Quilts could be a bit wider for us side sleepers :)

The room was gorgeous, modern, the beds were super comfortable. We paid £60 to stay here for one night. It's really close to the main railway station.

The shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom meaning that we were paddling in water to get to the toilet. I reported to reception and asked for a mop but they said the cleaning lady had gone home. There were some roadworks going on outside and they starting digging/drilling at 08:30am which we could hear from the 7th floor. The cleaning lady also hovered at this time so if you wanted a lie in, you won't get one.

Lovely hotel located a short distance from old town and the main sites. Super modern and clean. Good variety of options for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are quite small for the price - especially for two people - but it’s fine if you do not spend too much time in the room. Be careful with how you pay - we were quoted a certain price in € by booking.com and decided to pay at the property. However, the hotel can only charge credit cards in local currency and they use their own inflated exchange rate. Because of this we paid €30 more than what we were quoted. The hotel told us that the only way to avoid the exchange rate would be to pay the € amount in cash.

It was really well located just a quick walk to the entrance of old town and the most popular attractions. It was very clean and organized and very quiet if you like a good nights sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Another plus for travelers is if you arrive before check in time they store your luggage for you so you can go exploring and came back later when the room is ready. It has a nice TV if you like to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day.

The door hinges of the room are a bit stiff so other guests who are not so careful bang the door when leaving and arriving

The reception area was small but very elegant. The staff were nice and accommodating to my needs. The hotel is very close to the Central train station. My experience with the hotel will surely make me come back.

I didn't know if there were any lifts/ elevators on my side of the hotel. Anyway, I don't think it's that necessary. Just some things other travellers should know, who might be carrying heavy luggage or have mobility issues.
