Quality Inn & Suites Lake Havasu City

Check-in was a nightmare. I saw at least three people behind the front desk but only one checked people in. I was fourth in line when I arrived and it took over 30 minutes to get my key. And...I can't go up and down stairs but was originally assigned a room on the upper floor. Astounding to have a motel with no elevators or other ADA accommodations. You should at least ask about issues like that at the registration website.

The beds were surprisingly very comfy and all the extra fluffy pillows were great had a hard time not staying in bed and sleeping allday

Although the continental breakfast had a large selection of items such as hard boiled and scrambled eggs sausage and waffles lost its excited after a couple days..They never change the breakfast items and even after attempting to go first thing in the morning it was stiill same stuff they could use an updated meal plan and a bit of variety every other day possibly

The room was very clean and beds were super comfy. The front desk clerk(Reechad) was SUPER FRIENDLY and ALWAYS wore a smile. Kept us laughing. Breakfast was wonderful and superb location. Thank you. It has definitely become our favorite place to stay. And the price was great

Nice place to stay good buffet this time we went they were remodeling so the breakfast was meh but overall the kids enjoy it here the gas station is in the corner quick access to gas and ice along with munchies before you head out to the lake. They have boat parking. Rooms have a mini fridge over all a nice place to stay.

The room was kept clean. The pool is big and kept clean. A fun place to unwind and enjoy the sun. The bedding and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection. The front staff were very helpful and a pleasant

In our room the carpet needed replaced or a deep cleaning. We stayed for 9 days and the stairs to the second floor had cigarettes not swept up the whole time. On the stairway hallway was a large coffee spill and it needed washing.

I did not know until I arrived that booking the last room meant that it was a smoking room. It was okay for one night, but I would have preferred a non-smoking room. I wish there had been some indication on the booking site. If there was, I missed it. I will book directly next time with the establishment & avoid the middle man.

The nicest staff we have had in years, no kidding! How amazing that quality service and kindness still exist!

We walked around in our socks when we got there. Our socks turned black. When we got out of the showers we got on the towels to protect our clean feet, the towels were black. Everything else was clean. Floors gross.

I liked having the breakfast. The staff there was very helpful with everything I needed. Hotel is in a nice spot to be able to walk different places. I liked that it was close to where the IJSBA World Finals is held. And btw there is a bottle opener on the wall

There is not much to complain about the hotel.it’s a very basic hotel. Maybe could have been a little more updated, fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet shower room is very small not very well thought out design.

We were caught in an unexpected Monsoon that forced us to packup our lake camping adventure and stay in a hotel with moments notice - the town was inundated with unexpected hotel needs for many people and the staff here were absolutely AWESOME about getting us into a room when there really werent any to be found in town!! SUPER GRATEFUL for the desk staff and how expeditious and KIND she was!!!

Again this was last minute stay for MANY people that day and the cleanliness of the room could have been better, however, it was a LOT in a brief amount of time so it was understandable for sure that things werent perfect!!

location & proximity to grocery stores & other necessities. We were on our way from Las Vegas to Palm Springs & chose the route through Lake Havasu to check it off our list. Truthfully, it’s about as “out of the way” as one can get but worth the drive.

since we were still in the midst of COVID, the precautions taken in the breakfast room weren’t stellar & no provisions, trays, were provided to take breakfast back to the room. Be careful in the swimming pool, the steps have extremely unexpectedly high risers.
