The hotel was great. It far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was well kept and clean, in a good location and there was free parking on site. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Veronica at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating and Estela kept our room very neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was good quality. Breakfast was very good, there were many options and the mickey waffles were a favourite. We had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Orlando!

I liked the bed, it was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was always super clean. We were lucky because there were very few guests doing noise in the hall or in the adjoining rooms, so we could rest. The breakfast was ok, but I wish there was more variety of dishes. The hotel is very close to Disney, which is a huge advantage. However, the schedule they have for the shuttles is very late and not useful, prepare to have your car or pay for a taxi. Overall, I think the stay was ok, I would return.

At breakfasts, the eggs were microwaved. The ariconditioner did a lot of noise and was very slow to modify the temperature. There are no nearby stores, so if you need anything else apart from what they have in the ministore at the hotel you will need to take a taxi.

The only thing they could improve is the daily cleaning of the rooms, they never changed the towels, nor did they bring new bathroom products, I had to look for them myself to get clean towels and bathroom products

The hotel was priced very fairly and had nice rooms and facilities. The pool was always clean and tidy which was good on some rest days from the parks. I think the rooms appear nicer in person and had a microwave, tea/coffee machine, fridge which was very handy. There was an easy breakfast buffet on each morning plus a shuttle bus with friendly drivers on daily.

The breakfast used disposable plates and cups made from polystyrene, which with how we should be less wasteful and use reusable items we felt this wasnt good. We actually resorted to on the third day buying our own plates and cups so we didnt keep throwing stuff away.

Staff was great, room was very clean. I liked how they texted your phone to ask how's your stay and if you needed anything. Good breakfast also and the hotel is in a great location to Disney parks.

The beds were a little too small. I stayed in the two queen suite. I didn't have a view out the window. During breakfast time it gets very crowded and there are limited seats. The AC unit in the room was kinda loud and it gets pretty noisy in the hallway outside of the room with guest socializing

- free parking on site - very professional and kind staff, who pleasantly surprised us several times (for example: in the room, two swans made of bath towels and rose petals were waiting for us - so our anniversary was even more special - thanks to Mrs. Estela, and upon departure - which due to hurricane Nicole had to be at 5 in the morning - Mr. Mario prepared us breakfast to go - thank you, Sir!) - very good location - near most attractions in Orlando and many options for shopping or food - free shuttle to Disney World

Me and my family love the breakfast and we stayed in room 331 and the housekeeper was amazing. I can really say they do there job by keeping the hotel spotless. The front desk staff are amazing as well. I love that the hotel send you a text message to see how your stay is going. Me and my family will be back. continue to do what y’all are doing!! y’all rock !!

All staff were very accommodating. it was very clean. my room was cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff was very kind and hard working. this is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at.

The workout room needs to be cleaned more often. it was a nice room.

Everything was amazing. It was clean when we got there, quiet all night. The pool was always clean and warm. I couldn’t say more about how kind the staff was.

The housekeeping was a bit spotty while we were there, always ended up trying to come in while we were in the room, after we were gone all day.

Loved the breakfast variety daily. Excellent courteous staff, awesome housekeeping, delicious breakfast, very clean and smells good.

On our last day we didn't get to eat breakfast because they told us it started at 7am and I searched it up and it said 6 to 10am. We wanted to have breakfast before going to the airport.
