it was close to our event.

the stairs. they were steep, and the first night I was awake almost all night because the hall light shines right in our room and lite the whole room up. I had to leave ally in the morning to go up to Mount Pleasant and my daughter was in getting food with my son and some lady who worked there told him he could not be in getting food with out his mom! my daughter looked at the lady and told her he’s my Brother!! felt he was being judged because he is black and my daughter is white!! very wrong!!

Pool was fine on weekdays weekends it's full by non guests using it as a party pool it's Def a college party spot the staff was great pillows were nice and rooms

To many non guests half the doors don't open only 2 exits that work felt like a fire hazard keys constantly have to be redone and I was locked out at least 6 times were I had to run around the building to get inbeaides that it was OK breakfast was good besides the microwavable eggs and links they were disgusting the waffles were good

I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean, efficient and well run hotel. I have been so disappointed lately, that this was refreshing!

I did not particularly like that the room did not have an outside window, but rather one in the hallway that was tucked into the corner, and I almost didn’t close the curtain on it! According to my daughter, who traveled with me, this is become a common room configuration, but it was a surprise to me.

I liked the cleanliness and quiet. I also liked the efficiencient and congenial staff. Breakfast was very nice also. A lot of choices.

I could not get hot water in the bathtub in room.108 and the coffee machine did not work. It didn't brew the water into the cup. It just boiled and did nothing. I am a diabetic and more breakfast choices like plain oatmeal or hard boiled eggs and multigrain toast would have been nice too, but I did find a few things to eat.

The people and staffs have always a smiling face and make our day better

No reason to dislike this place..almost everything is near like restuarants , grocery shops etc .

The staff was very accommodating and the room was very nice.

I had to keep getting my key cards activated to get back in, every time I left my room and this is the second time the coffee pot was defective in the room.

Nice place located very close to the Frandor shopping center, very convenient location. Rooms fully equipped (microwave oven, freezer, iron desk, TV, ... )

All of the staff including morning and night were very helpful and made sure to accommodate any needs i had! Will DEFINITELY be staying again. They were quick, efficient, very considerate and effective. Will be booking again! Thank you!

Th staff and manager were very polite I saw staff working on improvements painting etc was cool to see very clean pool was nice and breakfast was good kids loved it

Nothing at all to be honest.

The front office was great and the cleaning staff was great to the room was clean and the beds sleep great and the inside pool was great to will used again

Their was nothing I didn't ike about it would not been no better
