The lobby and the building gives you this sense that it is the most amazing hotel ever built (and it is huge). Services wise it was top class and breakfast buffet was mindblowingly vast. Parking was just outside around the hotel, at least payment using Easypark app was straightforward. It is outside the centre, but area had some restaurants and nice street food as well for dinner :) Access to airport and highway to Malmö was nice as well.

The hotel inside the rooms and corridors looks a bit like it has seen its best days, not everything is super spotless. Maybe like 10 years ago it was top of class. Outside parking for 38e a night is a bit extensive. For the price of this hotel (more than 200e for 1 person room) I kind of expected more. Maybe this is just normal for Copenhagen.

We greatly appreciated the hotel's exceptional value for money, as well as the consistently pleasant and accommodating staff. In addition, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident in the impeccable condition of the rooms and the diligent service provided by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet itself was exemplary, offering a diverse range of fresh and delectable options throughout our stay.

Despite the hotel's many positive aspects, there were certain areas that fell short of my expectations. • Firstly, the location was somewhat inconvenient, requiring an 8-10 minute metro ride from the central area. Additionally, the surrounding construction activities during our visit in May 2023 generated noticeable noise on business days. • Furthermore, the absence of nearby shops and supermarkets should be taken into account, particularly for guests arriving late and seeking provisions. • Room for improvement lies in enhancing the comfort level of the beds and pillows, as well as providing in-room amenities such as water bottles and slippers.

Booking was straightforward via booking.com. The hotel was easy to spot from the metro and whilst the surrounding area is currently undergoing construction, it was easy to navigate and will be amazing when finished. The noise from the construction work could not be heard in the hotel. The reception is incredibly impressive with the atrium, plant wall, seating areas, shop and quirky central staircase. On arrival, we were greeted warmly and quickly. The check-in process was speedy and we were able to access our room several hours early which was so much appreciated, as this allowed us to get settled before exploring the city. Our room was clean, spacious and well equipped and kept tidy throughout our stay. Bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the free toiletries, the water and coffee & tea making facilities. The room also had a fridge and a safe. The staff on reception, in the restaurant, at the bar and at the concierge stand were all incredibly friendly, helpful and polite at all times. The spaces in the hotel to relax were plentiful, comfortable, stylish and well proportioned. Check-out was effortless on the final day and we were able to securely leave our luggage free of charge until later in the evening. The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the metro service (which travels to Copenhagen or 3 stops to the airport) and there are 3 buses which travel into Copenhagen right in front of the hotel. Public transport arrives frequently, is reliable and is easy to use. We had an incredible time in Copenhagen and couldn't have asked for better accommodation.

Very little choice in all three restaurants for vegetarians or vegans. Shop purchases have to be made at reception, which at peak check-in times can be busy.

The hotel's location was truly stunning, with its beauty and charm making it an ideal spot to stay. Moreover, the convenience of being within walking distance to the Bellq Center Metro was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the city. One of the standout features of the hotel was its breathtaking architecture, seamlessly blending modern design with timeless elegance. It was a pleasure to be surrounded by such a marvelous environment during my stay. Although the room I stayed in was on the smaller side, it was still very manageable and didn't hinder my overall enjoyment. Plus, the attentive and friendly staff provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. The hotel's restaurants were a true gastronomic delight, offering a diverse and delicious range of dishes. From breakfast to dinner, I found myself indulging in delightful culinary experiences that left me eager to return for more. In conclusion, my stay at Bella Sky Hotel was a fantastic experience that I would gladly repeat. With its stunning location, captivating architecture, manageable rooms, friendly staff, and delectable dining options, I can confidently say that I would eagerly choose to stay at this remarkable hotel again. Pretty noisy place. Good for parties, not for families with children.

The room was clean and adequately spacious for my family of three. As soon as we stepped in, it smelled clean. They had a rollaway bed set up nicely ahead of check-in. The checking staff was friendly and nice, but please be advised that there is no help with luggage--may not be suitable for the elderly. For a 4-star hotel, bell help could be provided. However, a nice room with a view and helpful staff made up for all the small issues. I'd stay here again. The beds were fantastic and comfortable and the drapes are thick--so no light comes in. AC is a huge bonus in European countries.

The breakfast is huge but a selection of properly cooked eggs is desirable--the half-cooked scramble gave my kid stomach issues. For a Marriott brand hotel, they should follow American safety protocols and cook the eggs well.

Very close to the metro station, very god hotel, price a bit high

unfortunately we were not aware that we just had a view to the tower besides which was a bit "trist", maybe also our fault because we did not know when you dont choose city view you just have a view to the very close second tower which belongs to the hotel. I was looking forward as from a earlier stay at the hotel to have a wide look outside the windows (it has not to be city view also a park would be ok) so that was a bit disappointing. But as said maybe it was our fault but if you want to have a better view you have even to pay more.

Nice view from high floors, breakfasts were good (everything you might need, good quality), nice personnel, at night near reception they have water and fruits. There is bus stop near the hotel - easy to get to the city centre, also you can use metro which is 5 minutes walk.

If you go from the metro station to the hotel at night, it's a short 5 minutes walk, but there is a reconstruction side so not very pleasant - though still was safe. As there were some holidays - the bar and restaurant were closed, which was a big disappointment. It would be nice at least to inform at the check-in as when you expect to have the dinner in the hotel and everything is closed - you can't easily change your plans as the hotel is not in city centre and there is nothing nearby to get food - at all, it's standing at the "wasteland".

Staff was super friendly and the luggage could be looked after, when the early check in was not possible, due to inabailability of rooms. Buisiness Space on the bridge was helpful, but it would be nice if a more secluded, more quiet space could be arranged.... a lot of pedastrian traffic on the bridge.

The Hotel was looking very modern from the outside, but the beige interior on the 5th floor (in tower one) with reddish carpets was a very strong contrast to the exterior. fully understand, that it is difficult, when having to clean many rooms, so please do not over rate: but there was still hair from multiple prior visitors which could be found in the room.

The parking spaces were not free and very expensive. If you have a dog, you have to pay 300 DKK per night, which is a lot. Other hotels provide a goody bag with food and a squeaky toy. The breakfast check could be better. Other people booking things under your name. also the flavors vary from day to day, for example, a muffin or the quiche. Sometimes it's tasty, other times it's dry and flavorless. The menu of the Library Restaurant could be more extensive, and if you include truffle fries on the menu, make sure to actually serve truffle fries and not just fries with a truffle sauce. Adjust the menu to reflect fries with truffle sauce.
