- Cheapest in Copenhagen - Easy access from the airport and the central - A nice bakery and a supermarket around the corner - Staffs were friendly, welcome to answer questions - The room was really warm on snowy days - Offered us a kettle on request

- The floor of my room was a bit dusty. I wonder if they cleaned up after the previous customer - The room was small. Assume it's a place just to sleep - No staff on site after 6 pm. Customers upstairs were over exited at late night. no way to get them to stop that other than directly asking them. - No kitchen or microwave at the site, meaning you've got to buy cooked food. Wonder if it saves the total costs of the trip.

The bed is not so comfortable and the room was quite cold as the heating was not working properly, plus the windows are very old and not keeping out the cold and the noise.

We took a room with a shared bathroom. The room was clean, the view was beautiful, the bathroom and toilet were also clean, and the beds were comfortable. We are very satisfied. We would be very happy to choose this hotel again.

The staff were so helpful, friendly and kind. I had some difficulty on the day of check in, but they were so nice to offer a free breakfast and room upgrade. I really appreciate it.

no access to common floors when reception is closed, which is closed most of the time while booking it said breakfast included but after confirmation got an email breakfast is not included , this is unacceptable

The Hotel is pretty cheap and in a very good location. It's super close to the city center.

It's loud. I supposed that it, while I had my stay, was also used by assembly workers and they got up at 04:40 in the morning and left at around 05:30. I that timespan, they were loud. Really loud. But this is actually easy to mitigate: Just take some earplugs with you and you'll have a wonderful sleep. :)
