We loved the area - Sluseholmen, with all the canals! We rented bikes to get to town. Good size of the room and nice, Big Windows. Good breakfast.

Nothing on Booking refered to the Relaxed area being closed- that was a big dissapointment. The room was a bit to warm and no device in the room to change the temperature. There was a fan in the closet…. Seemed a bit poor in This Price range. Rent a bike from the hotel was expensive, so we rented the ”Donkey” bikes instead. Better to offer the guests a free bike to get to town..

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, just outside the city, close to where our friends lived and within easy reach of public transport. The double room was very clean, comfortable and had a superb shower and bathroom both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious. The breakfast was a buffet style, all you could eat with a large choice to suit everyone's appetite. The staff made sure that the buffet had a great selection all the time regardless of what time you went down for breakfast and where very organised. All the staff were courteous, friendly and approachable. We had a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel as there was a lot of building works near and around the property when we arrived, but we didn't hear any noise. There is ample car parking at the hotel. All in all, if we were to visit Copenhagen again, we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

My wife and I spent in the hotel 5 nights. I want to admit a wonderful staff of the reception always smiling and ready to help. I also want to admit an excellent location of the place that you do not mention on your site. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the ferry station wich brings you to the centre and makes it possible to admire the beauty of the city from water. We hope to come to Copenhagen once more and stay in this hotel

This is a comfortable hotel to stay with a parking and a very good breakfast with a rich selection of cold and warm food. The district in which the hotel is situated is somewhat off the city center but some parts of it with a chain of canals and small havens are really picturesque.

We had some problems with the identification of the Molestien street which was given as the hotel address in booking.com and our GPS system wasn't clear about - the off-street which we were directed to take looked uncertain as a suspicious road between two ruined row of buildings. I suppose it might be helpful if the information was provided about the main street running in front of the hotel, even if there is no entry from this street to the hotel.

The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and there is free parking in front of the building. Rooms aren't cleaned daily by default but this can be requested at the front desk. The staff will go out of their way to help. Last time we stayed in a more expensive hotel with more stars down town; the cheaper Scandic turns out to be the better option.

There is no water, tea or coffee in the rooms.

Room was clean, and lots of choices for breakfast. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our bus tour started in this hotel and our get together/know each other dinner was excellent!

The hotel location is far from the city center and so get ready to use a taxi or local bus. The in-house restaurant is not open on weekends, so had to walk and find food about 3-4 blocks away - no big deal. I was surprised that the first restaurant I went in, a Thai, don't accept credit card, only cash, or I have to sign up for an app to process my purchase. I went to a small pizza take out, again, didn't accept card; same thing need an app. Since I didn't have Danish kroner at that time, and didn't bother the hassle of signing an app, I ended up using my 15 euro for a simple medium size pizza! I read that Denmark uses mostly contactless, but it's not true. So make sure have some DKK.

This is basic Scandic - you know what you get. Quite a small Scandic, though. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good even though a bit limited. The bread was extremely fresh, coffee was good, vegetables fresh. Staff was friendly. Beds were nice to sleep. The room had pleasant temperature. With the sea view, there was no noise from the street. The view was nice as well.

The location is quite poor if you come late. Day time bus takes you quickly to the city - but not to the airport. Night time you need taxi to get there.

Staff attention was truly exceptional. Specially the guy with beard in the front desk. Excellence!

The "eco" policy of not cleaning is not good. Is OK not washing towels and bed sheets everyday...but what about coming for TEN minutes and take to do a quick vacuum cleaning and take way garbage???

Good breakfast! Very helpful staff at the desk - had an issue with the booking, but the person at the front desk made sure everything was sorted out (despite difficulties contacting management due to public holiday) - was very much appreciated. Good value too.

Moderate traffic noise - not super loud, but may be difficult for light sleepers. The beds are softer than I like, but may be perfect for others.
