Scandic is Like the UK premier Inn as in It does what it needs to do, standard room, clean, comfortable bed and there is one on every corner. Saying that the reception, bar and restaurant is that of a nicer hotel. We were really impressed by the service and how friendly everyone was but that was Coppenhagen all round!! Really easy to get into the main town as it is so close to the metro and also bus stops outside. Would definitely recommend. 😊

Disappointing that the restaurant wasn't open on an evening. However there is a great Pizza takeaway close by called Otto's which was good!

Everything! The best location you can imagine. If you have car or dog, I have to say you just register the car in the app gratis. No need to pay. You can easily use the bus, metro or the water bus. All just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Dog is not gratis but you pay a pretty decent price per night. I has breakfast included and I can also say was pretty good and plenty of variety for everyone. My room a a nice size and the bed very comfortable.

I got 2 single bed and I would have prefer a double bed.

Hotel is in a great location, 3 metro stops from Tivoli, close to water bus stop (I recommend to try it, super views from water bus). Rooms are spacious. Breakfast are good, with some variety of good quality local priducts. Free of charge parking outside hotel with registration through app.

Electric kettle in a room would make the hotel perfect. Tea at reception hall is super expensive. Some of reception Staff members could be more friendly and efficient.

Tasty breakfast, very comfortable bed and good location. Metro just around the corner. There is also pool table and activities you can do inside hotel. Staff is super nice.

Would be nice to have tea in the room. We were adviced that if you book time for breakfast in their app, you are guaranteed a table. Since hotel was fully booked, we did reservation but still struggled to get a table, since this reservation did not really reserve you a spot. It felt a bit useless function.

We loved the area - Sluseholmen, with all the canals! We rented bikes to get to town. Good size of the room and nice, Big Windows. Good breakfast.

Nothing on Booking refered to the Relaxed area being closed- that was a big dissapointment. The room was a bit to warm and no device in the room to change the temperature. There was a fan in the closet…. Seemed a bit poor in This Price range. Rent a bike from the hotel was expensive, so we rented the ”Donkey” bikes instead. Better to offer the guests a free bike to get to town..

My wife and I spent in the hotel 5 nights. I want to admit a wonderful staff of the reception always smiling and ready to help. I also want to admit an excellent location of the place that you do not mention on your site. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the ferry station wich brings you to the centre and makes it possible to admire the beauty of the city from water. We hope to come to Copenhagen once more and stay in this hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, just outside the city, close to where our friends lived and within easy reach of public transport. The double room was very clean, comfortable and had a superb shower and bathroom both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious. The breakfast was a buffet style, all you could eat with a large choice to suit everyone's appetite. The staff made sure that the buffet had a great selection all the time regardless of what time you went down for breakfast and where very organised. All the staff were courteous, friendly and approachable. We had a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel as there was a lot of building works near and around the property when we arrived, but we didn't hear any noise. There is ample car parking at the hotel. All in all, if we were to visit Copenhagen again, we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The wifi is very fast and easy to connect to, and the breakfast is fantastic! I had a cold and I think the ginger shot they have cured it.

They do not provide cleaning of the room without requesting it, for the sake of the environment. I think that is OK but did not expect it. The room decoration is austere, and the views are unimpressive.

The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and there is free parking in front of the building. Rooms aren't cleaned daily by default but this can be requested at the front desk. The staff will go out of their way to help. Last time we stayed in a more expensive hotel with more stars down town; the cheaper Scandic turns out to be the better option.

There is no water, tea or coffee in the rooms.

This is a comfortable hotel to stay with a parking and a very good breakfast with a rich selection of cold and warm food. The district in which the hotel is situated is somewhat off the city center but some parts of it with a chain of canals and small havens are really picturesque.

We had some problems with the identification of the Molestien street which was given as the hotel address in booking.com and our GPS system wasn't clear about - the off-street which we were directed to take looked uncertain as a suspicious road between two ruined row of buildings. I suppose it might be helpful if the information was provided about the main street running in front of the hotel, even if there is no entry from this street to the hotel.
