+ Clean and modern hotel for a relative good price (for Denmark reality). + Not far from the airport and the express-way. + Very decent everyday room service. + Auto check in is ok, although guest should have been informed about it beforehand, with instructions.

- Arrived nearly at midnight, tired to the limits, nobody at the reception desk, had to use auto-check in machines after waiting in a queue of people who had problems with operating them. Irritating. - No towels in the room, had to go back to the reception desk and wait to solve this..... - Irritating curtain in the shower, no shower cabin - Had room from the street side, so after 5.00 AM it began to be noisy inside my room....

Staff is very nice. Copenhagen is the starting place of our travel and we probably need to store one luggage bag (with some unnecessary and heavy stuff) and it’s been accepted with positive responses. Then the staff helped to order early taxi (160dkk fixed price) for us to the Copenhagen airport because it’s not too easy to get there, even if geographically it’s near.

It’s not easy for airport transit, even if the hotel is labeled as ‘airport hotel’. You have to take airport shuttle bus (outside T3) to rental car center, then walk and change a bus (just 2 stops). No direct hotel shuttle service or direct metro (the best is to take one stop metro to Tarnby then still long walk or change to bus). The hotel might need to consider how to make guest more easy to access the airport.

Nice basic level and reasonably priced hotel close to the airport to spend a night or two. Clean and convenient, rooms are fine and big enough. Breakfast looked fine, but we had time to walk around before our delayed flight and ate outside. Very friendly and responsive staff. They have bikes for rent and we rented, but the bike turned out not convenient for me so we asked to cancel and they did without any issue and gave us a full refund.

They position themselves as a "sleep" hotel for "Copenhagen airport", but they're not at the airport and not walking distance from it. So I would expect them to have arranged transfer to/from airport. If not shuttle then at least some fixed price transfer. So basically one should add the price of two taxi trips to the price of the stay at the "airport hotel".

It is fairly near to the airport, but not walkable; we used a taxi to Zleep; it was a flight layover for us, so the next morning, took another taxi back to the airport. Took maybe 10 minutes each way and the drivers were helpful and friendly. The staff checking us in and out were conversational, pleasant, attentive. Everything was spotless! And the update of this previous 60s hotel is amazing and sleek and unique. We loved everything about it. The breakfast is served in the lower level (some would call it a basement) and the unique tables and benches and chairs - that make conversation with others easy - just made the place feel friendly, like you wanted to just chill out there; lots of great food choices, and you can even boil your own eggs in this water bath unit, which was a fun new thing for us! We LOVED it all. We are telling our friends who travel to check it out. Thank you so much.

There was nothing we didn't like! We initially thought, because of the name, Zleep Airport, that it might be in walking distance from the airport, but the fact that it wasn't, was absolutely no problem for us.

The hotel is super close to the airport, with only like 20 minutes of train and bus travel + the bus station is less than 100m away from the hotel. It was clean and light, the beds were comfortable and we loved the many mirrors our room had. We had no problems communicating with the staff and they even sent the "just eat" delivery person right to our room!

The only small minus point was, that we couldn't really lock the bathroom door. We made do with our suitcases, or just left it slightly open since it didn't bother us much. Though for people who do like their privacy, it would be a bit more of a problem.

The room was spacey, and had a large bathroom and bed. The view outside wasn’t spectacular, but our room was on the second floor so people couldn’t look inside. A pity that breakfast wasn’t included, as it was cheaper to buy pre-made food from the store. Otherwise, a really nice experience.

Although it was only a short bus ride from Ørestad station, the hotel was quite far from the city, especially in terms of transport. There were only 2 buses that drove once every hour. To top this off, the DOT app and website was really bad. (There was zero information of where the transport was currently, or if it was delayed. And you had to search where to go because the stations only had the end station on their boards, and not the whole trip.) We bought a 72 hour city pass, which was very much worth it.

Very confortable hôtel and clean. 7mn from airport with taxi. The wifi is not the best but it works. Breakfast was nice and had a lot of different options. The reception was very amicable and nice. Nothing went wrong for me. The price was very attractive as well.

We had a very happy stay at your hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided a kettle for the room when we asked for some water and also phoned the takeaway to order food for us. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy, and each morning was cleaned and stocked up with fresh towels and new bedding. We didn't have breakfast but it certainly smelled delicious. The hotel is in easy walking distance of public transport to the city centre and airport. We used the 'Dot' app to get from place to place in Denmark; it was very simple to use. We had a lovely stay at your hotel and if we come back to Copenhagen, we will certainly be staying there again. Andrew and Karin
