The staff are all very friendly and kind. The property is well maintained and everything is in good condition. The pool is lovely to refresh during the heat. Breakfast was very good with a good choice, especially having your eggs done as you like them. The location is great, enjoying breakfast in front of the sea is always enjoyable, plus there are many good restaurants and shops within walking distance (also ATMs). The property felt safe and secure

The rooms seemed to be updated recently with nice furniture, new doors, and windows. Only the kitchen area showed its real age. The hotel offers separate towels for the pool and beach. The breakfast was pretty good and the view from the breakfast area is stunning.

Unfortunately, the street is right between the hotel and the beach. During the day there is quite some traffic which creates some noise. Luckily the traffic decreases towards evening :-)

This place is quite nice: Room: the rooms are spacious, super clean and have a balcony. In mine we had a fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Also enough silverware and dishes for 6 people. Breakfasts: it's a buffet breakfast that is pretty great. They offer you a variety of 6 fresh fruits, omelette, scrambles eggs, mangu, bacon, pastries, juice, milk, bread, tea, amongst other foods. Location: the place is great, even though the beach directly in front of the hotel isn't the most pretty around here, it's actually quite nice. You can walk to punta poppy (20 min) or to playa las ballenas (40 min). There are a lot of really nice restaurants near by (from budget friendly to not so much) that you can walk to or you can download the food app that will deliver food to the hotel, it works perfectly fine and they payment is in cash upon arrival. Hotel: the hotel is about 15 years old, but you won't notice because they take the maintenance really seriously, it looks brand new. The pool is lovely and the whole place is really relaxing. Plus Juan can serve you one of the best piñascoladas I've ever tried (I wish everyone could make the same drink as him). Overall just a lovely stay, just what you expect from a place valued above 9.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Yes, there are more luxurious hotels I have been before but this one comparing with the price ratio is just unbeatable. Spacious rooms, everyday cleaning, nice breakfast and lovely pool (fantastic for our 3 year old girl). The staff was doing everything to make us feel comfortable. They even supplied with 5 galons of water when we run out of it.

The only thing that can be a downside for some of the people is the location of the hotel. If You want a beach like on the pictures You will have to walk about 1km. There is a beach in front of the hotel but more industrial then holiday with palms :) We had a car so no issue at all but please keep in mind the fact that nice beaches are further from the city.

We loved the super pretty Mediterranean style hotel and the large terrace and apartment in general. It was intimate and quiet despite the busy area. Super easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. We rented a motor bike to get to some of the gorgeous close by beaches. The breakfast and staff was excellent with a gorgeous top terrace view of the water. The pool is sparking clean as is the whole place. The entire staff was wonderful.

There is nothing about the property itself. We did choose to travel a couple of miles in each direction to go to two gorgeous beaches, rather than hanging out right across from the hotel.

Fabulous breakfast buffet, simply outstanding. Beautiful hotel and landscaping, with a great view if the beach. What really makes this hotel stand out is the attentive and kind staff. Great to have a manicurist do a home visit..

It would be nice to have a wider range of snacks to purchase, e.g. canned foods/soups or ramen noodles for light meals.

great location across from las terrenas beach and a short 7min walk to popy beach. hotel was also located next to a lot of dance clubs at night.

everything was perfect… just wish the shower water would remain hot for longer than ten min. it was a bit cold during my stay and it would’ve been nice to warm me up!

Wonderful place .prime location. Everything was great in & out..most important thing that is the stuff that smiles back to you in any time of day 🫶 which makes the whole experience worth every penny. ⚘️🌞👍

Staff spoke good English, and were eager to help. Breakfast was good with enough selection. The 2 bedroom, ground-floor apartment we had was perfect for our family with a huge patio that offered outdoor seating and dining space. Having a washing line to dry towels was a good bonus. Once in the bedrooms no noise can be heard from outside which was good to ensure sleep. Many restaurants are a short walk away offering a mix of menu's. The excursion we booked arrived promptly as agreed.

We had stayed at Las Ballenas beach before, so were a little disappointed at the beach over the road of the hotel, however, it is perfectly adequate with sun loungers and beach bars close by. This isn't a negative, and if we had not stayed on the other beach we would have found this one fine and you can walk to Punta Popy beach very easily along a good path

better than the photos, great facility, very clean, right across from the beach…you can hear the waves from your room.
