The apartment was absolutely fantastic - everything what was offered. It is very much in the center of Las Terrenas, so for me, without own transport - it was great, because it is a walkable distance to all restaurants, bars, cafes, and town beaches. But this is not a guiet location far away from the village bus. The staff was absolutely amazing, very accommodating and helpful.

I have nothing really to complain about.

Very beautiful place. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to everything (restaurants, local shopping, beach, moto rentals, etc.).

At the entrance of the property, as you're turning into the location, there's a large gutter that is partially covered by metal plates. I damaged my front, right tire as I came into the property.

Everything. The apartment is perfect, beautiful, spacious, clean, warm showers, daily cleaning, fully equipped kitched. Friendly and helpful staff.

Noise. You can hear the motorcycles and construction work all day long and until pretty late in the evening (9pm). In the room you hear it less. But if you are sitting on the balcony you can hear also the screaming children playing in the pool.

Relatively new, modern building. Nice a modern interior designs too. Proximity to restaurants, bars Free Wi-fi Free, gated and secure parking. Nice but on the smaller side pool

- no elevator in a 4 story building - very dirty private pool / jacuzzi upon arrival - no onsite catering of any sort / no soft drinks to buy - best beaches are NOT in a walking distance (one would need a taxi or a car to get there)

The staff were professional, helpful & friendly. The pool area and grounds are lovely. The room was spotless, spacious, tastefully decorated and the terrace amazing

If being picky, extra or larger pillows would have been nice

Located on a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants but is tucked away on a large property so it's super peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and took care of ordering taxis for us for a long drive and were accommodating with early check in. The rooms and balconies are so spacious and well-furnished. Loved that there was a water dispenser in the room.

Shower wasn't warm, unfortunately.

We were greeted and checked in very kindly and they made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to work everything! The condos were amazing and such a great space to stay for a group! Loved the pool and how many appliances the kitchen had!

The property was very clean, and I mean spotless!! The apartment was very spacious and super comfortable. Everyone at the property was very kind, friendly and helpful.

No complaints!

Our plans changed and we had to go home early and the management completely understood and accommodated us. Nicole feels like a spa oasis in a pretty busy little town.

There needs to be significant urban help in Las Terranas. The streets are wild Wild West.
