Location, the hotel is well located and I would definitely recommend people to visit Las Terrenas. Breakfast was good and the ladies working in there were just lovely. Liked the room with it’s terrace. Didn’t used the pool but it looked nice.

We stayed in an apartment and you could literally hear everything from other rooms specially if the other guests are loud, there is also some traffic that could be heard in the morning but it was bearable. what wasn’t really cool during our stay was waking up to the staff being reprehended very loudly, if there is something to discuss with the staff it should preferably be treated in a way that does not disturb guests. Regarding customer service, it could be improved; It seemed a bit absurd to us to have to chat to be able to ask for extra toilet paper for the room. Internet connection was weak for us.

I had a nice stay. Since we arrived until we left staff was kind. The place is very comfy, fresh and private. It's a great place to go with the family. Rooms were very comfy and had all we needed (coffee maker, fridge, cups, plates, ice cube molds already full, fresh water, etc). Breakfast was really good too. We loved the pool too since it was always clean. And also we went with our little puppy which had a good time at the open spaces and garden (Remember to bring poopy bags to always clean after your dog!)

Everything was good overall and the details mention ahead did not affect my stay or having a good time, but they can be consider in making this place even better than it is. You could smell a little bit of humidity in the air conditioning of the main room and it didn't cool very well, maybe it needed a little bit of cleaning. Also, the bathroom had this old blowers that did not work at all and seemed dusty and not safe, just removing them would be nice. Lastly the stove just had one burner which worked and the other three we didn't bother to try cause it didn't seemed safe to since they looked broken and without some parts.

We like it, close to beach, close to swimming pool..

Excellent bread. Both women working were very good. Coffee was good.

The location and the views from the room were great.

The parking lot was too far from the room, and no breakfast option on site. The wifi was inconsistent at best and the TV remote did not work properly.

Staff responded fast.

No reception area (only possible to stay in your own room), lack of safety (the reception desk computer was open and keys were in front, when we arrived, but no one was there - too easy for someone to rob the place + balcony does not have a proper lock, you just put a pin through), the pictures on Booking are fraudulent (showing the wrong hotel and other random pictures), and finally electricity disappeared in the evening.

Excelent location.

Bad mattresses. Very uncomfortable. Old fridges and kitchen in poor condition.

I didn't use the facilities

The WI FI was a big let down very weak. The air conditioner barely worked. Also had some issues with bugs. This was a small unit l stayed in. There are some larger ones. l don't know how those fairs.

The location was great. But Las Terrenas is a great place all arround.

Very little information to the guests. The place They never gave us breakfast and it was included in the stay and price.

Bait and switch!! I booked one place oceanfront and they said they didn’t have any rooms left! They took me to another location which was not ok! Not oceanfront and not comfortable for 3 adults. I kept calling them and they would say we are sorry and then hang up on me and then not answer when I called back. Poor communication and failed to provide what I booked. I did not stay I walked out. Will never use booking.com again.
