I loved the location of the hotel and the amount of space in the lodging. The grounds themselves are also lovely. The staff was very nice and when I was able to communicate with them they attempted to be very responsive.

The jacuzzi experience was underwhelming. It took 3 days to get someone to fill it so it could be used. I would not rent a unit again with the jacuzzi based on difference in price. The bed was also a bit firmer than I like but that may be a preference thing. Finally, the staff alerted me that I only need to call the front desk for assistance but no one ever picked up when I called.

Everything was amazing. The place is a little piece of paradise. The apartment was not only beautiful and comfortable but also super well equipped. We even had a hot/cold water dispenser. The bathtub was superb, this and the softness of the linen gave it a spa feeling. But of course the real marvel is the outside: just meters away there's a beautiful beach with cristal clear, warm water, no waves.. we just wanted to stay in forever. We just had a little issue with our door handle that broke one night, and they fixed it the following morning. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and polite. I recommend this place 100%

We didn't use the restaurant. The pool was clean and good.

One think that I think is kind of uncomfortable is how the bathroom is inside the bedroom; but I know that is a design of the building and at this point it can't be changed. Also, I think that having washing clothes service will be a great addition to the services of the hotel.

I love this place every time I visit Las Terrenas this is where I like to stay. The facility is very clean, and service is good. The beach is directly across the street and the apartment I stayed at had a wonderful view.

The last night there was not water due to a pipe that burst, but that was not their fault. They did repair rather quickly so no problem there.

This hotel was great. The reception did everything to make you feel great. Wonderful place. The pools were good. SPA - very good service. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Clean and tidy. Without this hotel, there would be nothing to do in Las Terrenas.

Breakfast (which is probably not related to the hotel) was very scanty and poor. Nobody speaks English. One day is Mojito 380 pesos; the next day is just laughed at and ignored and no Mojito. One shift was very rude. Don't trust anyone outside the hotel. Cheated on the street.

The hotel was very clean, and workers were all very professional. The rooms were amazing. The close proximity to the beach and pool were amazing.

The air-conditioning was not 100%. The breakfast area was fair. I expected better. They served the same thing every-day and did not have any gluten free options.

It was advertised that we would have a hot tub but we were told it was not able to get hot. The pool hours should extend past 8pm, when you are on vacation you should be able to enjoy yourself and 8 is a little early.

It went well as expected; pools were nice just found the top of the tile under the edge needed cleaning with a stiff hand brush. A hotel plan would help in each room; when we arrived, we were picked up and sent to our room with a golf cart; problem coming out of the apartment which direction was the exit of the hotel?

Was nothing to dislike, was a lovely two day and night stay, A hotel plan of where the dining area, exits, etc., are located is needed. First night TV controls did not work Internet also was down, took them hrs to fix this issue, the Internet is critical as I work online.

The team are super friendly and profesional. Private security, cleaning team, gardeners, reception team, and minigolf cart to carry you around. The pools were great and so was the apartment.

The breakfast was not great and in the first days we had very moody staff serving the food due to COVID. The food also felt monotonous and started to run out during our stay (yogurt, milk jar, and cereals for example disappeared from the menu due to shortages.) Cleaning team was good, but always seem to come after 5 pm when we were back from the beach, so it was a bit awkward to ask them to stay whilst we wanted to shower and get ready. It would be nicer for them to come earlier in the day.

Great location, exactly where you want to be without all the hectic. Large and very convenient. Great view. Very helpful staff, especially maya.

The place needs better maintenance and the breakfast is poor, we loved cooking to ourselves instead of going to the hotel's restaurant.
