Fabulous facilities, excellent service and convenient location. Rooms are gorgeous and offer everything you need. Top quality!

There was a wedding or party of some sort on the floor below (conference centre area?) and, because of the design of the building (open through the centre between floors) we were subjected to loud music and voices late into the night. Not sure what to suggest, short of sound-proofing the doors to the rooms better but it made it very difficult to sleep. We were there to sleep before an early morning flight (checked out at 4am) so very little rest was had.

I loved that you had lemon flavored water and horchata water outside the rooms. It definitely took my attention.

They wanted to charge 275 usd for each room. 556 usd instead of what the Booking app showed. They said it was because Booking doesn't charge all the taxes in its app. In the end I told them I'm going to cancel my stay but I don't want to be charged anything on my credit card because it was obviously their fault. So the guy accepted the fact of helping me and I got charged what Booking said, except for a "Tourism" tax that costed me nearly 6 usd each and I accepted to pay it because I needed to settle in my room and work. I don't know if booking also charges that tourism tax, but if not you should do it so the price displayed is the one you're going yo pay. No more, no less.

Proximity to airport is a 5 minute drive- excellent! Free shuttle is excellent! Breakfast is pretty good- lots of "continental" options on a large buffet. Room was clean, very comfortable and QUIET!! I paid a little extra for the "Business Floor" (5th floor) which includes a bigger room and apparently people who don't slam their doors in the morning, and don't have LOUD misbehaved KIDS! There was a 24 hour coffee/tea/iced tea, flavored water station on the floor near our room which is very nice. I really enjoyed the steam room which only took about 10 minutes to get going (although it should have been much hotter) and the sauna. The pool area was nice but...screaming kids again. Got terrible service at the bar at the "new" restaurant, so we chose not to eat there. We were going to but the bar service was terrible and to pay $10 for a well vodka soda is ridiculous. VERY good security at the hotel- needed a key card to access almost every space. Overall, a very nice stay in relative comfort for the end of a month-long trip in Ecuador. Were even able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive to Guayaquil.

Everything was wonderful. Being personally met at the airport got us off to a good start. Everything about the facilities is very nice.  whatever we needed for the room was brought to us quickly and with a smile. We loved the fact that they set us up at a nice table outside the restaurant. We enjoyed that immensely. The food, prices, and service was excellent in their restaurant. We are returning again soon.

We had what I thought was a party room next-door to us but they said it was a family. Either way it was extremely loud until late at night. Next time I will call the front desk. What looks like a very nice bar was closed for a private event, but it was still nice eating and drinking in the restaurant.

We stayed here to attend an English convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. All of us were warmly welcomed. The breakfast is excellent! I enjoyed all of the food options. The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. Tryp is attached to one of the malls which was convenient for shopping and restaurants. The staff are polite and well-trained as they think about the small details. It's located close to the airport and there is a free shuttle available. I definitely recommend a stay here.

Given current insecurity in Guayaquil, the fact that the hotel is connected to a giant mall is very helpful. You only have to walk across a hall and you have access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Some of the installations looked old/used. There was no night stand lamp for reading or dimming lights in the room. As I traveled with my family it would have been nice to have that feature in a shared room.

Free shuttle. Clean tidy room. Close to airport nexydoor to the maal the staff are very friendly amazing customer service. Especially Jorge he was very helpful and amazing customer service skills . Helped resolve any problems .He is a star in the company. And the people that greet you to take your luggage to your room are soo friendly will definitely book again

Everything is perfect

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. Very comfortable and clean rooms, with everything needed.

The location is excellent, right beside mall del sol. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The room is large, really comfortable. We had a problem with our room key a couple of times and the staff recognised this and shouted us hot chocolate on our last night which was a really nice gesture.

There's a couple of minor things that could be better: check in process could be faster; when there are two ppl in the room there needs to be 2 coffee Mugs, 2 coffee sets, and two glasses, there was only 1 of each and when they cleaned the room they didn't stock up coffee etc but we asked and they provided them. also bedside lamps would be excellent, as there's only one switch that controls all the lights.

one night stay to catch a flight the next morning, very convenient location, free car park, a swimming pool and directly communicating with a big shopping mall and food court problem of editing our room key with their machine upon arrival which made the check in process a bit long but it can happen with electronic devices anyway and we got the room key later
