Great room, friendly staff. Good selection of food at breakfast though coffee machines not working. Restaurant menu varied and food good.

Main restaurant wasn't open for dinner, but able to order from menu and was served meal in the bar which was fine. However, the 20% discount available in the restaurant wasn't honoured in the bar even though we chose from the restaurant menu. The discount available in the bar was 10%. Had the restaurant been open we would have eaten there so felt we should have been entitled to the higher discount..

We chose this hotel for our first trip to South America because we had brilliant experiences with a Swissotel in Izmir, Turkey - and we couldn't have made a better choice! Wonderful spacious suite with breathtaking fews, a fantastic pool, hall, bar, the executive lounge with lovely food and drink and an even better few - I don't even know where to start. It was all wonderful, but the best bit is the staff. Everybody is helpful, patient, so friendly and helpful that you feel like royalty. Especially the wonderful people at the executive lounge and at the reception deserve a mention - and the gentleman by the lift who always helped my wive finding her way. And the gorgeous people in the Spanish restaurant ... and and and. This hotel is a treat. Don't miss it!

Location seemed good, many restaurants around the corner in what seems like safe walking distance. Staff was excellent, prompt response when we had problems with our safe. Facilities all seem very nice and a good breakfast.

Bed was hard but comfortable enough, had problem with the safe and the battery needed to be charged, which they handled immediately. It would be nice to have more plug outlets and the room was a bit dark. Minor things and had a nice 3 night stay.

Rooms are wide, clean and great for families. Big kitchen, well supplied. The hotel also have 4 or 5 restaurants with great options from breakfast to dinner. Staff very kind and gentle. Parling included.

The swimming pool was cold and the access for the pool included a walk outside the building😕 Breakfast price a little bit salty. No playzone for kids.

The breakfast was OK, not excellent as I expected, need to improve some hot dishes like the encebollado was cold and bitter taste and everyday they offered the same. They need to improve a little bit

Breakfast was great. Travelled with family including young kids, everyone able to find something to their liking. Lots of restaurants in the area within walking distance. Went to a fabulous steak house. Very memorable.

Very slow WiFi. It was quite expensive. One could expet much liquid soap and shampoo. But the housekeeping was fast to bring what we asked for. There is not much to do around the hotel (although lots of restaurants)

I book this hotel for my colleagues. They all loved it, and really enjoyed the breakfast. Super recommended!

I liked the bar area in the evening where I had a drink in the evenings. The empanadas were very good. lobby staff was always kind and very friendly.

Breakfast could have been better. Buffet was sealed off by covid plastic screens. Very unpleasant. bread selection was no good
