Perfect food and Service, staff was very good and most important that room was always clean

Furniture is old but clean

We loved how close to the airport this hotel was! It includes free shuttle from there. We also got upgraded to a better room during our stay so that was great. They provided fruits and bottles of water in our room and we really appreciated the details. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The only detail would be that the door and walls are a bit thin so you do hear what’s happening outside your room. Thankfully our neighbors were quite respectful so we only heard minimal noise and a little bit also from the corridor when people were passing.

We got a free upgrade to the premium room, these rooms are new and you can feel the difference. Everything was clean and hygienic. Bed was comfortable and really good and clean shower. In room minibar, wardrobe, tv and safety box. Pick up shuttle was immediately ready when we came out of airport. I’d have chance, book the premium room!

We booked an free airport shuttle at 8.30 am, because our flight was 10:30 am. As it is less then 5 minutes drive to airport, we would be far on time. The shuttle was waiting for all other guests and left at 8.55 am. Also it went first to terminal 1 (it is an extra 5 minutes drive). So, we had to stress a bit at the airport at security, check in and customs. To me, they should let other guests who also have booked a shuttle, but who are too late for the shuttle they have booked, take another shuttle later.

This hotel is within the perimeter of Cairo airport. although each room is fitted with a bath, in their wish to accept and help those with mobility issues, they are in the process of updating two rooms with wet rooms allowing gears to either walk in or wheel chair transfer into the shower. I have forgotten the Customer relations Managers surname but get forename is Maria. it is so clear that through experience with her own mother she is fully aware of the needs of those with mobility issues.. Having had a long and stressful day, she immediately realised how tired I was and took me to an area to sit, she completed the reception details on my behalf in order that I did not need to stand while this was done. she also arranged for a wheel chair, in order for me to go to dinner, and then then taken to my room. the wheel chair was left in my room overnight. then in the morning I was wheeled to breakfast, and through my own choice I was taken to reception, and waited for transport to the airport. she even arranged for a member of staff to accompany me in order that while I waited in the hotel transport, the man went into the airport to get airport staff to bring me a chair, and push me through the airport. as someone who has endured mobility issues for years , the treatment by Maria and all the staff at La Passage was exceptional and literally went the extra mile.

sadly the system used in advertising on booking. com giving hotel prices excluding taxes, makes the price look better than it is. I used this hotel on this occasion simply because the cheaper option was fully booked. yes the price is over my budget, I hope that in future I will despite budget, hope to stay again.

Superb option to choose when needing to be close to airport. It was for our last night of our 20 day stay in Egypt, we flew to Cairo from Luxor at night and the hotel shuttle picked us up. We had a lovely dinner, slept wonderfully, had a great breakfast early in the morning and booked a last 3 hour morning drive around Cairo to say farewell and buy some souvenirs. The hotel staff was ever so helpful on arranging all that was needed for our plans and the shuttle took us promptly to the airport to catch our flight back home. The hotel does not have a direct entrance from the airport but has a shuttle service every 30 minutes, and you are AT THE AIRPORT, not near, there! I traveled with my mom and daughter and was a bit iffy on the hotel having a Casino but was under restoration. Nevertheless it is at the back end of the property so no concerns in choosing this hotel in the near future should the Casino be open. They start with you from the beginning . Once you arrived at cairo . A free of cost shuttle will be waiting to drop you off in the hotel . You can coordinate with transportation to pick you up anytime . You reach the hotel ; you're being welcomed with a smile . The concierge secures your bags to start reservation. The front desk welcomes you. As simple as a copy of the passport, you will get your room . Customer relations are also very active between the front desk and clients welcoming them with a lovely smile of Mrs Martina. Even she will make the reservation for you You reach your room . Nothing I recall

Perfect location only 2 mints away from the airport. Hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful .Specially Abdelrahman from reception who upgraded my room to a very comfortable room . The room was very clean , i liked room decoration a lot specially using blue colour which i felt very relaxing , they left welcoming Fruit and very yummy sweet plate at my room , the bathroom were extremely clean all you need was just there ( tooth paste & brush , Comb , hair cap and soap which has been changed by the housekeeper daily ) They have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport every half hour . highly recommended and definitely will come back again as i’m very touched by the great hospitality .

This hotel is situated up by the airport It's ideal for one or two nights to relax after a busy hectic time in Cairo Beautiful hotel this was our second stay and will use it every time we go to Cairo before flying home, The hotel shuttle bus runs every hour to the airport The staff are very friendly and helpful Check in was a breeze Special mention to Wael from the pool bar and restaurant He's funny and welcoming and the service is A+ food wow 😋

Nothing negative to say for us But location for anyone wanting to see the sights you'll need taxis everywhere

Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception,restaurant. Even the cleaningladies that I met in the morning.Beautiful clean room. Fresh fruit,chocolats and plate of sweets in the room at arrival. Free upgrade. I wish I could have stayed longer.

One thing was a bit confusing. In the room was a leaflet to promote the chines restaurant. When I went over there to have dinner the lady at the desk told met it was only for companies or with an egyptairvoucher???? . The restaurant was as good as empty. Why promote it and dont give acces to all hotelguests ???

This was a last minute choice to be close to the airport for an internal flight. As it turned out it was a great hotel and perfect after a long day touring Cairo and an early departure the following morning. The room was very comfortable with every amenity including loads of washing and shaving kit etc!.

We didn't experience the breakfast as we left at 7.00. Our tour operator arranged our airport transfer and it was a little early for our 9.00 departure and unfortunately clashed with the hotel's shuttle service, so the lobby and check out were a little busy
