The hotel is very new and bling (if that's your thing), our room was luxurious and very quiet - not to be taken for granted in the Middle East - and we slept very well in the massive beds. Delicious breakfasts, complemented by stunning views of the Nile. And at the end of the day winding-down at the spa after gazing at pyramids in the heat was heavenly!

The butler system. In principle it's a good idea, in practice we never saw our butler after the first day/hour. Little basic touches, like ensuring there were two shower robes instead of one (for both of us), returning with the chamomile teabags I had requested, ensuring turndown service happens very night were not done. Instead, whenever I saw the butlers they were goofing off, high-fiving each other, looking well-pleased in their gray tailcoats.

Probably the finest commitment to world-class hospitality we’ve ever experienced. Beautiful room, serviced around the clock. Huge bed. Impeccably trained, incredibly accommodating staff. Phenomenal breakfast buffet. Two pools. Good restaurants. Functional, stylish library full of actual books. Concierges that will deliver you the world.

It’s a new building (2021) so still needs some breaking in, but will likely only get better with age. The toilet paper situation was surprisingly underwhelming. For the price I’d recommend investing in the highest-quality product available: Charmin Ultra Soft™, tho I do not personally know the import economics or potential geopolitical constraints surrounding such matters.

All of staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast with many options. Room size. Location. Cleanness.

During chick-in, I asked the receptionist if it would be possible they can extend my checkout time complimentary for only two more hours, because I would be having a meeting outside the hotel during the check-out time, and they welcomed my request and noted that the system, but they decided to call me in the last day to inform me that complimentary late check out is not possible, and I have to pay 200 dollars for the extra two hours or leave on time!!! Did not make turndown service in the evening once, and when I reported that they were very slow in responding to me, though I called the hotline and went down to the reception to expedite this mandatory service.

- Very expensive though it doesn’t have the best Nile view from that particular area. - limited restaurants - very limited & poor food options in the lobby cafe and in room dining - very basic and extremely poor quality and presentation of dishes for in room dining, for instant; I’ve requested a (club sandwich) and I was extremely shocked and disappointed of the quality and presentation of this order?! it was worse than some cheap low end cafterai food! yet the cost of food and service is way to high than what we actually got?! - Unfortunately the food & restaurants of this hotel match what we may get in a 2-3 Stars hotels! On the other hand the rooms’ facilities and cleanness are to meet the 5 stars hotel at this same hotel!!

Beautiful design, nice pool, excellent breakfast, in particular local specialties very tasty. J&G Steakhouse was ok. Concierge arraged for a very nice and very knowledgeable (professional egyptologist) guide to the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum.

Poor evening entertainment, not inviting to spend more time in the common areas. Asian/Singaporean Tianma restaurant was extremely dissapointing (did not use the right ingredients, not authentic at all). Poor wine selection.

The staff and the Manager were welcoming, and throughout our stay they were very helpful. requests from housekeeping, room service, and the Concierge were delivered fast. Do Not miss the Breakfast!!

we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, the access was a bit confusing but we would still stay there again. frankly I cant think of other things we didn't like.

Staff is great, food is good. lobby was amazing.

Room felt crowded with bulky furniture. my room had an unpleasant lingering cigarette odor.

It is rare for me to mark answers as a 10 b 10 but this hotel warrants it. Everyone from the housekeepers, to waiters, receptionist and concierge delivered outstanding customer service. Friendly and helpful to a fault you all made our stay out of this world. Nothing was too much trouble for the St. Regis staff. You have the very best of staff! The hotel, facilities and amenities were of an exceptional standard, and were kept very clean without being intrusive. There is nothing I can fault! Needless to say we will be coming back next year once the GEM has opened and we are looking forward, very much, to visiting you again.

Absolutely nothing.

Very warm welcome by the staff who checked us in directly in our room . Very nice hotel, boasting the usual charm of St Regis. Our room was lovely with great views and a special thank you to our housekeeper Ibrahim, who was always attentive and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast is excellent with great choices and freshly made waffles and pancakes plus anything else you could dream of.

La Zisa is a good Italian restaurant but Scirocco (poolside) and Tianma (Singaporean) are far, far from acceptable. Service in both locations was excellent but I felt sorry for them, having to serve that food. At Scirocco, spring rolls were still frozen in the middle. At Tianma, baked puffs were leathery and completely inedible.

St. Regis Cairo is an exceptional on everything, starting from check in greetings to checkout. this hotel definitely competes very high level world quality hotels in Europe that has high standards reputations for long years, as of the experience spirit that we have got!! definitely will recommend this best hotel ever in Egypt for family and friends, nevertheless I won’t stay in any other hotel except the St Regis Cairo in my next trip. bavo 👏👏 very well trained and experienced people team super hospitality.

rooms interior decorations (nice & calming) for relaxation and home feeling for max comfort. Room tidiness and cleanness from house keeping. Room service doesn’t delay in response nor acceptable waiting time for food orders. Food is very high quality and delicious. Breakfast has literally everything that you need or even you think about, just ask the team if you didn’t find what you want (the they will definitely make it happen).
