Recently, I had the pleasure of staying in a hotel that made a lasting impression on me. The excellent service at the front desk by Mr. Haitham Ali was truly remarkable and the receptionist went to great lengths to ensure a smooth check-in experience including improving the room to leave his phone number for any questions the help was available 24h. Mr. Haitham Ali's attentiveness and professionalism made a really big impression on us and we felt special. The culinary experience at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The diverse menu offered a delightful array of options, catering to various preferences. The quality of the food was exceptional, showcasing the culinary expertise of the hotel’s kitchen. From breakfast to dinner, each meal was a gastronomic delight, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. One standout feature of this hotel is its commitment to cleanliness. The entire establishment, from the lobby to the rooms, exuded a sense of pristine hygiene. The housekeeping staff demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, maintaining a standard of cleanliness that significantly enhanced the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel’s dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every aspect of my visit. The attentive and friendly staff, combined with outstanding culinary offerings and an unwavering commitment to cleanliness, made my stay truly enjoyable. Hello, I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet , luxurious🤩🤩🤩 and wonderful vacation Firstly, I would like to talk about the hotel. It is established on a large area, and contains many restaurants, bars, many swimming pools,great aqua park for adults and kids and spa center. secondly, Rooms The rooms are spacious (Extra beds are available) and everything is very new and all documented with photos Thirdly, Restaurants and food There are many restaurants that serve a variety of tasty😋😋 foods Sea food, oriental, Italian, grilled, fruits, desserts, appetizers, all drinks and water are available at all times besides water and drinks in the mini bar in your room. The most important thing is flexibility in time between restaurants Cleanliness.... With someone obsessed with cleanliness like me. I am totally satisfied with the cleanliness in the hotel starting from the rooms to the pools, beach and restaurants. amenities: Wifi is available in all areas and for free. I highly recommend trying the jacuzzi, massage and other spa services. Staff: Staff (managers, receptionists, all staff in restaurants, housekeeping staff, waiters) I find them very helpful, serving with a smile and very patient. Everyone is keen on your satisfaction and comfort. If you have an occasion (anniversary or birthday) I am sure they will do their best I give this hotel 10/10 and I am so grateful 🙏🙏🙏for thier hospitality. The most annoying thing which is out of their control is the mosquitos but they totally deal with it. They spray odorless mosquito repellent spray everywhere and you can use OFF or any mosquito repellent

To begin, Pickalbatros is a trusted name, you can make reservations blindly. To categorise the experience The staff 10/10, special thanks to Mr.Ahmed Said , reception manager, a very helpful and friendly personnel, solved every problem i faced during my stay The dining: 9/10 , food is variable and delicious, you can enjoy multiple restaurants all over the resort Cleanliness: 10/10 everything is new and shining, you may face a bit of a problem with mosquitos (as the whole red sea shores are quite popular with), but again Mr.Ahmed Said solved the problem with proper intervention Pools: 100/10 every block of rooms has its own pool of different depths Beach: 7/10: not as sandy as you would expect if looking for a crystal-clear sandy beach, it is a little bit rocky up to the level of needing special shoes. Shallow water till the maximum distance at which life guard whistles for you. You can enjoy swimming, not shore snorkeling, there is a marina i couldn't use because my kid couldn't be able to swim in deep water Facilities 8/10: multiple restaurants, animation team on the clock, kids area, spa and gym, however the biggest problem i ever face is long distances you have to go through the resort, a golf car is available upon request, you can ride a bike with your partner available for free, (much fun if for short distance) Price: 10/10, reasonably priced Parking 5/10: you can park in multiple locations freely, unfortunately no shaded areas to park in, you have to leave your car in direct sunlight and dust, however it is totally safe inside the resort

There were 7 days. incredible territory. you can ride bicycles, the only thing is that there are not enough of them and you have to constantly fight for them. the restaurants are great, especially El Han. the beach for Egypt is normal, very shallow, but the positive is warm water. I sincerely thank the manager Hahsam Ali, he helped us a lot in everything, always answered our questions at any time. very cool water park, children's area, swimming pools, take rooms with your own pool, you won't regret it. incredibly wonderful staff who serve you, everyone is friendly.

the beach and the sea are three, shallow, stones, sunbeds are old. you can swim only until 18.00. the cleaning in the rooms is bad, the air conditioner grills are so dirty, they are poorly treated against mosquitoes, be prepared that you will be bitten by mosquitoes.

The hotel is of very high standards with exceptional security. Food is available all day long including drinks, special thanks to chef Pola. Cleanliness of the rooms are impeccable . Entertainment daily . The view from the room was breathtaking. Staff are very friendly and always willing to provide the best possible service especially Mr. Mina who always made sure to make our stay welcoming. Without a doubt will be visiting again!

This is a perfect destination for Honeymooners :) Everything is impeccable, the rooms are spacious and have unique interiors. The food, specifically the breakfast, is soo good. We recommend Soprano restaurant for the breakfast, and the Mediterranean restaurant for the dinner where you can have an amazing evening overlooking the shows at night. We were guaranteed a luxurious stay because of Mr Haitham Ali, he offered us a lot of exclusive options as a honeymoon gift :) He is such a nice person and we’ll definitely be back at Pickalbatros again!

Resort is too wide which makes you dont feel its full capacity. Many pools everywhere. Alkhan restaurant was amazing, tasty food varieties. There is an option of late breakfast till 11 am and late dinner till 12 am which is not in any hotel . Banglow rooms was very nice and big. Aqua was very nice and gards were very keen on the children. Many many thanks to Mr. Mina Mamdouh who really makes our vacation soo special and makes us wish to return back in the future.

No showers on the pool area and only 2 showers on the whole beach which is too long. Some stuff is not well trained to deal with the guests especially the ones in Soprano restaurant .

Perfect stay with a great staff at all the departments of the resort, special thanks to Mr Mina the man who can find him anytime without hesitation for offering any assistance to all the guests, Thanks for your executive chef Paula who is caring about any small details, also thanks for Mikhael from the restaurant team for his great service, Wifi is very good everywhere in the resort, although the large area of the resort, 22 swimming pools that can cover all the resort, all of them are very, very clean Don't forget to try the a-la cart sea food restaurant, it was very delicious and tasty with different way of serving food, Highly recommend this resort, Thanks to all of you for making our vacation exceptional.

We had an excellent stay at this resort, we were given a wonderful upgrade as soon as we arrived ( a large 2 bed, 2 bath, large lounge with direct access to a terrace to a shared private pool (Royal suite). Which we highly recommend as it is centre to reception, aqua park, shops, and nearby restaurants and few minutes walk to a wonderful beach. Red sea is amazing, crystal clear, warm with no waves so very safe and great for snorkeling. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and everything was extremely clean. ( I broke my phone and the fantastic hotel manager Haytham sent it off and fixed it within 24 hours for a very cheap price). The resort is very large, more like a village so depending where you are, it is not always possible to walk to restaurants but the resort provide free fun buses or 4 seater bikes to get around which are great fun. Food was great quality with lots of options to choose from, plenty of drinks on offer too. Don't be put off of the non direct flights from the UK to Marsa Alam, it is so worth it. We originally started in Cairo, then took a short flight to Luxor, then got a private car to Marsa Alam which took 4.5 hours, which was great as we passed through villages and saw the real Egypt, On the way home we flew from Marsa Alam to Prague then got a flight back to Heathrow. We went in August which is Egypts low season due to the heat, but this meant there was less tourists which we prefer. There are 22 pools at this resort and so always plenty of sunbeds etc and plenty of beach loungers, with beautiful umbrella, windbreaker and bean bags. Overall fantastic service and staff, and an amazing resort in a perfect location. Huge thanks for a wonderful stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Portfino Resort, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, making every moment of my stay truly enjoyable. A special shout-out to Mr. Sayed at the reception, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my visit. His warm demeanor and professionalism made a significant difference! Additionally, Chef Adel deserves a huge thank you for the amazing food and outstanding hospitality. Each meal was a delight, showcasing a wonderful variety of flavors that truly elevated the dining experience. The facilities at the resort are top-notch, providing everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to return!
