Park Regency Sharm El Sheikh Resort

Very good location close to the airport and Naama bay. The room was close to the pools and the beach, good buffet food and had unlimited free drinks on the beach and the pools as we booked an all inclusive. the room was clean and had stayed that way thanks to Kloros in housekeeping he was very accommodating to any of our needs. overall friendly staff and very relaxing amenities.

The main beach was always full of employees coming and going multiple times to offer hotel services even when we kindly refused but i know its their job so I understand, would have preferred them to be less persistent but they were friendly and polite regardless. Room service food was not good we only had to order once and not again.

In general, I rate my stay at the Park Regency, as excellent. Location, facilities and service are top notch. Special thanks for the excellent service and sincere approach to Mahmood and Ahmed from the Front desk. To Julia, Manager - Guest Relations, who was really going an extra mile to ensure, that my stay is comfortable. Many thanks for your warm and sincere approach! And my appreciation to Mustafa, Anastasia and Mohamed from Fresco restaurant, Islam from House Keeping department for their hard work and professionalism and to all the team of Park Regency, who made my stay memorable!

there is some room for an improvement with regards to assortiment of food in the all day dining restaurant. I would suggest to add more food options in the breakfast/ dinner menu.

The hotel has a large, beautiful, and well-groomed territory with many flower-beds and cosy walk-ways where you encounter few people. Always enough free space in three available beaches. The rooms are convenient and well-equipped, though somewhat old-fashioned and sometimes lacking such small things as a toilet brush or an electric socket in the bathroom. The WiFi worked reasonably well in our room. There is a good selection of tasty and diverse food except for good-quality wines, cheese, and pork. The staff is very friendly - if not always particularly efficient.

With the vast majority of guests being Russian-speaking, the staff addresses you in a queer mixture of broken Russian and broken English - which makes sensible communication virtually impossible (apart from a few rare exceptions). Occasionally, an annoying factor was a very loud music till very late (1-2am) in the night. Also, in our case all ran smoothly until the first rain on January 1, 2022, after which many services (like the elevator, internet, meal catering, etc.) have broken down. Many passage ways and indoor surfaces were virtually inundated. The elevator was put back into service only on the 3d day.

Great hotel, one of best designs in sharim. good service, took breakfast only to visit city to have dinner.

Water activities the pricing of photo is theft, be aware. Set in advance. Room accesories some did not work, like ventilation

We remember the hotel fondly from a number of visits up to about 10 years ago, and were eager to get back. The hotel is still as charming and beautiful as it was. The staff are just fabulous, great people, nothing is too much effort, and they go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend the Club option, as the upgrades make a big difference for breakfast and the Club beach is so relaxing. Spa and gym were great too. The coral reef around the hotel and the fish were in abundance. Good value for money, which helps overlook some of the minor snagging that might need otherwise seeing to. So pleased to get back to Sharm, we were worried the hotel and extensive grounds might be a little tired, but they absolutely did not disappoint. We shall be booking to go back in November.

Club Regency restaurant service, beach service and room location are good. Hotel territory in good condition. There were not enough information (leaflet) about hotel facilities and services available Shuttle bus to Naama Bay is very rare and in incomfortable time.

Room service was not good. Every day we asked cleaner tea or coffee, towels and water. Club guests are not provided with bracelets so club beach stuff has no ability to identify club members. Some room facilities needed to repair: shower manifold, toilet door.

Every corner of this hotel,the pools,the beach, the view from anywhere is fantastic. The size of the room and bathroom is fine..breakfast is very good and full of choices..the staff is very helpful....

WiFi is very slow, poor and absent on the beach ..hotel management should become better to match the 5 stars criteria I think that's why HYATT left..this hotel has the potential to be the best ...in the room ac is very cold and cannot be adjusted ,no bathrobe or slippers,some electric outlets aren't working ...some of the staff I talked to are dissatisfied with the way this hotel is going..

Staff at the reception is great. I don’t remember the name of the guy that checked us out but he was very kind. The beach and the pool are AMAZING.

Tip: don’t offer upgrades if they are not appropriate to the amount paid by the guests. A guy wanted to give us a suite adding an extra mattress to the living room but we paid for a single room and a double room. You cannot offer a double room instead of 2 separate room at the same price even if it’s suite and it’s better one. You should have offered 2 suites or nothing at all and stick to the reservation.

All is exceptional . If you are looking for old times luxury and spacious rooms with extensive amenities and wonderful surroundings. It is Park Regency Resort . The Resort's location is so close to the Airport ,the museum ,Neama Bay ,Old souk and Soho Square.. Landscaping and green nature inside the Resort is super charming when jogging around the place on early mornings. All type of flowers with some species of domestic birds. The staff are extremely friendly . All over the place you will find people willing to help you with love. Many thanks to Mr.Ayman Sami and Islam at Front office for their full support and kind assistance. The golf car drivers were all so gentle and helpful and ready to pick you any time. Do not miss his shisha. Mr Mahmoud manager of the beach restaurant was so professional and kind . I was waiting the Breakfast every day to enjoy the sun at the terrace and taste the big variety of foods . All is fresh with live cooking stations all over the place. The breakfast is winner . Not to forget to thank Head of Waiters Mr. Mahmoud and all the chefs and staff there . The Thai restaurant is a nice experience with its atmosphere and delecious food . Room Service and House keeping were never less than expected . The food is so good as well as cleanliness of the rooms during our stay. Pools are so calm and relaxing while the beach is a winner ,few meters and you will enjoy snorkeling in the most crystal water I have ever seen. Do not worry about getting gadgets for snorkeling ,it is all available at the diving center by the beach. Other activities are ready for you. We took a speed boat to Tiran Island and we were so lucky to chase like a thousand dolphin on our trip back .. So magical for kids . I do not want to forget the animation team.
