Gafy Resort Aqua Park

The location was excellent; the rooms were akin to those in a budget hotel, but I can't complain you get what you pay for – room was clean and close to the beach, not too far from the town center.

OMG – FOOD! No no no ! Stay away if you want to have a good food - you won’t find it in Gafy. I think Gafy, for some reason, doesn’t pay attention to so many negative food reviews. Food: poor quality (only had 1 breakfast, and you almost need to beg for drinks). If you book this hotel, be ready for a really poor quality of food. That’s the only reason why this hotel is empty and receives poor reviews. Time to sack the cook and rethink the menu, guys. On top of this, the staff looks really, really underpaid. The guys appreciate any tips but seem to be sad and not present…. It feels sad to watch.

It's value for money and considered to be the best cheapest hotel in Naama bay that overlooking the sea directly. I was receiving a call everyday from the reception, that they were making sure everything is ok with me and my room. The whole staff was nice specially chef Saied, Mr. Emad the restaurant manager, and the nightshift security guard at the beach gate. Animation team and night shows are live everyday. The pools are amazing and the beach is great. For sure, I will go back there again.

I have some concerns about the room service, stuff like soap and toilet tissues should be replenished without asking for. The restaurant is good overall, but the salads need to have more variety.

The hotel is in a good location. There are many shops and cafes around. There are comfortable sunbeds on the beach. Most of the service staff are pleasant, smiling, helpful. Only breakfast was included in the price of my room. The service in the restaurant is pleasant, the food is not bad.

The service at the reception is slow.  If you have to ask a question, you have to wait a very long time if the employees communicate with each other.  The air conditioner in the room did not work for two days, it was impossible to sleep.  Sandy beach, when the sea is rough, the water is very cloudy.  There is practically no snorkeling.  There are some damaged corals.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gafy Resort, and overall, my experience was quite enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, the resort impressed me with its warm hospitality and excellent service. Upon my late arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome dinner waiting for me in my room. This thoughtful gesture made me feel valued as a guest and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The housekeeping and front desk staff at Gafy Resort were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. I did encounter a minor issue with my booking, but the account department, particularly Mr. Mohmed Mostafa, was incredibly cooperative and promptly resolved the matter. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and I commend them for their excellent service. During my stay, the main restaurant was undergoing renovation. However, this did not hinder my dining experience, as the resort had made arrangements for guests to enjoy the buffet at the Italian restaurant in an open-air setting. The food was delicious, and the ambiance added a touch of charm to the dining experience. One aspect of Gafy Resort that impressed me was their well-organized daily activities. From the aqua park to the beach and even the nightly shows, the resort offered a diverse range of entertainment options. I found this to be a great way to make the most of my stay and explore the various amenities available. The timing of the buffet was also convenient, allowing guests to enjoy their meals at their leisure. This flexibility was appreciated, as it accommodated different schedules and ensured a hassle-free dining experience.

Maybe they need to focus more on raising the call for prayer and providing prayer room ,prayer mat, and Qibla direction 🙏

all the people where extremely friendly, especially Said and Mohamed at the restaurant, as well as the animators Matteo and Zeze. The food at the restaurant was good, perfect position for swimming and see fishes in the water, great entertainment during the night and full of activities for children (swimming pool, water games, other games and dance in the evening)

the food at the beach. We ordered pizza and shrimps and they were both uneatable. That's the only bad thing we experienced during our stay at the resort. All the rest was fantastic. Better go to the all-inclusive restaurant

We rested in February. We really liked the hotel, the location is very good, the food is good, we didn’t go hungry, the staff was friendly in the restaurant, they greet you with a smile at the bar in the restaurant, the guy is very positive, although everyone there is positive. For lunch and dinner, the cook always prepares pita bread from the stove on the street and separately for the evening also grilled meat. The rooms are good, the bed is very comfortable. The massage was good and everyone was happy. In general, everything was wonderful.

- They have exceptional sandy beach with clear water and sometimes you can find cute fish swimming around. - The location is superb in city center and near from everything. - Also good pool with good space and length suitable for everyone. - They had Christmas decorations, that was very nice. - Smooth check in and check out. - Staff were friendly and welcoming specially Mr. Ahmed hussein the operation manager and good chefs - good bars and available drinks most of the day

Totally No major issue but some small notes to have perfect experience: The food need more variety ( but it was good ) Some amenities need some maintenance and care ( but not significantly) Sometimes the service was A little bit Slow

Everything was great, you guys made our stay remarkable. * Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Hussein for his warm welcoming, facilitating our check-in, and taking care of our requests along with our stay. * The restaurant manager, Mr. Emad Hassan is really doing a great job, He is a hard working person and making sure everything goes smoothly when the restaurant is full of guests. * The food variety is fair, and it was very tasty. The barbeque is amazing and almost available everyday, thanks to the chef Mr.Sayed who was very helpful and had a professional attitude. * This animation team is so nice and very active. * The beach is great, large part of it is sandy, and long part of it has a beautiful reef. * Heated pool was nice. * It's value for money. * Finally, I decided to extend my stay for 4 more nights.

Nothing is bad, there is a noticable effort from the hotel staff to improve the services, and I think the hotel rate deserves to go higher on booking.com.

I enjoyed my stay at Gafy Resort, I felt welcome on my arrival by Mr Waleed at reception. Mr Ahmed the guest manager displayed exceptional hospitality and service, he tried his best to ensure my stay was comfortable, relaxed and created a friendly environment for everyone. The advantage of Gafy Resort is its private beach on Naema Bay with lovely array of fish. Aqua Park for kids and the pool is beautiful and close to my room. The proximity of convenience stores and shopping across the road. The other thing I love is no loud noise at night. the managers ensured everyone has a good rest. The all inclusive meal option is a must. The chefs ensure food is always of high quality and you will always find something to your taste. I love Gafy Resort and highly recommend it, will bring my family again next year.

A very nice stay at Gafy Resort in December Room 1134 from 05 to 08 Dec. Reception was very nice and helpful, upgrade our room to superior and also added another bed for my children Thanks mr walid and mr sayed Food was very good, variety in taste you can find what ever you want thanks to cheif said with his always beautiful smile 😊 Aqua is working every day about 3 hours There's a heated pool Sea is the best in Sharm Elshikh with many activities with animation team Hotel service team clean the room every day and provide us with tea, nescafe, sugar and water Also soap and shower gel and tissues It was a really nice stay and first time in December Will repeat it

I think everything was good Maybe they need to take care of quality and quantity of drinks and snacks in bars Kids area needs to be covered, maybe half of it at least
