The views were amazing, beds comfortable love the place

The food at the restaurant not the great isn’t worth the price also the menu was very limited .I don’t see why you can’t bring food from outside if you don’t have a lot to offer

This property is beautiful. The staff is great and welcoming. The rooms nice and clean.

I wish there was a shower door so water wouldn’t go all over the place but that’s really it. As far as the room goes anyway. I did not like that the hotel and the restaurant are two separate entities. Usually you charge the room and pay at the end. I kept a tab open from the afternoon and they restaurant called the room at like 10pm to collect. The other thing is they used to offer breakfast included in the stay but now they do not. I guess I wouldn’t be so bothered but the food at the restaurant was more expensive than anything around there and sub par at best. But other than the restaurant, the hotel itself is nice. I’ll probably stay there again.

Restaurant staff where very friendly and provided great service. Joel helped us out 2 nights and was fantastic! He exceeded our expectations and also so pleasant.

The jacuzzi in our room was a bit dated also the water was cold. The hotel didn’t provide a crib for our 8 month old so we had to bring our own portable crib The pool and restaurant close too early in my opinion. It should at least be open till 12:00 Am. Breakfast is not included in the price. We had an additional room booked and were told the breakfast would be included and then at check in were told it was not. So it was a bit misleading and since we did the reservation over the phone we had no proof. Also the parking lot should accommodate more cars. They have an annex but the guards can’t always see it and one morning we had someone let the air out of one of our tires.

The parking lot should be paved The road to the hotel should be paved or at least much better maintained. We had to carry our heavy luggage from the parking lot up the steep steps. A ramp up to the entrance of the hotel would be nice. We did not get to enjoy the salt water pool because it was always closed. Provide a place to put the luggage in the room off the floor. The hotel should partner with a restaurant which offers more variety of foods.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant food is very good and the chef, who we met, is really trying to improve the menu all the time. My main comment to him was that the menu needed to be expanded. If you're there more than maybe 3 days, you'll be repeating a dish or dishes. They also need a small "pool" menu. They do serve food at the pool, but a menu of smaller hand foods for the pool area would be good.

The staff at the bar-restaurant sometimes gets a little to loud with the music. I requested they turn it down a bit and they did with a smile so no problem there. I think in a high end hotel, the hotel management should set the music and volume and the bar staff should not alter that. There is no beach at the hotel. The beaches in this are all around are rocky. You need to head South further or North to get sandy beaches.

I love the caves that the hotel sits on, it is so beautiful especially when the tides are low and you can actually take a walk and take in the scenery. The views are amazing the staff is polite and the manager was ever so thoughtful! Highly recommend!

I wish there was more night entertainment, but I’m not complaining either way!

The staff was very nice, everything impeccably clean, the pools clean and spacious (finally I could have a proper swim), the rooms big, the jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing, free coconuts, the bathroom very clean with warm water!, the breakfast was small but sufficient. a great Salut and thanks to the cleaning staff. You are doing an amazing job!

The rooms and outside walls could use some personal touch and artwork. It all felt a little bit cold. The guard is on 24 hour duty I believe which I find a little insecure (I never saw him sleeping but how does he manage?) and also for the work life balance of the guard it may not be the best. That left me a little sad. the beach and the seawater pool to be seen in the pictures are not usable during rainy season. I would have chosen another place with access to the beach if I would have known. But it was nice anyway.

the staff were incredible, especially Benjamin and Walter who were there whenever we needed. the multiple pools were great and never felt crowded. felt safe at all times with security in the evening. the restaurant had amazing food, but sure what the other bad reviews were about but we disagree!

the bed was uncomfortable and sheets smelled a tad musty. similar to when they were left wet for too long and then dried. it kept me up all night, sadly.

Food was good. Drink services by the pool were excellent.

I really liked the hotel. The property was clean and the stuff was friendly. The views that the hotel offers are quite incredible. I especially recommend the ocean facing suits. Make sure you bring your own earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me as the ocean is very very close.

1. The jacuzzi did not get warm even though a staff member specifically asked to warm it up. 2. I am not sure how safe the area is because we had trouble finding Uber. Maybe it was just a coincidence that no one was available but maybe no one did not want to go there. 3. The noice isolation was not high, so perhaps offering ear plugs in the room would be helpful.
