Right on the beach! literally step out of the restaurant and you’re on the beach. the food and drinks are perfect. breakfast was big and delicious and there are daily drink specials. the grounds and rooms were extremely clean. the rooms are also very spacious and the restrooms have the sinks outside of the toilet so that’s fine convenient. there are tons of restaurants and shops all walking distance. there was a 24 hr security guard. staff EXTREMELY accommodating! loved this place.

not a party vibe, a bit more family friendly

I have stayed in a lot of places in El Salvador now but this has to be my favourite so far. It is a great location but still peaceful and not too noisy at night. The food is really good and you can either take breakfast in the room or eat right beside the waves in the morning. We did a surfing tour, a waterfall hike and an amazing massage during our two-night stay, with time to relax by the pool and enjoy the nightlife too. It is very romantic and fun, there is good music and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable - we had a really great stay.

The pool could have been cleaner but it might just be because it was busy over the weekend

The beach ….. Is the worst place that I have been in all my traveling places that I have visited until now. Too much stones that you couldn’t walk and not even to take a shower in the ocean ….. I had to go out of the area to take a shower in the ocean.

My stay was excellent, more than I expected, the staff very friendly, well trained, the food presentation hygienic, covered with plastic wrap all the time, my ocean view room comfortable, the installations looks recently been built with modern details, the location, Surf City, with security staff from the entrance to the end, I did feel secure all the time, enjoyed the music at the hotel restaurant, I really highly recommend it !!!

The breakfast, service, and amenities were great. I loved that I was on the beach and walking distance from restaurants, clubs, and stores.

I didn’t know until I got there at only the deluxe rooms have hot water. My shower water was luxe warm on some days and cooler on others. I got the standard room.

The breakfast and lunch meals were delicious at Roca Sunzal! The pool was very clean! Staff at Roca Sunzal are super friendly, grateful for the amazing waiters (Moises, Ivan, Dennis). The view at Roca is breath taking <3.

The room was clean, but the bathroom needs improvement.

Very impressed with the location and also the entire hotel - rooms, bar, pool, etc. exceeded expectations and every member of staff was extremely hospitable

That is close to the ocean and to shops.

I didn’t like that they only offer the Covid test once a day and at a very awkward time. They need to add more flexible time to their guests to get the COVID test done.

Staff was excellent. Every person was very nice and accommodating.

Shower water too cool and swimming pool water too warm.

The location is amazing and the room was so nice. The restaurant was so accommodating to our dietary preferences!

It would be great to have more vegan options on the restaurant menu!
