It may be that it is the best hotel in the town with still decent price. Newly opened in 2022, it offers spacious, modern room with an eye-catching arrangement and a stylish bathroom. The breakfast is very tasty with variety of choice including local cuisine. It also has a cosy drink bar with an open-air swimming pool.

The place aspires to be luxurious and in fact it is. In such place I would expect super skilled and knowledgable staff that is ready to help and advise. I didn’t experience that, e.g. asking for an advice where to go on New Year’s Eve dinner I was sent to a shopping mall that was already closed.

The staff at the Hyatt Centric San Salvador was amazing. Always smiling, super helpful, and always professional and courteous. The balcony dining area was beautiful--such a relaxing pleasant place for drinks and food. The restaurant was excellent--we loved the breakfast buffet every morning, and enjoyed dinner several nights. The hummus plate was by far the family favorite! The hotel is beautiful! The lobby is very large, with plenty of places to sit, relax, and hang out. We didn't have the opportunity to hang out by the coffee bar, but I did have two excellent lattes at breakfast. The room was bright, with a nice large window. The bathroom was very nice, with a huge shower. The room was big enough for two adults and two teenagers for 3 nights. There is a gas station with convenience store across the street from the hotel, and there is a pharmacia right next to the gas station. There are at least two nearby shopping malls within walking distance. There is one very tasty local pupusa shop in a nearby neighborhood, a short 500 meter walk.

The beds were quite firm for me, but my wife prefers firm mattresses. I wish there was an option for 2 queen beds instead of only 2 full beds.

The staff and facilities was absolutely amazing 10/10! My room was felt one of a kind with a view of a volcano! They decorated for my birthday and made me feel extra special! The location is very safe, next to 2 very nice malls where you can get ANYTHING you need. The front desk staff arranged my transportation which made it very easy for me. When my flight was delayed twice due to inclement weather at home, the driver was able to accommodate the changes. All of my tours picked me up there without a problem. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. This is such a beautiful country with very special people!

My only critique would be the food. It just was not as great as I expected considering how amazing everything else was. The staff in all cases were completely outstanding. So kind and helpful!

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric! The location is fantastic, situated between three malls, and both San Salvador and Santa Tecla. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the service provided by the staff top notched! The atmosphere and bar at the pool area was perfect. We were able to store our work bags for a week while going to Guatemala!

The real only critique was that the pool was not well heated, but otherwise it was fantastic!

I had Two stays two different ocasión and it was extraordinary!! I been to Many hotels in my home town USA and the Caribbean and by far I have to say!! The treatment in this hotel is just extraordinary! From the person helping with luggage to the restaurant staff and the check main lobby personal! Are all so Friendly and professional! Thanks so much! Will definitely be back soon.

I like the hotel overall, it was super comfortable clean and I think it was the best hotel we stayed in . Pool was nice and clean and rooms very comfortable

I didn’t like I asked somebody if we could order drinks from her while she was helping other customers in there in the pool .. she said pool service is open at 2pm . She was the only one rude there but she was helping other customers there and standing there.

Breakfast was good , I think k they need more or better service as I had to ask 2 times for moire coffee they need to walk around more and check on customers

I didn’t like the fact that I had to asked for more coffee 2 times . The oriental looking girl at the pool bar needs to smile more . But one of the housekeeping guy name Wilber or William was very nice so Luis at the front desk was very lovely.

Staff were friendly, spoke English (uncommon in El Salvador), beautiful modern decor and lots of different areas to hang out within the hotel and close to a relly nice shopping area. Felt safe the whole time. Likely one of the best places to stay if you're looking to stay in the city.

The hot shower was great but sometimes would fluctuate without warning.

the place is beautiful and the attention to details it’s outstanding. I loved the lighting and the distribution of the bedroom, the bed was comfortable, the pool was great, the pool area was beautiful and comfortable too. The decoration and distribution of the restaurant and common areas is great

the noise. the walls are too thin so the staff has to be extra careful to put families with children away from people who wants to rest

Great location, excellent facilities, bed comfortable, good breakfast and personnel very kind. A very nice place to stay in San Salvador for fun or for business.

Even the breakfast is really good, the rest of the menu is very limited and the relationship between cost and quality is not good.
