We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the spacious room, good beds and great bathroom with rain shower. The food in the restaurants was excellent, especially in Matsuri and at breakfast. Furthermore we loved the people who work in the hotel. A few names: Christopher, Jordan, Nicholas, Dante, Sofia, Genesis. The resort pool was very nice and very quiet.

The hotel was crowded and full (restaurants had waiting lists) on days that Silversea Cruises received their passengers 1 day before their Antarctic voyage. These groups disturbed the tranquility and serenity of the hotel. That happend twice during our stay.

One of the best hotels in Santiago. Loved the pool/restaurant area and "oasis" feel. Staff was excellent throughout the hotel and restaurant. Spacious, clean, well-designed rooms w/ amazing views over the city and Andes from the higher floors. Nice breakfast. Also enjoyed the fact that there was a street nearby with many small restaurants and bars. Oh, and they also allowed us early check in which was great since we had just arrived overnight.

Nothing really. Only issue we had (A/C was not working well in the room), they were able to fix very quickly and then allowed us to switch rooms so we would not have to wait for it to cool down. Next room was "ice cold" like we like it. :)

In general, the state of the hotel is bit dated, but I understand that renovation work is on , so hopefully, it will change the overall conditions of the hotel. I only stayed one night so difficult to evaluate properly the whole set of service, however, the staff were mostly solicitous and courteous. The breakfast was excellent Unfortunately, I didn't had dinner at the restaurant, next time will try. Overall, it was good value for money but it was not exactly a MO.

The location of the hotel was great, room was very clean with a fantastic view. In the hotel there is a Japanese peruvian fushion restaurant called Matsuri, the food was exceptional and we would definitely go back again. Overall our stay was excellent and we would recommend this hotel and will definitely return when we travel back to Chile.

The room was absolutely beautiful - great facilities and spotlessly clean. Really appreciated the late check out also.

I thought the food service and food in general was not at the level I would have expected. On a number of occasions I had to call a waiter over to take my order and then had to chase up when things took quite a long time.

Great room with top ammenties, restaurant and overall hotel design is great.

We asked for a complimentary early check in which they were not able to accommodate, I understand and accept that this is subject to availability. But then they made us wait till 15:40 when check in is at 15:00, totally unacceptable. Granted that when I strongly complained they redeemed themselves with a very late check out and complementary champagne. I understand the hotel is going through a transition but the bedsheet had holes, this is for me a no no on a hotel of this range.

Staff were very professional. Breakfast was wonderful! Service impeccable. Pool very large, clean and beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. Bed, linen and pillows heavenly.

The carpet in our room was old and stained. Our room windows needed to be cleaned inside. Other than this, we loved our stay!

A beautiful hotel in a nice beighbourhood in Santiago. Nice breakfast options.

I booked a room for three guests. When we arrived in the room, the 3rd bed was not there, so I had to call for it to be placed in the bedroom. Additionally, all room articles such as towels, robes, slippers, etc. were for two guests instead of for three. This should have been organised ahead of our arrival.

Rooms were very large as was the bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

No safe in room, in room breakfast very expensive and poor quality. Drink service in pool area incredibly slow.

Staff were spectacular especially Carolina in housekeeping. However, the TV did not work and the sink water didn’t get hot for a long time and the drain did not work properly.
