Breakfast should be have more option , breakfast is not upto the Hyatt Place, just a option mainly for Africans only

The service received was exceptional. Staff went over and above to ensure we were comfortable. Our every need was met with a smile. Unfortunately my mum was poorly with a bad back when we were there and Vartika offered us a wheel chair we could borrow so that she could do some sight seing amd help with her mobility. Yogesh at check in offered to put an extra single bed in our room as mum was Ill. Lastly our flight was at 11 pm. I had not booked extended check out but they (muskan) let us keep our room till 4pm due to mum being ill(the plan initially was we’d check out and go wander around). They even sent a basket of fruits to our room as a welcome back! The staff at check in (yogesh Vartika Muskan ) were all so helpful friendly and supportive. Nothing was too much of an ask. The room was superbly clean and the beds were so comfy! I have never slept so well In a hotel. They even brought luggage scales to help weigh our luggage. Even the porters(Chandra and Naznin) helping us with the luggage and getting taxis were brilliant!

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Ruth at the restaurant is very friendly, she was doing an exceptional service at the restaurant and I applaud her. Jennifer at the reception, Muski at the reception and Chandra were very helpful and their customer service is exceptional too and I applaud them as well. I will say keep it up to all 4 of them …. Thanks I appreciate your services

The toilets were clean but I believe they could be cleaned more because some areas were neglected and they have to look into that

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job without being seen. The breakfast was more than adequate, with varied selections every day. The staff at the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly, especially Ruth from Nigeria. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the train station, which is great for getting around Dubai by train. Good for a short stay.

The outer aesthetic of the hotel, surrounding location, and entrance on the ground floor are not as pleasant as at other 4-star hotels, and there isn't any clear area for taxi pickup or drop-off, which is probably why this hotel's price point is more affordable. Nevertheless, it's very good value for money!

Hotel staff including chef and the attendants were super amazing. They were very accomodating and ready to facilitate you wherever possible. You would like the taste of food by Chef Jiten. Services staff in the breakfast time were super quick in serving you espcially Abdul. Service Desk also accomodated my request for late check-out despite huge traffic flow in last weeks of December.

Hotel must provide or replace amneties on daily basis like shaving, dental kit and moisturizer. I had to call sometime to reception to ask for dental and shaving kit.

The customer service was excellent. All members of staff were so willing and happy to do all they could to make our stay just perfect! The room size and space to 'unpack' was great. The location was ideal with a metro station only a few minutes walk away. This made it all the easier to transfer from and to the airport as well as reach other areas of Dubai within a relatively short time period. Having a wide selection of food to choose from in the breakfast buffet.

It was nice to have a pool to use although the area around it was rather limited in space. Some of the 'hot' food in the breakfast buffet could have been 'warmer'.

- Location: Hyatt Place Baniyas Square was right opposite the metro station and thus the location was very convenient for us to move around in the city with the metro. - Breakfast: Morning breakfast also had a good variety of options. - Rooms: Spacious enough and equipped with all must-have things. - Staff & Service: Staff and service were extremely courteous and helpful, they ensured we had everything right. One of the best staff I've seen. Housekeeping was also done every day.

- Don't have a parking space - The Wi-Fi speed was fine, but it wouldn't automatically connect if you moved from room to dining area (not really a con, but an improvement)

I had an exceptional stay at Hyatt Palace, Dubai Baniyas Square. The overall experience was truly memorable, thanks to Jennifer at the reception. She greeted me with a warm smile, provided insightful local recommendations, and efficiently handled my check-in, making me feel instantly at home. Jennifer's exceptional customer service elevated my stay and left a lasting positive impression. Ranjith and Jatin from food services were also outstanding, ensuring a delightful dining experience. Their dedication and friendly approach added to the overall excellence of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable visit in Dubai.

Check in was very quick and smooth Mr Yogesh was at the counter and he was very helpful with a smile. The breakfast was okay with limited selection. we were there for 4 nights the selection was almost same but edible. I must mention the positive attitude of Ms Ruth she was very helpful to all, in fact she prepared best coffee for us on all four days. She attended as we were at a fine dine place. Great she is an asset to this property. I will certainly come back to this place in the future.

We were on the city view room situated at the 5th floor. In the morning the call for prayer was very loud and we couldn't sleep that was very painful after the long travel jetlag. I informed to the receptionist I guess Ms Ruby she said she will inform to the manager and come back but nothing happened. when we inquired the next day the people at the counter was not useful and negative. we managed in the same room with ear plugs. If possible ask them a quite room.
