The staff were very friendly and professional. Loved the restaurant for dinner, the food was amazing. They let us check-in early since there was a room available for us and it was large and clean. A lot of room to move around in, especially the bathroom. Large coffee machines available on what seems like every floor in the main lobby, just depends on which side of the building you're at. It was nice having this option available. If you want to be close to the airport and don't mind going into the city every day, then this hotel is perfect for you. We had an early flight out and had to be at the airport by 4:40am so, it was nice staying at this hotel. Going into the city may take about 30 minutes or more but the cost savings was worth it. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great as well and very convenient.

Pillows were not comfortable. For the airport shuttle, I would just recommend having some type of ticketing system in place so people that come later don't try to shove their way onto the bus ahead of others who were clearly there first. We had this happen to us and one of the couples had what looked like 10 bags. Luckily, they had to get off since their bags wouldn't fit but it was extremely rude for them to shove their way onto the bus first when they arrived last to the lobby. It seems a lot of morning frustration could be avoided if a ticketing system was in place. People were not patient and had no manners which made it irritating for others in the morning.

The hotel is located very close to the airport (there is a comfy shuttle bus) and about 10-15 minutes by walk to the nearest subway station (Mas Blau). It takes about 1 hr to get to the center of Barcelona (by subway). The room was very comfortable, quiet, equipped with AC, coffee machine, and all staff needed. Super great comfy bed, delicious breakfasts. I highly recommend staying there.

Enjoyed that the shuttle was available to get to the airport --- very punctual.

The food was excellent but cold. The warm plates were not switched on and we had 3 breakfasts at varying times and all the warm food was cold. The corridors and paint work was very dark -- could do with lightening up as you battle to see early in the morning with the dim lighting. No English movie or entertainment was provided at all. Metro station is a short walk away ---- saves a wait and travel to airport with shuttle if you want to go into town for the day. This info would be nice to know from reception.No info is given by reception or in the room - I only found out about a beach now on this survey.

The hotel was clean and spacious. I was a bit worried because some reviews are saying that they couldn't find a shuttle bus and waited for a long time to check-in. I waited 20-30 minutes and was able to find a shuttle bus at the bus stop. There is a video introducing the way to the bus stop from the airport on the website. You would find the bus stop easily if you watched the video. For check-in, there were 3-4 people in queue but I waited less than 10 minutes. The room I stayed seems to have renovation lately so it was new and clean. Breakfast consists of various kinds of food. I really liked the hotel. It was perfect for people who will fly early in the morning or arrive late in the night.

Lovely room on the ground floor as we had requested. Lovely decor throughout hotel. Good that the hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the airport. (24 hour) Restaurant / bar area lovely. Food good, quick, friendly and reasonably priced service.

We ended up with a double room rather than 2 singles. This was not too much of a problem as bed was very big. The lighting was poor in the room and the foyer areas. Understand this is to reduce heat but it was too dark. Instructions for shuttle bus indicated that a silver grey bus would pick us up. It was white, and due to tiredness and heat we nearly missed it. Had to leave at 6.20am so there was no time for breakfast.

Bed was great, bathroom and shower too. Cot was provided for free and my toddler slept comfortably in it, blanket and towels was also provided for her. Airport shuttle is a great convenience. Nice and comfortable, modern. I miss the bed lol!

Other guests were the only thing I didn't like. I stay at airport hotels because I (and my child) need to rest before an early flight, but there was some brief drilling at around 2130, which thankfully didn't wake my daughter up. Guests were loud in the hallway after 2300 which woke me up, and for some reason a guest next door seemed to have a loud video conference at around 0300AM? I don't think the hotel is to blame of course but I'm not sure how they can enforce common sense; people should realise people are there to rest, regardless if they have young children with them or not. Perhaps leaving this review will be a little reminder

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms were very modern, clean, and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was filling and exceptional. The highlight of the stay, according to a friend that was traveling with me was the pool. The pool is very large, the water temperature is perfect, and not crowded with people. We booked this room for one day, on our last night of our vacation in Barcelona, because it is closer to the airport than the accommodation we stayed for 7 days. If I ever return to Barcelona again, I will definitely be staying here for an extended stay.

The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport. Although the service was free, we ended up taking a taxi to the airport because there were a lot of people waiting to take the shuttle after we checked out at 8:10 am and it was obvious that we would need to wait 20 minutes for the next shuttle, which we didn't have the luxury of doing.

I chose it because we had a late arrival to Barcelona and wanted an easy hotel with an airport shuttle. I was disappointed in the shuttle (waited quite a while before getting a taxi) and the hotel was further from the airport than we expected. that said, it was a nice hotel for us and we particularly loved the breakfast (just what we needed after an exhausting travel day!).

Not as close to the airport as we expected and the shuttle wasn’t timely. TBH the many other hotel shuttles we watched during our long and unsuccessful wait operated inefficiently, too.
