Staff were great, very polite and friendly. Of note the pool attendant, Ariel, had a great attitude and was very helpful and his English was very good. Also Chico that ran the Aquafit classes was brilliant, totally committed to providing an entertaining session for all. The food was very good quality, well presented and well cooked. The position overlooking the beach was really nice.

The first room we had was supposed to be a partial sea view - on the first floor towards the rear of the hotel you could see a slither of the seafront if you leant over the balcony - not good value for the extra money - however we were relocated. The parking area was limited and tight for parking - it was not clear where to stop to unload cases - we drove around the hotel 3 times.

The food and staff in restaurant and staff at pool were excellent Aprile at the pool was very accommodating and pleasant person to talk with.. 👌

That we had to come back from lunch one day and found out belongings from our pool beds were moved.. This was not specified as in how long u can leave a sun lounger.. We had only gone for less than an hour.. And we arrived back sat somewhere else only to find no other people's belongings on their beds were moved.and they were gone for much longer than this time.. . So u can say we were annoyed about this.. The rooftop pool was available only at extra cost which was not specified on our reservation we were told that 3 days before we came we could of used it.! We actually believed we could use this facility inclusive of cost.

It's the best hotel in the area. Big rooms with comfortable beds and see view. Food was tasty and with good quality. Entertainment activities for kids for parents to rest a little bit. Adult activities at night with concerts.

The back area where the hotel is located needs a bit of work. Many restaurants closed after the pandemic.

The staff was very nice. Always had a smile and greeted me. Great fascilities, with several pools. The beach was super close, the food had a huge variety of choices. Had a massage at the spa, which was just wonderful.

Only thing I have to comment on is that I wish I got more information in English. Either written or oral. About how the beachtowel system works, about the evening entertainment (where it is? Does it cost money to attend?), are there any other hotel activities? They did end up not charging me for the use of the beach towels. Without me even asking. Which I appreciate a lot since I didn't know it cost money.

It was a very clean hotel, the food at the buffet was exceptional, big variety and different food every day, good size rooms and the bed and pillows very very comfortable. We paid for the uniq experience it was nice and quiet, but no music till the DJ came at 6pm, only for a couple of hours.

The pool area is full of beds very close to each other I found it a bit crowded and it was very busy at all the time. When is aqua gym time is not space for you to get in, as everyone is doing the activity and the pool is not very big. Night time at the show is very crowded as they let people from outside inside the hotel.

It was a last minute getaway for us and we choose the perfect hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. A huge thanks to Hugo ( who works on the 6th floor UniQ infinite pool, you must spend some time in that area the view is spectacular. You must be 14+). The hotel common areas, cafeteria, bathrooms, pools are very clean. We stayed in one of the rooms with Panoramic view it was worth the price ( our room number was 306) and we think it was perfect. The a/c in our room was working perfectly. We also included the three meals( many options in all of them). Parking price was reasonable and it was covered. Thank you for an amazing weekend! We are already talking about returning.

I will give the hotel a 10 instead of a 9 but a few minor issues that they can improve: not ice bucket in the room, the towels for the pool, you need to request them at the front desk (instead of having them around the pool area). We wanted to use the jacuzzi but it was cold apparently not working, the upstairs pool closes at 6pm (during this time, an extra hour would be nice). Those are minor things that they can improve to make our stayed a 10 stars but overall it was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast with lots of variety, especially lots of fresh fruits! Location is perfect, just beachfront as its described. We really enjoyed our family bicycle trip as part of the hotel activities. We will def come back! All the staff were really nice and helpful.

Only negative but it was not a big issue was the car parking. We didn´t reserve (not sure if you can, I didn't try it) and it was full when we arrived but we easily found spaces in the street. However this was a low season...

The hotel was perfect. It was next to the beach. Close to the restaurants. The hotel facilities were perfect. Lovely swimming pool. Staff were so helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. I have been fortunate to stay in alot of hotels around the globe and I would say this one is high on my list. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent value for money. Nothing to complain about. If I had to find something then it would be there were no sunbeds or parasols on the beach. This is in no way a fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely and staff were very attentive. We thought the maids who cleaned our room were fantastic, every day when we returned to our room it was wonderfully clean and tidy.

In the evening it sometimes took a long time to get drinks on the terrace and on several occasions I went to the bar myself to get drinks. We are English and speak very little Spanish and sometimes because some of the waiters found it difficult to understand us they looked the other way rather than take our order. this is as much our fault as the staff and it didn't spoil our holiday.

Wonderful view of the beach from the bedroom. Watched the sunrise over the beach from bed! Nice buffet breakfast.

Very loud music around the pool in the mornings from an aqua aerobics class followed by a very loud DJ! The infinity pool on the roof was an extra charge to access (35 euros per day including food and drink) - it was disappointing as we weren't aware of the extra charge and just wanted to use the pool for a short time. Also it's useful to know that the roof area is adults only. Dinner at the hotel and nearby restaurants didn't start service until 8pm - this made travelling with a baby a bit difficult in the evenings.
