I am happy to share my experience at the Petit Palace Cliper Gran Vía hotel in Madrid. The hotel is located in the center of the city, making it an ideal location for those who want to enjoy all the attractions Madrid offers. I appreciated the proximity to tourist sites such as museums, theatre, restaurants, shops, parks, etc. Everything was within walking distance. The Petit Palace Cliper-Gran Vía offers one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. It was diverse, of high quality, and truly superb. The staff was friendly and spoke English, which was convenient for me as I do not speak Spanish. They also assisted in finding necessary places and advised on how to best spend time in Madrid. Additionally, the bed and mattress were very comfortable. The bathroom was new and clean, making my stay even more comfortable. I also appreciated receiving a welcome drink in the hot weather and that the staff provided assistance with arranging transportation. My partner and I are a young couple, and the room felt cozy and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful design and attention to detail in the room's decor, which made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at the Petit Palace and would highly recommend it to other couples or individuals visiting Madrid. Overall, I would recommend the Petit Palace Cliper-Gran Vía Hotel for those looking for a central location, friendly staff, great breakfast, and comfortable rooms. I look forward to my next trip to Madrid and hope to stay at the Petit Palace Cliper-Gran Vía again.

The only downside I noticed was that the safe in the room was not working. However, this did not spoil my stay, and I still consider my experience at the Petit Palace Cliper-Gran Vía excellent.

The hotel is perfectly situated on a street corner to the main commercial boulevard, close enough to Plaza Espania, Palacio Real and other tourist objectives. It was very clean and the bathroom was large enough and supplies were provided (even toothbrush tools). The water in the shower had adequate pressure and temperature. The beds were comfortable. The internet was fine.

The room is not so large and you can hear noises from the other rooms. Some more electrical outlets should be provided.

Great location! All of Madrid center is within walking distance. The six persons room is pretty large for a city center and consists from 2 floors, on the first floor there is a sitting area and a bathroom, there is a steep staircase to the second floor, the second floor has 6 beds and another bathroom. The showers were recently renovated and looks great. The breakfast has a good variety of food

The room needs some refurbishment, especially the furniture, there is safe but we didn't manage to get it to work (it's not the type with the code, you need to use a magnetic card). The main disadvantage of the room is the steep staircase, you need to carry your suitcases to the second floor, families with little children please note that this room is not child safe because there is no barrier on second floor and a child can accidentally fall down the stairs

It was close to different historical places, stores, restaurants, etc.

It wasn’t that modern. There is only one and small elevator for the whole hotel, sometimes we had to take the stairs. When we arrived, we had to lift the suitcases because the elevator at the entrance was not working. They were very strict with the schedule for breakfast, they wouldn’t even let you stay a bit longer just to drink a cup of coffee.

Breakfast was really good, and o course the location was perfect. Meters away from the subway and in the middle of the city. Easy access and walk away from everything you want to see.

Price is a bit high, although in general all prices for hotels are quite higher than previous years. I guess it's part of the new reality.

Perfect location. Walking distance to most attractions in Madrid. Staff are very kind. We arrived an hour early to the 2pm check in time and were able to leave our suitcases and walk around. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety of food. Rooms are small but clean.

It’s quite noisy from the street until the early morning hours

the reception was so helpful my adapter wasn’t compatible the reception. man gave me one I didn’t know how to go to las rozas the lady helped me and gave me a charged metro card to go on my day of checkout one of the reception staff helped me to bring my luggage down the ladies in the restaurant were so sweet

Everything was superb, the location was prime, the breakfast served every morning by lovely Anjelinas was top class and varied, the reception very attentive and servicial... and the price was fantastic for such top location and hotel quality.
